I use it a lot for the shower however the water smells like sulfur out of a well, stinky, and it should be Baytown water, there’s no place to put your soap and shampoo in the shower like the one in Crosby does, makes you wonder why they’re all different.
So hold the soap in your hand and throw it on the floor same with your shampoo rags whatever you might have I guess

Lots of treadmills and bikes. Other equipment is more limited. Not crowded. Many members tend to spend a lot of time "resting" on a machine after their set instead of making it available for the next client.

I will say this is the most crowded planet fitness ive ever been too . People will sit on certain machines especially the hip abduction and just have conversations .

I dont think the crowd meter is very accurate at all . When i walk in and see theres a person on almost every machine the crowd meter should not be at the lowest mark.

I have came here at different times of the day and its always packed . I will have to start coming here at 4/ 5 am to get a proper workout in.

Es desagradable, sucio, los baños huelen mal, el personal parece ser que nunca los limpian, estuve hasta pasadas las 3 de la mañana y nunca vi que los limpiaran.
Las máquinas y equipos son viejos y en algunas ocasiones están dañados, huelen mal a óxido y el olor no se te va ni bañándote…
Que decir de las duchas? Una sola expresión, dan ASCO, el moho recorre todo el espacio, es un riesgo químico, biológico bañarse aquí…

Basic feedback due to high wait times for the most used machines is to get rid of the rows and rows of unused cardio machines and replace with more dumbells and Smith machines.

Biggest reason this location is undesirable is wait times on the most useful machines/equipment.

The fact that this facility is open 24/7 gets it 5 stars. The one in Mont Belview is only open 24/5 ( lame) so I come here on weekends after nights. Thank you for picking up their slack!

Pay attention to your account they charge crazy amounts of fees. This month they took over 100 in fees from me. They scam you it’s not even worth it. They’ll hit you with annual, your monthly and late fees and mind you you can’t even use your membership until your current. Ask questions and make sure to check every month if your account is current. Also their machines were below my level of training so I didn’t find this gym useful. I will never sign up with this company again. I’ll stick to mom and pop shops.

Clean facility they need more stalls for bowel movements in the men's RR. A lot of men are eating clean and the end result we're getting cleaned out 😂. I can count multiple times I've had to wait to drop a deuce 😂. They also need a basketball court. Then it would be great if they actually had a bench press chair that was bolted in.

Gym is good for those who don’t mind machine weights but I prefer free weights. Main gripe is the volume of the music. Music selection is alright but management needs to realize that every person prefers their own music that’s why a majority of people use some type of air pod or headphones. The only way to drown out the gym music is to turn your own volume to a harmful level. I was told by an assistant that the volume is set by a third party. I’m sorry but as a business you should call the shots as to what affects your customers.

Update:
Been working out at this place since after Covid as they are the only place open 24 hours. I care enough about my health that I wake up at 3:15 so I don’t have to deal with people who like to socialize or take up machines while playing with their phones. I consider myself a serious lifter so that means I use a weightlifting belt and other accessories. I like to have my gym bag with me so I don’t have to carry a bunch of stuff around and perhaps forget or lose it. There are signs posted to put up your gym bag but I was never hassled about it until today. 🙄

I was charged a late fee twice. Planet fitness didn't draft my account until it was after my due dates 2 months in a row. I went up to the gym to address it. I requested to have the late fees waved and the manager Jessica refused. As a paying member I did not feel valued. She told me it was my responsibility to make sure my bill was paid EVEN THOUGH their payment system was at fault. Don't offer auto pay if you won't take responsibility when your system has an issue.

I came in person to cancel my membership and after two months of canceling that membership they continue to charge my account. I’ve called and spoke with Jessica the manager and I was told it would no longer be charged. Now on my third month I’m still receiving text saying they’re trying to take out. Why does every gym do this? It’s really frustrating. I chose the membership that didn’t have a contract to keep for a year or two years. I specifically chose the one that can cancel anytime and it seems like I’m being punished. I’ve contacted the better bureau to report this activity.
