As a long time boxing trainer I wanted to keep doing what I was doing so that after recovering from hip replacement surgery Zack helped me immensely with a few stretching exercises that I wouldn’t have come up with on my own even though I’ve been in the field of athletics for over 35 years. Witnessing what he does on a daily basis his client approach is no less than top notch not to mention motivational whether he’s working with every day people or professional athletes. Highly recommended.

Zach is definitely the best personal trainer in Dallas! I have been training with him for 3 months so far and have seen AMAZING results (both physically and mentally). He tailors the exercises to your abilities and genuinely cares about your success. He has been doing this for years and it shows in the program he creates for you. I used to dread working out but that has completely changed since I started training with him. I can't wait to continue my journey with him!!

The best personal trainer in Dallas, bar none. Zach has honestly changed my life. In the first 6 weeks training with him I managed to lose over 10lbs of fat while gaining 2+ lbs of muscle. At the 14 week mark I was down from 16.6% body fat to 8.5% body fat, a total loss of over 15lbs of fat while gaining more than 5lbs of lean muscle mass. I've worked out my whole life and never seen results like this. Zach truly cares about your success and has the experience and knowledge to get you into the best shape of your life.
