Kylene is knowledgeable and encouraging. I started with Kylene to prepare for knee replacement surgery and it was incredibly helpful in my recovery. Beyond pilates Kylene is also certified in Rossiter stretching. After surgery I experienced significant pain and discomfort in my hip, quad and IT band. When Kylene suggested Rossiter I was a skeptic, but after just two treatments the weeks of discomfort I experienced was nearly gone. I am now not only a pilates fan, but a missionary for the little known Rossiter stretching! Thanks Kylene for improving my quality of Life!

What a treasured find! I moved to Dallas a month ago and one of the goals for myself was to invest in my health while we weather this pandemic. We love this studio and love the passion and confidence Kylene has as an instructor. She really knows how to tune into ones body and knows exactly what course of action she needed to take with me as a beginner. I’ve lost 10 lbs in 4 weeks and I feel better than I ever could have felt going to a regular gym.

Kylene is a great instructor! She guides you through a really challenging work out, all while focusing on proper form. I’ve been going to classes twice a week for over a year and have seen huge improvements in my strength and flexibility. She is also very funny and keeps you entertained throughout the session. I began taking Pilates to continue my recovery from a hip injury and as a complement to traditional weight training. I was looking for a traditional Pilates studio, as opposed to other methods at chain locations, and could not be more pleased with my experience at Pilates Studio of Dallas and Kylene. She has broad depth of knowledge and experience that allows her to tailor your session to your individual goals as well as a sharp eye for form correction which is critical to any successful Pilates session. She has a great, well equipped studio and fosters an encouraging environment second to none. I quickly noticed desired results and excited to see what is yet to come. 10/10 recommend!

Pilates is great. But Pilates with Kylene is amazing. I walked into her studio and described what I wanted my body to look and feel like and from then on it has been awesome. I've been curious about Pilates for quite some time, and it was my good fortune to register for Kylene's introductory package. Her studio is as charming as one would hope to find, as is Kylene who definitely knows her stuff! Her teaching style is confident and concise, she is extremely knowledgeable about the physical body, and sincere in her commitment to the well-being of her clients.

You don't reach the age of 64 without having had a few accidents with resulting aches and pains! Although I came for Pilates, Kylene also introduced me to type of bodywork called "Rossiter." I am happy to report that one day after having received a Rossiter "treatment" from Kylene my chronic knee and hip pain has decreased by at least 50%!

I first met Kylene when she was working at a large gym when I took a free introductory Pilates lesson. I liked her so much that I continued to take private lessons with her and even quit the other gym and followed her to her new studio when she branched out on her own. I always get a good workout and know that I am in safe hands. Kylene is highly qualified and pays special attention to form and offers modifications if there are some moves I am unable to do due to back issues. I was in Dallas on business and staying in the Highland Park area. I asked the concierge at the hotel where the best Pilates studio was. She referred me to Kylene Studio Mindful Movements. It was just minutes from my hotel which was convenient and the instructor was actually Kylene the owner and I've never had a better work out. She was extremely knowledgable and super nice. She also made me feel as if I had been going to her studio for years. The studio is super clean, trendy, latest equipment and she had great music playing as well. She offers packages to her locals and frequent travelers and even has a small retail section just Incase u forgot something at home or looking to upgrade what u already have. She even gave me some amazing recommendations for places to get a great meal and a drink. Needless to say I'm spending a lot of time in Dallas for work and I purchased a package 1 on 1 special w Kylene and can't wait to use them.
The hotel was right. She is the best in town;).
