Came in on September 10th to cancel membership and was told to come back on Nov 10th to cancel. Cancelled online today and still had to pay $58.00 to cancel when my year contract is up. Do not sign up for any contracts - pay every time you work out instead. This company is a money grab. I will be watching my account closely to ensure that I am not charged any more monthly fees from this place.

Construction is completed and this is one of the more complete PFs. It still did seem kind of dirty compared to my home PF. Paper towel dispensers that dont work well. Trash on the floor. Not bad but could be kept cleaner.

After 6pm till closing time this planet fitness is more like a social club than it is a fittnes center 😂 things I've noticed . staff is cool people are chill I guess. But when there is a lot of people good luck finding a bench or a machine to do your sets and reps. Advice, hit the gym early to avoid over crowding.

I’ve been coming to this Planet Fitness location for years because it’s close to my home, but the condition of the equipment has gotten terrible. Most machines are constantly broken or damaged, and it feels like nothing ever gets fixed. It’s really disappointing to see the gym in this state after being a loyal member for so long. Management needs to take better care of the equipment and make improvements — members deserve a clean and functional workout environment.

Cancelling. This place is ALWAYS disgusting. Staff walks around filling bottles of colored water, the equipment is always broken & filthy. They rely on clients to do the cleaning. The windows and mirrors have never been cleaned. The massage beds are so gross. I tried giving it a chance, but they live up to the old saying “get what you pay for”.. and this is straight filth

I use to come to this location because it was close to where I live, but stopped because it always hot and the bathrooms are always nasty. The people behind the desk claim the thermostat is on 70. And “It feels fine to me” well all you are doing is standing behind a desk. I ONLY came today because I didn’t want to deal with traffic. Walked it still the same muggy, cooler outside than inside. Obviously this franchise owner does not get the AC serviced. It’s not cooling properly and hasn’t been for some time.

I walked in and walked out, worst PF I’ve ever been to. The building looked decent from the outside but once you entered it felt like you walked into a flee market. A strong stench of bad odors, and no staff anywhere to be seen. I walked into the restroom and was looked up and down by a guy acting like a bouncer at a night club. The restroom was filthy and urine covered the floor by the urinals. I knew after that I had a mistake choosing to go to that location. PF do better

This gym going down hill fast! Trash cans always full and overflowing. Half the paper towel dispensers don't work or empty. Employees just sitting around on phone or sleeping. Homeless guy was living there it seems everyday. So many machines broken or not working properly. Not enough benches or free weight room. Music in tanning beds #3 and 4 always busted for over a year. Starting to contemplate another gym. I know this is a budget gym and considered the worst chain gym but recently I really see why.

Great gym overall open 24h, the shower area would need a little maintenance, hooks all broken, faucet loose, at least put chairs otherwise we have to put our stuff on the floor.

Overall the facility, equipment and staff are great I only have one observation… The sound level impacts my workout negatively. When my headset is connected to the PF app or otherwise and at level 10, the music on the floor and in the locker room drowns out anything else. It’s almost like noise pollution. Staff has attempted to turn down volume but seems to be unable to for some reason. Just FYI.

Decent gym I suppose. Kind of sad that the equipment is aged and not very well maintained. The PF near the galleria is the opposite. Just because it’s a mostly low income area shouldn’t mean the gym gets less than average equipment.
One more thing, not to be a Karen or whatever, but it’s pretty obnoxious people using the circuit training area to do supersets or sets in general. Yesterday I used every machine for the allotted time, ran a mile, and a guy was still sitting on the leg press doing nothing. Let’s get these employees doing their jobs please!

Attempted to go work out and it was so damn hot in the gym. The guy at the desk claimed it thermostat was at 70. You can stand under the vent and tell the air is not blowing through the vents. Gym is clean and machines are improved. Employees at the front desk during the day are helpful and greet you, however night time employees are quite opposite. I was needing assistance in upgrading my membership but the employee was talking to 2 others people and did not help me whatsoever. I stood there for at least 10 minutes, he’d look my way and turn to continue his conversation. I decided to workout and ask afterwards just to find him exercising, leaving the desk alone. The employee had a tattoo beneath his left eye. Won’t forget his face nor the experience. Will be canceling my membership soon.

Love the closeness of the gym in proximity to my home! Sadly the front desk personnel are…not professional and seem annoyed. The staff were eating food at the desk approx 9pm Feb 26th, it was an extremely loud onion smell, kinda rude and inconsiderate to eat in front of people working out. When I checked in today, the short AA male didn’t say anything but pointed to where I needed to be to scan my phone. The group that mandate the desk huddle together and talk sitting on the counter. I mean I get it they are probably bored and underpaid but they do nothing to make a customer feel welcomed. I frequent this location 4-5x weekly and a black card member.

Every time I come into the gym. The girl in the front desk is always giving me a nasty look, and she's always sitting on the counter with no uniform. Management sucks. They need to train their staff into greeting customers to feel welcome in a "judgement free zone" because it definitely does not feel judgment free zone. It feels very much judgmental. Only reason I go sometimes is because my favorite gym from Westmoreland closes @10p.m. on Fridays.

This gym’s management follows different guidelines from the remainder of the Planet Fitness Gym’s. I use the massage bed with a guest under my black card membership at other locations, but for no reason the gym will not allow a guest to use these services. I was helping a friend with payment on his membership. And I drove 40 miles to give credit card information on a Sunday and the sales person said everything was set and ready. When my friend went in he wasn’t allowed to workout because the salesman didn’t enter the data correctly. So two weeks later I drove 40 miles again and made payment and set up auto pay and I was told everything was set and correct. Again when my friend went in he wasn’t allowed to workout because the data entry was again messed up. My friend is recovering from a severe illness and the workout is important for him. The staff at this location is very disorganized and uncaring.

I rarely write reviews, let alone take the time to write something negative. This is easily the worst Planet Fitness I’ve ever been to. There are regularly feces in the urinals, broken sinks, no paper towels or sanitizer for wipe downs, and a lot of broken cardio machines. Do yourself a favor and find another gym.

First time visiting this location, the gentleman working 3rd shift was very unwelcoming upon entering, with no friendliness. Decided to do massage beds after and after repeating multiple times which bed, signing the proper sign in sheet, rescanning in because he insinuated we didn’t each have a membership we finally were able to enjoy the massage beds. Understand it’s 3rd shift but one should always be welcoming to new and returning guests. Massage beds also seemed a bit dated compared to other locations but still worked great.
