Pilates Xperience is a boutique Pilates studio in Las Colinas, Irving, TX, specializing in small-group reformer Pilates classes for all fitness levels.
Our comprehensively certified instructors provide safe, form-focused workouts that build core strength, improve posture, increase flexibility, and reduce everyday pain.
We offer beginner, intermediate, advanced, jumpboard (cardio/HIIT), stretching, and pre/postnatal Pilates classes in a welcoming, judgment-free environment for clients in Las Colinas, Irving, and the greater DFW area.

I really enjoyed taking classes here. They really fix your postures and stretches and want to better understand you. Each class is very challenging and fun. It’s at a great location which is a plus. All the instructors are great with talking you through each exercise as well!

I had my very first Pilates class with Amber today and it was such a great experience! She was incredibly sweet and attentive, making me feel comfortable right away. Before class started, she took the time to walk me through how to use the reformer and explained everything clearly, which really helped ease my nerves as a beginner. Throughout the session, she paid close attention to my form and gave helpful corrections in a supportive way.
The front desk staff was also so welcoming, and the studio is very clean and inviting. I’m excited to come back!

Great Pilates studio ran by Xavia and her husband.
I took a beginner class with Xavia. She was very welcoming. Her pacing was great, instructions clear and concise, she's encouraging, and she offers modifications during class for everybody to be successful and supported. The reformers are in great shape and the studio is clean and beautiful.
This is such a great and well needed addition to the Las Colinas area. Try out a class from them! Your first class is free.
