I have been training with Joel for over 10 months now. He meets you where you are and takes you to the next level, step by step. I really appreciate how Joel uses so many different modalities in his workouts. It never gets boring. His new studio in Weatherford is inviting, comfortable and a clean place to get stronger and healthier.

My workout with Joel was fantastic. He’s very friendly to work with and knowledgeable about physical training. I think the best part he offers meals to help with your diet as well as your nutritional intake.
I’ve gone to other gyms and they’re just a gym. This was a full deal working out, great moral support and helping me eat correctly so that I can get where I want to be. I definitely have suggested this for everybody who wants to change your lifestyle.
