Stupidly I decided to get a membership I saw some results because I started going and was consistent but when I came to cancel. big dude at the desk said I canceled gave him a 30 days notice back in June and yeah it’s still August and I’m getting overdraft charge from an annual fee. I need somebody to contact me and fix this because I’ve tried reaching out and y’all don’t help me.

Very friendly staff, clean, and the shower/dressing rooms are spacious. They do have a few people who do not wipe down equipment after use. Be sure you wipe prior to using and after, but that should be common practice. It may just be me.. 🤷‍♀️

The last few weeks the hot water has been non existent in the showers. Please fix. That's the only down fall i have at this time. Cold showers suck!!! No its NOT alot of people showering during this time nor prior. So, IDK 🤷‍♀️ if the facility maybe having a hot water heater issue.

Honestly terrible service and disappointing experience. A person I was with passed out inside the gym and while the paramedics were on the way I tried getting a Gatorade for the person unconscious on THEIR floor; they demanded I payed first so I had to go all the way to my car for my wallet WHILE THEY WERE STILL UNCONSCIOUS ON THE FLOOR! (Baffled they prioritized money over their own costumers safety)

Too many little kids coming in and not doing anything on the machines just for pictures Trying to start issues with adults as well. Also have had issues with teen boys using the women's restroom and shower area. But you get what you pay for here so theres that. Ended our membership after a year and went else where once the little teenager thing was an issue.

This gym has been operating without AC for weeks, despite the extreme heat. It’s honestly unsafe, especially during summer temperatures.

No communication, no effort to resolve the issue, and no transparency about when (or if) it will be fixed. Members are expected to work out in stifling, sweaty conditions that feel more like a punishment than a workout.

A gym should care about its members' health and safety, not just collecting membership dues. If you're considering signing up here—DONT Not until they take basic maintenance and comfort seriously.

It’s convenient, I can just go in and get my workout in. I like the huge variety from free weights, to the weight machines, the videos you can use to add more to your workout, and the cardio. Also they do a great job of maintaining all the equipment. This location, Crosby, gets quite busy which is nice that everything is in working order. I like being able to link my Apple Watch. I enjoy going on the weekends when it’s less busy. I love the deep tissue massage chairs and must get one after my workout.

I love this Planet Fitness! I’m greeted by the staff as soon as I walk in creating a welcoming environment. The staff are knowledgeable with the equipment. The manager Gene is helpful and makes sure all is in order. This gym is always kept clean. I would recommend this location to everyone.

The new manager/owner needs to work on their business before they lose their customers.

I've been going to this planet fitness for a long time, and I always had good experience back then. Safe to say the reason why I started working out is because of my old father who loves working out and need someone to drive him to the gym. I'm glad to share this journey with him to create some quality time together.

However, the current manager/owner with their ridiculous policies make us feel very uncomfortable now. Also, they change from 24hr gym to limited time on daily and weekends really inconvenient for me who go to work early and come home late.

I hope to see their improvement in future. Don't think it is because you're the only gym in the neighborhood that's why you can do whatever you want. If Crunch or LA fitness open here soon, I'll definitely switch side.

I highly recommend this gym. I was hesitant at the beginning didn’t know what to expect. I only use this gym during my lunch hour and love it . The place is clean, staff outstanding, and plenty of machines to use at any time. I love the environment it brings to get workout done and feeling great when getting there and leaving back to work . I’ve really enjoyed my experience at Planet Fitness! The Judgement-Free Zone makes it a perfect place for anyone, whether you’re just starting out or are a regular at the gym. The atmosphere is always welcoming and non-intimidating, which I really appreciate.

Shoutout to Mike and the rest of the staff for keeping the gym clean and well-maintained. It’s clear they work hard to make sure everything’s in order, and it’s such a big part of why I feel comfortable here.

The affordable membership and 24/7 access are also major bonuses. With my busy schedule, I love that I can come in anytime. Overall, Planet Fitness has been a fantastic fit for me, and the friendly staff and positive environment keep me coming back

The gym is decent, but there aren’t enough free weights or benches available. I would have rated it higher, but when I tried to cancel, they informed me that Planet Fitness had already drafted the payment for the following month and that I would still be charged. I mentioned to the staff that I had three days left before the charge was supposed to go through, but they said there was nothing they could do. A friend of mine had a similar experience—they told him he needed to cancel a day before the renewal date and gave the same explanation about the draft already being processed, so he had to pay for the next month as well. I’m definitely going to file a complaint with the better business bureau.

Estoy muy decepcionado de esta entidad!! He sido miembro por más de 2 años de los cuales más de 1 no he podido venir porque tuve a mi bebé. Hace más de un mes cancele mi suscripción pues pensé mudarme lo cual no pudo ser y en menos de 1 semana trate de renovar nuevamente suscripción. Hable con todos y explicando el motivo de porque lo había echo. Nadie ayudó para que mi suscripción se pudiera renovar con el mismo precio puesto que la clásica había subido ya a 15 dolares más lo fees que cobran de inicio fueron 46 dolares que se tuvieron que pagar. Me parece un robo injusto para alguien que ha estado pagando sin falta por tanto tiempo y que además fui rápidamente para poder activarla. NO RECORDARIA A PLANET FITNESS a ninguno de mis conocidos.

I'm 72 and been going to other gyms for 7+ yrs, and gained 17 lbs.
After about an hour my back gives out. But using your hydro massage I can continue and I've lost 5 lbs the first month.

Khalil and Roman are amazing employees that have the best customer service I've ever seen in a gym! Mary the manager couldn’t be any more great than she already is!!! I went in and canceled my membership with Rudy back in October, went through all the paperwork and reason for leaving. Got told my membership was successful cancelled. just to find out I’ve still been getting charged MONTHS LATER. I called and the lady told me there was NO trace of any cancellation and I would need to come in person to cancel my membership. No offer of any reimbursement or a way to make up for my losses or even an apology that it happened. Absolutely frustrating and ridiculous…

I called several times to cancel my account and was informed a signature in person was required to cancel. Went in person, and suddenly the "system is down" and they cannot cancel. I complained and the staff just stared at me so I asked them to physically write down my complaint for the manager that is never around. The next day my account is magically cancelled without a signature. This is a scummy business practice.
