There is one room to change in after showering.??

The location is new with a good selection and areas for dumbells!

They don't have a radio playing loud like other locations. That's very nice since 9 of 10 wear their own ears buds. Some places need to turn up ear buds to drown out the crazy music they play sometimes.

So far the big fans aren't running fast. Some places run them 24/7 and wide open. Glad to not wear a hoodie to workout in here.

The place is really clean. Then it is new..

I really like Planet fitness. Felicia is the most amazing, helpful. She used to work over on Crowley, but when she switched to burleson, I upgraded so I could workout over here also. Amazingly they also have Sylvia that is wonderful and welcoming This is definitely the place to go regardless over your fitness level. Thank you guys

horrible customer service argued with me about not having an account when I pulled up my account and showed them on my phone. I had a membership. They then tried to tell me the membership is pulling up under a different name. They refused to cancel it and made me cancel it through my app, which then tried to charge me $30 to cancel. I will never go here again. Avoid Daniel and Jordan at all cost because they clearly do not know how to do their job.

I’ve been to a few Planet Fitness locations around DFW, and this one is by far the best. The staff here are always friendly, easy to talk to, and actually helpful if you ever need anything. Unlike other locations, they don’t bug you with dumb rules or make the gym feel uptight—it’s chill, welcoming, and you can focus on your workout without any unnecessary stress.

This gym has far exceeded my expectations. It is large and spaced out great. Everything is clean and well kept. It is brightly lit and all equipment is in great working order.
The staff is friendly and I constantly see them cleaning under machines, wiping down equipment and filling the paper towels and spray bottles. My only complaint would be that it has gotten a lot busier since I first joined, however even with it being busier because the gym is so well laid out it never feels crowded or overwhelming.

It’s been two years since I’ve worked out and I’ve checked out quite a few locations but this one is my favorite and is consistently clean. Staff is super helpful and very knowledgeable. I really like the layout. The members spa is also very nicely done. The hydro beds, massage chairs and tanning beds are all well kept. Theres PLENTY of parking and multiple machines and equipment. I do like that staff consistently walks around offering assistance to those who may need a tip or two. So it’s great for anyone wanting to start their fitness journey from square one and even those veteran gym goers. Love this Location!!!

I love being in the middle area of fort worth and crowley ! A benefit of being a black card is being able to travel to nearby by locations
I specifically make the drive to this location! the equipment is always organized with clean and stocked spray stations
Lots of free weight space and area to stretch and do floor workouts

I enjoy the gym now that everything is set up now! They also have a hip thrust machine which I love.
What I do not love is the locker room is very small and no changing rooms (only bathrooms to change in) and there is no where to sit in the locker room either. The parking lot is very dark, are there plans to add more lights? That is definitely a security risk especially it being a 24hr gym. Other than that, it's great!
