About the Club

PG Fit stands for Personal and Group Fitness. We started with the purpose of helping clients like you get what they need to be healthy. We do it all at our intimate personal training studio that’s right in the heart of Cypress, Texas. At our studio, you can plan on building the healthy lifestyle you want. We’ll be there to give you the support you need, whether that’s helping you work on your cardio fitness, nutrition, or weight training.

Great Program, Great Team, Great Environment...The PG Fit concept provides users a great combination of fitness training orientation with nutrition best practices. While each person is different, with different objectives and interests, the PG Fit team delivers a holistic perspective on health, fitness and well-being. For me, PG Fit is not just a gym, but rather a system that can provide each individual the means to significantly improve their health, both physical and mental. In my 3 years at PG Fit, I have transformed my life by including better habits and new healthy routine activities. After being at a highly competitive soccer player @ pro level, I thought I knew all the tricks for performing training sessions effectively...but at PG Fit I learned, so many new things about mobility, strength, power, stability, nutrition and how to combine them appropriately to gain a more effective result.
While I see that PG Fit's users are typically more mature people (40+) it is definitely a program for all ages; I wish I would have been able to learn all these things, and put them into practice, when I was at my sports prime at an early age.

After four years of relentless injuries and surgeries—two torn Achilles tendons, a torn rotator cuff, and a torn meniscus—I was stuck in a cycle of pain and frustration. I spent a year in a walking boot. I did rehab. I worked with personal trainers. But no matter what I tried, I couldn’t walk right. My body was out of alignment, overcompensating in all the wrong ways, and the neurological connection between my brain and my knee, ankle, and body just wouldn’t fire. I felt trapped—disconnected from my body, and in many ways, from myself.

Then I found PGFIT.

Working with Casey at PGFIT has been nothing short of transformational. His training is the perfect mix of deep knowledge, embodied wisdom, and holistic awareness. I’ve been working out at PG Fit for over five years, and honestly, I’m in the best shape I’ve been in since… ever. I’m stronger, more flexible, and have way more energy than I did when I started. I recently hit over 1,000 workouts—yep, a thousand. I’m not sure if I should be proud or just slightly concerned for my sanity.
The trainers are top-notch—certified, knowledgeable, and they actually care. You can do group classes or personal training, depending on what works for you. My son also trained here while recovering from a work injury, and he’s made amazing progress.
The vibe is great—everyone’s super welcoming, and the trainers and members feel like family. I have worked out all my life at multiple gyms. At my wife's suggestion, I went to try out a class at PG Fit (even though I am not a fitness class type of person). However, after a couple of classes, I realized that PG Fit is different.

I was given an assessment even before I signed up that allowed Casey and Sam to tailor the workouts to my individual needs and limitations. From my first classes, they would provide tailored modifications that allowed me to get the workout on whatever area of the body to the fullest extent possible. They also ensured my form and pace were on point throughout the workout.

I also was given customized recommendations on nutrition and other areas that allowed me to make adjustments that have helped increase my overall health.

Overall, I have only great things to say about PG Fit. Casey and Sam, along with Tami, Logan and Nicki are great and provide the perfect workouts and motivation to help you attain your fitness goals. The class sizes are small anywhere from a few people to about 12, which make it the perfect size where you are given the personal attention and you really get to know the people you workout with.

I have felt from the first day I workout at PG Fit that I was part of the PG Fit family, where they absolutely care about your fitness goals and health and even more importantly, they care about you as a person.

I highly recommend giving PG Fit an opportunity to help you along your fitness and health journey.

The hardest part for me to lose weight before starting at PGFit was knowing what to do and how to pair workouts with diet. The trainers at PGFit put together a workout for the group and help tailor it to your needs. I have been a member of PG Fit for a few years now. When I first started I had limited mobility in my shoulder (frozen shoulder) and many lower back issues. I wanted to find a gym that would challenge me yet also help me to overcome my limitations. Today I am able to do so much more than when I started. PG Fit will guide you in the right direction if you are serious about getting in shape. Remember you have to do the work though. It is not just doing 45 minutes of work and totally ignoring your nutrition. You get what you put into it and PG Fit is with you all the way. I’ve concentrated on reducing body fat and have gone to 27.1% to 16% while maintaining and slightly increasing muscle mass. Don’t get hung up on the scale either if you’re gaining muscle and losing fat that’s the ultimate combination! Come see what PG Fit has to offer!!

I joined PG Fit in Feb 2023. Prior to joining, I stumbled upon a different gym a little further away but determined I wanted something closer. I was a bit nervous to join another small gym because I’ve had experience with another and it wasn’t the best. Our Trainer Cody was really great. Str8 forward, firm but accommodated the levels of the individuals in the group.
As an outfit I would say they are one of the top fitness camps/gyms I have ever experienced.
It was not about just lifting weights, first the group sessions help tune your body for the build up during the personal sessions. The other trainers were also remarkable. I just went to support my wife and got more out of it than I bargained for.

The first gym that didn't lose my interest after a couple of months. It's perfect for someone who needs external motivation. It has a family feel. Michael, the owner, is quite knowledgeable and very conscientious about training, fitness, and nutrition. I started at this gym recently and I really like all the trainers and I like that the workouts are structured to help make you stronger overall. I started through stability month and it me realize that my balance is not what it use to be and I can’t even stand on one leg without falling over but with the training and more practice I can now balance better and my core is getting stronger. I also like that they take their time showing you movements and with the new videos that are running during the sessions now it is even better.

I was at my wit’s end with trying to get healthy and lose weight. At 46 I found myself at my heaviest weight in my life...including when I was pregnant with my daughter. I have always been active with sports and fitness but the few years leading up to 46 I was riddled with injuries and three surgeries. I lost my groove and worse yet was at a total loss of how to get back to my previous fitness level and a good place mentally.
A friend of mine had been inviting me to try PG Fit where she had been going for almost a year. I decided to try the free session and was hooked. Before they would let me continue though, I had to complete an assessment to see where I was on certain movements, what state my body was in, and what my goals were.
The amazing trainers work not only on working you out but also your nutrition. They offer group classes (where you still get plenty of individualized attention) and personal training classes...both are great!
I’m almost 6 months in and I feel like a whole new healthier (and lighter) person! My confidence has grown and I know the goals I set in November will happen!

Classes in both the morning and evening to fit almost any schedule, and a big focus on FUN as well as EDUCATION. Best gym in town! The trainers are very professional and PG Fit has a unique way of making sure you do all the exercises exactly right with the most benefit for your body.
This is also a great place to get a lot of nutritional information as well as excellent advice on supplements. Highly recommend PG Fit!

I went to PG Fit when I was training for volleyball. All of the trainers were very knowledgeable. They were able to help me lean out and increase my cardio endurance. Even when I was injured in volleyball, they were able to help me through it.

PG Fit has helped my son and I learn that fitness can be fun and doesn't have to be the same boring, routine exercise program. Karina has worked wonders with my son's stability and strength and has even helped him pay more attention to what he needs to eat to feel stronger and better. Personally, the instructors have taught me so much about nutrition and exercise in such a short time. I can't imagine a week without going to the Metabolic Resistance Training classes. The staff is super friendly and everyone makes you feel extremely comfortable.

PG Fit has really helped change my life. When I started attending classes in July of 2014 I was almost 300lbs and feeling pretty bad about myself and my self image. I had always been in shape throughout my life so being so over weight was something I didn't know how to deal with. The staff at PG Fit put me in the right mindset and helped coach me through getting myself back to where I needed to be. I feel much better now, I have dropped quite a bit of body fat, and I don't think I have been in this good of shape since my college days. Great place, great coaches, great people working out in all the classes, I highly reccomend them.
