This planet fitness is always clean! Restrooms are always spotless and well maintained. I go in the mornings around 5-6 am , the people on that shift are always polite and attentive , making sure theres always plenty of paper towels and sanitizing spray to wipe down equipment.

I actually loved this gym… until I came in today and heard Jesus music. The staff are so nice and sweet it’s clean great vibes… good equipment. I come from a body building family and I just wanted to lose some weight I gained and I came in and the music was about Jesus no disrespect… but time and place and this is not the place to put politics on the sound system. It was like some rock music very religious. I will change my review once it changes. The guy in the front was amazing and apologized he said he doesn’t have control over what plays which makes sense. The first time I came the music was great I would say better then most gyms… if this is the direction it’s going to I’ll just go to another gym.. planet fitness isn’t known for religious music.

Why it’s a 5 now!
I came in and two ladies came through the door really aggressively pushing around my friend and the guy in the front saw how rude they were and I guess they were being really disrespectful to him and he was frustrated. Not only was he super apologetic he was so kind and made sure we felt comfortable and offered us a water to make up for the encounter. That’s Customer Service! The gym is like family to me and that’s how they should be. I still don’t agree with the music maybe have a ban on anything hateful or religious because it’s controversial but I’m back at 5 stars all because of Joel and yaralitzy they treated us really good. I bring my member here and she got to see how great they are with their customers! Thanks Joel I will def be coming back!! Having employees like him that go above and beyond are everything!!

I've gone off and on for years at this specific one since they opened, it has always been clean and now they have many more machines for weight lifting since that used to be heavily congested gym equipment. As well as updated versions of older equipment. Highly recommend it still.

This place smells horrible, they dont have exhaust fans in the restroom which makes it smell worse. They have so many machines that just dont work.. one machine has been out for over a year. they charge you quickly automatically every month but cant fix the machines.

I personally go to this gym late night and it’s always a great experience and the best way to end my day with my boy jonathan at the front desk. he’s the one and only staff member on duty at this time and i’ve never seen the gym cleaner than when he is there. only reason i have this gym membership is because of him he’s the best 💯 i’ve gone from 300 pound lard to a 180 pound shredded machine because of him 🙏🏼 he for sure needs a raise

My friend and I love coming here. The gym is small but has what you need. The black card area is also small but very nice. The Westmoreland location is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. They recently added some new machines which of course is great too! Another bonus is the police tend to patrol the shopping area and often stop inside the gym for a quick break so I feel that we and our cars are safe.

I usually don’t go this late to the gym but that’s beside the point. As a black woman, I was definitely racially profiled. I’ve been having my membership for over a year now. I was asked before doing the massage, that I needed to show them proof of my debit card that was on file. I was never given a specific reason why I needed to show them when my payments come out monthly. Not sure if this a location for Hispanics/ Mexicans only but if so it needs to be put on the door. I did not like that treatment at all, it’s very discriminating. If I experience this treatment again, I will be taking legal action. Also, some of the workers have nasty attitudes. I go to serval locations because of how I travel for work and I have never experienced this inside a GYM!!! My goodness smh!!!

From the front desk, agent was extremely helpful w/getting me the best membership for my daughter & I. All questions were answered fully. I stopped going to PF altogether and switched to Colaw Fitness. I continued to pay PF all year round because I didn't want to deal with the huge cancelation fees. My contract was over on August 2, 2023 and I was more than happy to go and cancel my membership. I do no recommend this gym due to their extreme fees. You can't make changes to your contract since they overcharge for everything.

I went to cancel my membership because few months before I was told I could cancel WHENEVER I WANT, but I had to pay 62$ because I was in a commitment, which I was not told when I accepted the membership. While in Dallas TX I utilize this gym during my stay. They always greet me when enter and acknowledge when I leave. It's fairly clean majority of time. There is enough equipment for me to what needs to be done. However it is a smaller facility and mainly crowded so I can't access all the equipment I'd like to use in the late afternoon evening hours

I read several bad reviews about this location which made me a bit apprehensive but the only thing that I didn’t like were the dry attitudes of the 2 youngsters that work there. They were kind of rude and then the male obviously flirting with the female right in the middle of me checking in was unprofessional. But the tanning bed and the massage chair were both clean and in working order. I will go back again.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BANK INFO, they are a scam, crooks they've been taking Money Every Month for the past 3yrs On My Account, Even tho I never use the gym, and don't Even Live in the Area, So, I go Online, and Call to cancel, but they Give the Run Around, in the Age of email and Online Transactions, to cancel the Membership, and stop them from ELECTRONICALLY charging to Your Bank Account, You have to Physically go to the gym in Person, to Ask for a cancellation, or mail a Hand Written Letter via Certified Mail to Simply get a cancelation. they'll be Sure to use Electronics to take your Money, but they won't use Electronics to Simply cancel. I'll be filing some complaints, leaving Reviews Everywhere, and Speaking to My Attorney Since they're Deciding to Make a Simple Request to cancel a Bigger issue than It needs to be, Any other Company Simply goes into their system, and cancels, but they need a huge Production to "Possibly" cancel, and Give the Run Around, they are a scam
