Great equipment and never packed, which is amazing for a planet fitness location. However, though they are certainly in the right, be advised that the rules will be enforced here. Backpacks and personal training equipment are not allowed which is standard at most planet fitness gyms but not heavily implemented. This is unfortunate for such a nice location.

Yes yes yes yes... this Planet Fitness was absolutely 💯 amazing.. So many machines, so many options, every machine was available, everything was super clean, they had machines that other locations dont have, everyone was so nice and the staff was absolutely amazing.. The black card area was WOW.. lots of chairs, smelled great and very clean.. by far the best PF I've been too..

Well, I’m a little upset as much as I love this facility and how clean it is and I’ll update it. It is they offered me a free black card offer for a month and for some reason I could never even use it and I went to go back to my classic which I was paying $10 for past five years Not only that they are now charging me $15 for the classic they’re not even giving me the rest of the month which I already paid for for the black card so basically I paid for the whole month but the moment I canceled and downgraded whatever I paid for didn’t get the credit for that. Didn’t even get to use it and then on top of that, they’re charging me more for the amount I had been Paying so basically I was strict to upgrade for a month for free so then when I do downgrade it, they can start charging me the new amount little disappointed I’m gonna say most likely will cancel the membership all at once

Our 17 year old grandson is a senior at Dickinson High School and has been enjoying his summer workout at your center. You offer something to young school-age children during their summer break that other places do not. His workouts have improved his confidence and his batting abilities on the baseball field this summer. Thank you for supporting our youth with positive involvement during their summer break.

I like this gym I’ve only been here for a week but I’ve noticed you have these kids come in and don’t take it seriously and they sit on the equipment just messing around and they will stay there for 30 minutes and not even work out with the equipment it gets super annoying

When I first joined this gym, I had it rated at five stars, But the two managers of this Place are complete jerks. The rainbow hair girl and a skinny Hispanic guy give you a negative vibes right from the get-go. The rest of the employees are pretty nice, but I’ve been getting crap for every little thing at this gym. I tried to work out with my two daughters and it’s an issue. My daughter has a back issue and I let her use The massage chair after a workout and I got all kinds of crap for that. I film My workouts because I have nerve issues on my right side and I send the videos to my strength coach to check my technique and I get crap for that for using a tripod. I have the small little bag I carry around with me and I got crap for that as well. I understand places have rules But the way those two managers deliver and talk to people suck!!!

Never had any of these issues at Crunch Fitness down the road and the price is the same. This place was just closer to home, but I’ll definitely be leaving.

The place is clean. It’s a decent spot to work out Just avoid couple of those employees.

It took me a while to feel comfortable with signing up for a gym membership again, and I like this location in general, but I have yet to meet a friendly staff member. Anytime I enter and say hello or ask to use a spa perk I almost feel like I’m annoying them, and met with rude glances and 90% of the time. I’ve been at various times of the day/different days and it’s very unwelcoming. Specifically the girl with colored hair at the front

Blue hair female that works in the front is truly annoying. I watched her bother 3 different people in the middle of their SET, not their workout, THEIR SET! I've been to almost every PF in G-County, and this is by far the worst employee. Always trying to enforce something that doesn't bother any other gym in the County.

Great place , the machines are clean and staff here seems friendly . The tour however wish it was one with a staff instead of a waiting for a group due to different paste . Also, when enrolling if your been referred by a friend please USE THE LINK they send you. When enrolling wasn’t asked who referred me and since I did it thru them it didn’t count for my sister who had told me about this gym nor she got her credit for referring me out sadly wish they did change this were it don’t have to be the ONLY way by their link they have to sent out thru the app.

Love this gym! Incredibly clean, all of the machines are brand new and work perfectly, the staff is friendly and always makes me feel welcomed. After constantly having to wait to use equipment at my last gym, machines always being broken, rude staff, etc.. I decided that gym‘s weren’t for me, but after giving Planet Fitness a try, I am excited to have a gym membership again!

Have been to several planet fitness before because I travel for work. This is probably my favorite one so far. Everything is nice and new. They even have a standing calf raise machine which I’ve never seen at a planet fitness before and it’s so much better than the sit down type. I do think the placement of some of the machines is kinda strange, if you have 2 of the same machine they should be next to each other not across the gym, I’ve seen someone waiting on a machine because they didn’t realize there was another one of the same machines across the gym. I love that there is 2 pectoral fly machines because at other gyms where there is only one it’s often the most waited on machine but the placement facing each other is a bit awkward when you’re staring face to face with someone else doing the same workout as you lol. Also noticed for some reason Netflix doesn’t work on wifi when it does at other planet fitness which is strange. I like to watch shows while I am on the treadmill and kinda bummed that it doesn’t work here. Overall though I think this location has a lot of great things going for it.

Location is huge, They have a entire wall of Smith machines, more dumbell and bench areas, More machine and a glute bridge machine which I haven't seen yet in any gym..

The massage chairs and hydro and cryo lounge are very comfy and the red light machine looks newer with a weak vibration plate,

If I have anything negative to say it would be I wish they would ditch those cancer UV machines and put in some group saunas over that useless tanning bed space.

The New Dickinson location is Awesome. Staff is super polite, The gym is HUGE and has everything, machines are all new and they even have a couple of the new style joints, Hack Squat, Hip Thrust, Calf raise, bench Press to name a few, locker rooms are spotless with spacious showers, Love it
