I was on leave visiting family. I am super greatful that the Owner let me use his gym for the short time I was in town. The gym was very clean and had all the things I needed for my
Workouts. Everyone that I met there was very nice as well. It helped that the gym was open 24/7 made planning my workouts a breeze.
Lastly:
The owner is very personable, and welcoming. If I'm in McKinney again I will definitely be going to his gym again.

A great gym to be a part of. Staff is super friendly and the culture of the members is non judgmental and great to be around. We even left some expensive headphones by accident on a machine for a few days and lo and behold somebody turned them in.

Let me start by saying that this Gym is awsome, always clean and lots of equipment for all my needs. I know that if i have a question or need assistance on how to use the machines the trainers are always so helpful. The staff is great especially one individule John Cavin. He's the best, he always greets me and makes me feel part of the family. This gym is the one and only I will be attending from now on, thanks to him. Thanks a lot performance fitness. 😃

Performant fitness has all the great machines, weights and fun toys to get your sweat on, but what truly makes it a special place are the people. John Cavin always greets me with a smile and remembers every single members name! All the trainers are knowledgeable but I'd like to highlight Seth Turczynski. He teaches the Core Group classes and is innovative, spontaneous, and always has a positive attitude. He challenges members to push themselves because he knows we are stronger than we think. He motivates members to dig deeper because he knows we can jump higher. He encourages us to do what feels right, and listen to our bodies. I've been taking Core classes for 1 year now and it's the best decision I've ever made! Come check out a class, I'll save you a spot.

I love this gym. We have been going to it since it was opened. And the GM John is one of the best people you'll ever have the pleasure to meet. I have met some great friends at the gym and it's because it is like a family. My home away from home for sure !

The Best Gym in Mckinney. Kudos to John for taking care of everyone and making them feel at home. Two of My sons are active duty Military and are home only for a few days, he took such good care of one of them who was home visiting from overseas, made him feel so welcomed. I highly recommend this place, a home away from home. :)

John is very caring about his customers, it's reasonably priced and never overcrowded, they have a cross fit style room and everything you could need for lifting weights, there are no juice heads to intimidate you while your working out, 24 hour access. Really can't go wrong with joining this gym, best of all no pushy salesman, I have tons of respect for john the general manager /maybe the owner as he is always at the gym from 9am until 8:30 pm he knows where you work and what your name is.......personally I think that's huge for someone to take the time and have the humbleness to remember every persons name and profession.

Performant Fitness is the perfect gym for those willing to commit the hard work to get in better shape. This is the longest membership I've had with a gym because the staff answered all of my questions in the beginning. They prepared me to get on a routine I was seeing results with. They have all the equipment you need and all the knowledge on how to get the most out of it. I owe the best shape of my life to Performant fitness.

I've been a member of Performant Fitness for over a year now and I have to say it's been my favorite place to workout. The staff are all so friendly and I've met so many really nice members there. Several teachers at my kids school are also members and it's always so fun to see so many familiar faces there when I work out. Such a down to earth gym yet when you wanna get serious about weight-loss (which was my goal) they literally changed my life! I'm happy to say that since I've been a member, I've lost over 20lbs with the help from Performant Fitness staff!!! I'll never join another gym again! :-)
