About the Club

Personal Training Houston is a team of personal trainers that specialize in private and group fitness coaching. Our training facility is located just East of Downtown Houston. Our workout space includes a great atmosphere with all the clean equipment you would need. Whether you are looking for workout plans for weightlifting, gymnastics, CrossFit, weight loss, muscle gains, or even nutritional help, our instructors know how to create a unique training regimen that will motivate you to achieve your goals. They are an extremely knowledgeable, experienced and talented staff that have worked with a variety of personalities over the years. Don't hesitate to try this gym out! I thought I was going to feel intimidated my first day and almost didn't get out of my car, but I am so glad I did. I love it! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! Lisa & Danny and the rest of the coaches are the absolute best!

Lisa has been my personal trainer for the last few weeks and I've already noticed changes. She keeps me accountable and gives me lots of ideas and advice! She's really sweet too! I recommend personal training with Lisa, you won't regret it!

I started personal training with Lisa in April 2022. This is the first personal trainer I have used where I have felt I am getting true results. Personal training involves workouts, body scans, nutrition plans, and excellent communication throughout. The the atmosphere of the gym is welcoming, everyone is very kind and encouraging, and it is a very enjoyable place to be and work out.

Having the right coach make all the difference in the world. I am so lucky to have Danny as my fitness coach. Within a short period, with Coach Danny's help, I was able to get in the best shape I have ever been.

Personal training with Lisa for the past year now has been such an incredible experience! She tailors training to you and your personal goals, keeps you accountable, gives great tips on how to help work toward your goals outside of the gym, and I always just look forward to getting to chat with her every morning we train:) My time at the gym is my favorite part of my day and is the perfect study break. She has helped me achieve many physical and mindset goals over the past year and seeing the progress I’ve made has given me a new confidence in myself and just makes me want to keep going! Excellent personal trainers with top notch coaches who are game changers. Coach Lisa and Danny are the best coaches in town. I started at CrossFit Eado in May 2020 and it has been the best experience I’ve had at any gym. If you’re looking for a great community with people who motivate you as well as keep you accountable this is the place to be. You truly get the guidance, support and personal attention needed to be successful in any part of your fitness goals. I’ve been to other gyms and have never received the quality of training like the one I have received here. The results speak for themselves because I am now the leanest and strongest I’ve ever been. Danny and Lisa go above and beyond to meet everyones needs no matter what fitness level you’re at. They will accommodate their programming to meet your needs. This is not only a gym but a fitness community that makes you feel like family.

Eado Fitness is my second home. I enrolled for personal training with Danny in October 2019. I must say he is extremely professional and friendly. This is a one hour class where Danny introduced me to Olympic lifting, technic, form and other cross fit work outs. He always had a schedule and plan for workouts and meals. Very motivating and positive environment. This is a great community for work-outs. I am also training with Lisa for the quick fit class (25 mins) when I don’t train with Danny. Danny and Lisa are very knowledgable and always motivating from every corner of the gym. My goal is to gradually transition to cross fit or the boot camp class which is overlooked by Danny himself. This place has been there for the past 8 years!!! Go EADO Fitness!!!!! Thanks you guys!
