Chris has been wonderful to work with! He is so very professional and knowledgeable about nutrition which has been the key to my weight loss! You might think you are eating healthy but little things can make a huge difference in the way you look and feel! If you are committed to losing fat and becoming healthier there is no better coach! Another thing I appreciate about Chris is that he listens to your goals. I donβt want bulk and a big backside like many trainers push you towards. I desired a ballerinas physique so this is what my personalized menu and work outs are focused on. Highly recommend !

Chris Hill and all the trainers at Personally Fit are top quality. They will work individually with you to meet specific goals or help you obtain your maximum potential by pushing you to the limit in Tribal Boot Camp. I love how their workouts can be molded to fit each personβs level of fitness. Super encouraging and extremely knowledgeable in the areas of nutrition and fitness. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!!!!
