This location is small and has limited number of equipment. They have two machines of everything for upper and lower body and for abs. For a Monday morning workout it seems that 6:30am is when more people show up but still relatively not busy.

Great gym, have always loved PF. Just started coming here a couple weeks ago after a move, and every day the gym is at least 79°. Fixing AC should be a top priority in Texas. Not a huge issue after the first few times, but definitely not something to prolong for this long. If I wanted a hot workout I’d go run around outside 😭

When I went to workout this morning I just happened to look at their hours of operation that I have not done in a very long time and noticed the change. When I got home I saw they are open 24 hours now M-F. I was so excited because I exercise better in the morning than evening. I will now be able to go around midnight, get in a good workout and come home and go to bed when I’m tired. Thank you, PF for updating your hours finally! I missed my days in Arlington because they were 24 hours.

Staff is always very friendly. The trainer took the time to listen to me and create a workout specifically for what I was looking for. They never make you feel awkward or dumb when asking a question. I had to go into planet fitness today and Louis the manager. There was very helpful. He took his time he wasn’t rushed and he helped me to understand my bill. He also helped me to understand how to look it up on the app and he was very very helpful. I’m at the planet fitness in College Station and Luis is the manager there and he was very helpful.

This PF is in a nice area. Felt safe overnight. The facility is clean, and the shower area is beautiful, but the private dressing rooms are not across from the showers as most PF facilities.

I like the staff and the set up. The members are ok I guess.
Everyone minds their own business.
They have a really ineffective set up for the massage tables. You have to check in every 10 minutes, so you can't relax and unwind. That's my biggest gripe. I'm paying $28 a month and I can't relax. That's really messed up.
The showers have scum and the changing area floor isn't mopped or cleaned.
Other than that, it's a good place to work out.

Rodney is amazing on the morning shift. He is always so personable and welcoming. Even in the early hours of the morning, he always has a smile and is upbeat. He is always up and moving about the gym interacting with all and keeping the gym clean, versus normal gym workers who sit behind the counter on their phones.

This is my go-to gym in College Station. Staff is friendly and always willing to help, the people there are always chill and are also super friendly and willing to help. This is an update to my review of one year ago. We have been members since this location opened and are 100% happy. The recent renovation of the gym has added SO much, including some great new equipment like the 360 area and the stair-stepper machines The variety of equipment and number of machines available on the floor is exceptional. I appreciate that I never have to wait to use equipment. The staff is always helpful and pleasant. There are a lot of gym options in College Station, and we have tried many, but we are staying with PF because working out here is "easy," fun and enjoyable.

When signed up at the end of Nov/beginning of December I was very clear I was only going to be here until Crunch Fitness opened. I was told to cancel 7 days prior and everything is charged the 17th. So I called early on the 10th to cancel and the guy who answered was not very friendly and basically told me I didn’t give adequate notice and I would be charged. I wanted a callback from management. Fast forward to the 18th sure enough I was charged. Called back and this time a woman answered and I explained what happened and that I was not called by management. She doubled down and was not willing to help, she acted like I was an inconvenience and I could tell she wanted me off the phone. She tried to tell me calling on the 10th isn’t sufficient and I would’ve had to call the 9th and I told her that would be 8 days not 7. She kind of huffed and puffed and I was like I’ll just speak to a manager and she said they’d call me tomorrow. Like I’m sorry whoever helped me sign up dropped the ball, but it’s not my fault. Secondly, like maybe just provide customer service? Just because I’m leaving doesn’t mean you can take whatever money you can get and not be helpful. I also concur with the other reviews about the state of the gym. In my brief experience there were about 5 broken machines and I always had to walk across the gym for paper towels or cleaner bc it was not stocked appropriately even late when it wasn’t busy. I’m hoping a manager will be more helpful so I don’t have to file a chargeback or BBB complaint. I will update my review either more positively if I’m helped or negatively if I’m not.

A long day of driving in traffic down from Waco and I was ready for a bit of a workout followed by a shower. An easy time in the Thirty Minute Circuit with arms and legs and core. Good cardio!

Over to the showers which were in good condition with a large space for changing in private. Good hot water pressure at 8:00 pm!

I’ve been coming here for awhile. Usually in the mornings. Sometimes the staff is friendly ,but sometimes they don’t even bother to say hi welcome in, or bye. I’ve tried saying hello or bye and just get ignored. I guess it just depends on who is working. There is a gentleman working there in the am before 7am who is extremely nice! Water tastes very chlorinated. I travel as a "lifestyle," and as my profession, and have exposed to many Planet Fitnesses. Have never had water at any other Planet Fitness be such as this. Either it is not being filtered, or the filtration desperately needs to be replaced.

I love Planet Fitness! For less then $30 you can have access to a Gym pretty much anywhere you travel around the world, AND bring a guest 7 days a week (Not just the weekend like some other local Gym across the street).
Personally I think the Hydro Bed is worth the membership alone, but I also like the Red light therapy chamber and if this location would keep there’s FULLY operational I’d have given 5 Stars, but since there always seems to be a few bulbs out or some that honestly don’t appear to be correct replacements i’m giving 4 Stars.

Gym is beautifully laid out. Instructions are on the machine for new people which is very helpful. Staff are amazing and friendly especially the 4am staff members. Large bathroom with lockers and showers for all members. Overall a really nice experience and targeted for everyone new or experienced with going to gym. Most beat up Planet Fitness location I've ever been to... Not sure how the Planet Fitness Franchise Home Office has taken action yet to correct this facility yet. Paded floor by free weights is wavey and a tripping hazard, floors are always dirty, most equipment is worn out and some of it unusable, drinking fountain is either broke or the water that comes out is hot, mirrors are filthy and never cleaned, bathroom stall door broken, lockers in locker room are very beat up, the list goes on. This place needs an update badly. Only thing good about the place is the nice staff. Otherwise do yourself a favor and go to the Bryan, TX PF instead.

Cynthia is rude! She pretty much roles her eyes at you at talks at you like your beneith her. Louis is Chythia's guinea pig and will harass you. Would not recommend this gym to anyone for the fact the staff members are allowed to talk to you any way they want to. I am a guest at the gym and find this very unprofessional. As I was told by Cynthia I could take it up with the manager. Sadly this is my first run in with her. Have had a great experience here until today.
