After injuring 2 disks in my lower back in early 2017, I thought surgery was my only option. While talking to my neurosurgeon, I noticed how often they recommended Pilates post-surgery, and thought I’d try that before I committed to a significant back surgery. It’s been 2 years now that I attend weekly individual sessions with Scott Samford, and I’ve never seen my core stronger...and we have a great time! So thankful for the Pilates Connection team!

This place is absolutely amazing. Great competent instructors and a very welcoming atmosphere. I personally love this place. The place has a lot of equipment for a group and private sessions. The prices are reasonable. I am very glad that I once chose this studio.
