Night employee Breeze leaving the gym a complete mess, no paper towels on the dispenser, trash everywhere and she doesnt even say anything about to anyone whos slamming or dropping the weights or equipment just standing around playing on the phone by the front desk no wonder most machines are broken. First I know that I am not a $100 dollar bill to like everyone but Amy and Zae have the worst customer service ever, unfortunately I left my phone in a place I could not get it and I asked these two individuals if I could use my phone to check in, this was the only location I was not allowed to get in even when the main office said I could, I tried other locations the same day just to check, locations like Epriham they even call my home town to confirm my membership, at Trail Lake Drive they gave me one time exception, and at Lancaster only used my ID, but these guys even when I asked them several times they told me they cannot do anything with their angry face all over the place, with team members like these is how you lose business fast...you need to train them better...or get out of customer service jobs

Do not download the rockbot app to play music on their jukebox. Management will disable it so your music will not play or if it is not the music they like. 2 days I have played Christian music and they have disabled the box or skip over my plays. That just shows you what type of people run the facility.

I joined because my pain doc told me I need to strengthen my back. I've been a member for about a year now, and I love it! Although I have my "favorites" among the machines, today I asked for help identifying more machines that would benefit my back. Trainer Erika kindly and helpfully identified 3 additional machines I might want to use, instructing and staying with me as I tried them out. At 78 years old and 5'2, I'm not tall or strong enough to attach the proper pull-down on one of them, and Erica told me any time I want to use that machine to come get her and she will attach and detach it for me. I so appreciate Erika's encouragement and patience. PF truly is a "judgement-free zone!"

Beware of the billing! First you are required to have monthly fees direct draft from your bank. No options. First month I should have been charged just the $15.00 monthly fees.
This month I was charged $53.00 and on one day and the again same $53.00 the following day.

I been coming to this gym since 2018.
Yesterday I came in and noticed that my membership was canceled. So I talked to a team member. I was told I need to talk to a manager. So the manager came up and accuse me of peeing in the shower restroom. Also he told me he been watching me . That called harassment. The manger here is very unprofessional . So I told them that I didn’t do it but okay I well take it up with costumer Service. I really think this gym needs a new manager.

The gym itself is good, equipment wise. The staff is terrible. I’m a paying customer. I shouldn’t be treated like trash right when I walk in the doors. The lady that works at the front desk around 35 I’m guessing needs a reality check. She was not only rude but also was very inconsiderate towards everyone around her. The way she talks to people is gonna get her slapped sooner or later. My sister who’s 13, tried to use my black card guest member while I was there. We showed her proof she was who she said she was and she said it was “not enough” how is a birth certificate not enough? She was extremely rude, was rolling her eyes the whole time, and another worker saw this and had to step in on her behalf due to her lack of people skills. She was God awful. not a good look for Planet Fitness. Definitely won’t be returning.

I am disgusted with the accounting of this company. No one seems to be able to help me understand why I have been charged ALMOST $200 in one month. I was charged:
27.11 on April 14 - monthly payment
53.04 on May 1, 2025 - Assume annual fee
27.11 on May 19 - monthly payment
42.11 on May 30 - Unknown what this is for
68.04 on June 4 - Was told this was for annual fee and late charge (but I was charged the annual fee on May 1.

Everyone I call gives me the run around, and no one seems to care. The billing company (NOT ASSOCIATED WITH PLANET FITNESS AT ALL) points me to Planet Fitness, and Planet Fitness makes excuse after excuse and cannot explain how and why this is happening. The last person I spoke to states that on their end, it shows my annual fee was returned, which is why I was charged $68.04. But the annual fee cleared my account on May 1. They could not explain the $42.11 charge on May 30 either.

I TRIED CANCELLING MY ACCOUNT, AND TO DO SO, IT WANTS ME TO MAKE ANOTHER 27.11 PAYMENT! THIS IS ABSURD!

I’ve been coming to this gym for almost 2 years with no issues until recently. My last few visits I’ve been barked at by a larger woman to “follow the circuit” in the express room. Which would make sense, if anyone else in the room followed. Every person walks in, uses whatever machine and then continues on.I then see people go in the express room and use machines for extended amounts of time and she says not one word. She has even barked at me when I had a guest with me and was discussing the usage of machines. She does not approach guests professionally or nicely.
And again, I have never seen her approach other people about this issue, just myself.

I also have a family member who I got to sign up and she was addressed about her pajama pants that she’s worn for over a year. PF, is this not one of your billboards?

I am not a loud person, whether I’m there alone or with my guest. We don’t get in anyone’s way, clean up after using machines, and are just there to work out and go home. So why the confrontation with every recent visit? And if I am doing something incorrect, why not approach me professionally instead of immediately approaching me scolding me like a child?? Inexcusable.

I’m not sure what’s gotten into your staff or why they all of a sudden have been treating the gym like military school, but it makes the gym unenjoyable at this point . My membership will be cancelled immediately the next time your staff singles me or my other guests out, because this feels personal being followed to a room and making sure i’m working out “correctly” the minute I begin to work out.

Either enforce these "rules" upon EVERY person that enters the express room ( which you don't, as I have seen with my own two eyes on more than on occasion) and/or is out of "dress code", even though your company promotes wearing pajamas WITH BILLBOARDS, or drop it and leave guests alone to work out, especially when they didn't ask.

I have been a member for the last six or seven months, and it has been the best thing I have ever done. The people at the gym have been very helpful with the help they have provided and the day Mgr has gone out of his way to be help with instructions on new machines and machines I have never used before. I wish I had joined this gym long before I did, and the staff have made my time spent working out a pleasure instead of a burden.

I was previously a member in a different state and tried a different gym company after moving to TX, was not impressed with cleanliness or lack of functioning machines at that other gym and happily rejoined Planet Fitness after my commitment was over. Just recently noticed a reoccurring charge from PF. Went to ask why I was getting this, apparently when I renewed my membership they did not cancel my wife's like I asked. Told the employee I was only renewing mine and hers canceled. I told the employee I wasn't going to waste another yr paying for something she used like 4 times. Well jokes on me cause they never canceled it and I've still been paying. I finally got them to cancel it thanks to the employee they had in. She did excellent job helping me out. Canceled her membership correctly and sent me a confirmation email. Unfortunately even though it showed / recorded the last time my wife used the gym was over 500 days, I didn't get any money back.

This is the BEST gym I've been to in Fort Worth. If you are looking for a gym that is inexpensive, open 24 hours and great amenities please try this location out. Signing up was super easy with the manager, received a tour and EVERY time I come in the staff greet me and help me out. It's clean and you always see employees cleaning the equipment which is rare at other gyms. I am truly grateful I found this place and have the ability to get a great workout. Even other gym members are pleasant I've never had an issue at this place! 10/10 staff 10/10 service!

For a long time I really liked this location but in the past year it has really started to go downhill. Showers have not had hot water for like 4 months, the bathrooms are always wrecked, and there are a ton of teenagers that group around a single machine making it off limits for anyone to use while they just jerk around for an hour. They made fun of my crocs and said I couldn’t wear them to work out, cool. The staff is always pretty friendly. The entire gym is very clean, I always see one or two people walking around cleaning equipment or mopping, no matter what time of day it is. The locker room is always well kept, and machines that get broken usually get fixed pretty quickly.
