Gym location people and staff are all great. My issue was with some of the equipment being mismatched and or different from other Planet Fitness locations. I would visit again if in the area but just don't care for some of the equipment like leg extensions, abductor adductor combo machines. On the plus side they have a leg press that my home gym lacks.

Need to fix the water temperature in the women's showers. I shouldn't have to play musical showers trying to get the hot water to work every single time I go here. Not ONE of the showers in the women's locker room actually work properly. There is either no hot water at all or scolding hot water. As a Black member, I cant believe this is what I am paying for....besides, every time I change showers only to find none of them actually work properly, it's just costing you guys more water. You can do better than this!

I love this gym! This Planet Fitness has a variety of equipment to build muscle, get stronger, and/or just stay healthy. I've been to a couple of PF's in my area and this one is for sure the best. Always super clean, vibes on point, and super friendly staff. My fav is Marvin, always super friendly and positive, greeting people and everything in between, genuine guy for real. I'd certainly recommend this gym to my friends and family. 10/10!

I have been working out of this location for a year and a half and I love coming here they have upgraded the equipment recently and the staff is very friendly I want to give a big thanks to Jenny and Sophia I lost my headphones the other day and they took the time out of their schedule to walk around the gym and find them when I return to the gym the next day they were very excited to let me know they had found them That's the kind of customer service that I have been missing these days and want to give these girls a lot of praise I was having a bad day and that really turned things around. I want to first commend the staff, they do a fabulous job, keeping this place very clean. As someone who recently moved here from Florida I can appreciate having a place that you can consider your second home/a place that you can just go all out and just give it your best. It’s refreshing and motivating! This place is not as overcrowded as other gyms that I myself have experience in the DFW area. I personally would recommend anyone to join this particular location of planet fitness you will not be disappoint.

I love the new equipment and no matter what gym I go to while traveling I find the locations to be convenient, safe, clean and well maintained facilities. In addition, I've always been a Black Card member and so I enjoy the massage chairs, hydrotherapy beds and tanning beds.

I'm going to give 5 stars for now since it's my first time at this location but it really ruined my morning. The employee at the front desk says this is not normal. But none of the showers had hot water. And coming from some one who love showers on the cooler side. It was unbearable. I had to go home and shower which made me late for work. Anyone else have this issue? Because of this is the norm I'm going to have to cancel my membership. Because that's why I picked it. 24 hours, close to my job, and showers.

Gym is fine but if we are going to cancel the gym subscription for personal reason like relocating e.t.c they are charging for that which is not acceptable to me. They charged 65 dollars as i am cancelling the subscription before one year.

I love this location of Planet Fitness. I typically go on my lunch break. They have a vast variety of weight lifting equipment that allows me to get in and out rather quickly. The employees are always very nice and helpful and they do a great job keeping the gym organized and clean.

Planet has always been decent. It's pretty laid-back. I got the membership so I could train with my lady sometimes. I'm actually a member at fitness connection too. It's always clean. The people are friendly. No real Meatheads up there. But, I guess it depends on the time.

all of you who practice at this address should be careful to keep your things in the locker, my son has only been a member for 1 month, then someone broke into the locker and took his bag, which contained the key and personal belongings, when I talked to the manager there, they said he did not have the right to watch that video, only the director had the right, I had to leave my car there and the next day the locksmith came to make me a new key for $150, you should choose another place if you do not want to lose your personal belongings

I went to take a shower today, but the hot water was not hot enough. I thought they were trying to save money. When I finished, I saw the neighbor was still inside. From the gap in the curtain, I saw that no one was inside. However, the curtain was pulled up and the hot water tap was turned to the maximum. Who did that? I hope the front desk staff can check the bathroom every once in a while.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience my family member recently had at your facility. One of your staff members harassed my family member, calling them inappropriate names and telling them to leave simply for speaking on the phone. This behavior is completely unacceptable and goes against the friendly, welcoming environment that Planet Fitness claims to provide. In addition, despite the mistreatment, the membership was canceled without proper explanation, and my family member has continued to be charged. So before I get into it, I need everyone to know that I am not exaggerating as you can see in the pictures. I go in the bathroom 31 Oct 2024 to shower after my workout. And the pictures are just some of the things that were in there. Now it is 5:30 in the morning. There is all of that nasty crap all over the floor there's mildew in the showers. It smells like you've washed towels and left them in the washing machine for a week. There's gum, dental floss, pics. Q-tips, leftover underwear in the shower. I will never come back to this location ever again? If you do, please plan on not showering, because it is disgusting and the owner or manager needs to drop by and see this because when you know better do better.

This is one of the best locations in Arlington ive seen! I usually come in the morning and the staff is always welcoming and happy to greet you. Bathrooms are cleaned regularly and never had any issues. LaBrya is also a extremely huge help and make sure that everyone is being greeted either coming in or out
