Pivot has been my family’s second home since it was Gabrielle’s! We have been there for around 13 years now. My older daughter graduated out of the competition program and is now a theatre major in college. My youngest daughter has been attending since the age of 3 and is now 15 on the senior competition team. I also have a dance background and we have loved our experience so much that I became a dance teacher at Pivot. But I want to speak to my experience as a mom of dancers that attend(ed) this studio. Pivot has the only All-Star dance program for hundreds of miles. Through this program, my girls have met dancers from other countries, learned choreography from award winning college dance coaches, booked modeling gigs with major dance wear lines, learned how to choreograph, gained experience teaching and added to their resumes through the junior staff program, and my youngest is already being scouted by colleges. More than that, the staff loves and cares for the children like their own. Both my daughter and I have made some of the best friends here and these friends have become like family. I am sad that others have not felt the same but I also know that many others have had the same experience as my children and I. Sadly, as a psychologist by day I know that people are more likely to report bad experiences than good ones. I hope my heart felt review helps someone else.

A while ago when Covid first started, my kid started doing ballet, but then we had to stop of course because of Covid they owe us a lot of money like $120 or more. This is ridiculous. We need our money back. I might go back there to get my money and if they don’t give it to me that just proves how terrible your services are, but the only reason I gave it to stars because it was amazing for my child, and she loved ballet and now it’s later and she wants to go back but the recent Reviews are horrible and they need to give me my money brooo

I usually don’t tend to write reviews but I feel like I needed to on this. My daughters have been going here for 2 seasons now and they used to be very good. But once they change the front receptionist it felt like no one ever answers the phone, I can call 10 times in a row and I will get the automated voice. I was being mischarged for MONTHS and I keep asking about it and was told it would get fixed and till this day it’s still not, and The communication is horrible. Also, This past season the classes for toddlers is not taught by a teacher anymore it’s taught buy teacher aids. It’s just sad this used to be a good place when we first started but it’s just going down hill. Would not recommend this place or waste my money. 0/10

We have been a part of the Pivot fam for about 5 years now. The staff has been wonderful. My kids have enjoyed all of the classes they've taken, from various dance classes to gymnastics to lil ninjas. We definitely recommend Pivot.

My daughter has been taking ballet and tumble here for over 6 months and she loves it. The instructors are patient and knowledgeable and make sure each student gets the attention and instruction the deserve.

It's a great facility with lots of room for the activities they promote. The teachers and staff are knowledgeable and friendly to both kids and parents. The class sizes (at least for the summer ) are small enough that each kid gets a lot of attention and help with whatever the class is working on.

The staff makes use of gamification to help the little ones learn. Awesome method of teaching for little ones ages 3 & 4. They are so sweet and the students just love them!

Pivot is amazing! I dance there and most of the time the girls and teachers are so kind!!!! Mrs Gabe makes the best tap dances and we get so many opportunities. Today we went to NDA in grapevine!!!!! We really can bond as a team and all become a true pivot dancer.

We first went to Gabrielle's on the recommendation of a friend who loved it there... At the time 2 of my daughters where doing dance at another studio and one was not naturally gifted.My daughter (then age 8) had her heart and confidence shattered when a teacher made unkind and hurtful comments... We immediately enrolled all 4 of our children in Gabrielles, and that has been a blessing in our lives... all four of my girls are now confident and very very happy with the skills they have learned at Gabrielles ... I know why this studio has been around so long, they truly care about the children!!! I LOVE this place!!! I recommend it to all my friends .... Gabrielle (the owner) is FANTASTIC, and a wonderful role model for my girls (now ages 8,9,12 & 13)... She has made her studio a safe welcoming environment... She only hires the best staff! I have no idea how many students are enrolled there, I would guess more then 500.... yet they make each child feel special, they know their students, and they know them well enough that when my Mother passed away last year, the staff at Gabrielle's knew of our families situation and understood any emotions that my children were gong through ... Gabrielle's was a safe place for them to be... Children can often be unkind, but at GDP, meanness is not tolerated and it shown (through example) that kindness is a better thing to have in our world ... We will NEVER go to another studio, we have found our Dancing and Tumbling Home!
