There is always the same guy whatever his name is doing this… he is always having a mess saving one of the bars with all his stuff on the floor and NEVER uses it. He just saves it for other people. He is always doing that specially when it’s packed. You guy don’t let a simple bag on the floor but you let this guy put a bunch of stuff on the floor like he owns the gym? And I don’t care that he’s always having fun with the employees, they need to stop him of doing this, this is ridiculous. Today was a Monday 5 pm and the first thing you see is all bars busy except for this one but this guy has all his stuff on it.

I’ve noticed that on Saturday’s and sundays the employees tend to smell very heavily like alcohol. I used to go on weekends but it started bothering me so I don’t go those days anymore. I just feel like it’s very unprofessional to be drinking in the job and taking up the massage chairs to get over their hangover. When there’s people who pay for the privilege of using the massage chairs. The trainer is also really rude at times and sends people to listen in our conversation to make sure we’re not talking about her.

The trainer kicked me out because she was going to start her session. Let people know ahead of time 15-30 minutes especially when I was there before anyone in the class. I went in person to create a membership, but the staff ended up creating a duplicate account, resulting in two memberships. From the moment I called, their customer service was non-existent. I had to escalate the issue to a manager just to get the duplicate account canceled. They made the entire process unnecessarily difficult, throwing up every possible obstacle to discourage me from pursuing a resolution. In the end, they refused to refund me for the mistake their staff made. This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had, and I would strongly advise against doing business with them.

the staff is rude AS HELL. i recently went to this location with my mom as i didn’t want her to go alone and planned on sitting at one of the tables in the front (where people are allowed to sit) while i waited for her. an employee stopped us immediately and told my mom she needed to sign me in as a guest, to which she said i was not going to work out just sit in the front. this employee proceeded to say “well we don’t babysit here.” mind you i am a 5’4 girl wearing dark makeup currently attending COLLEGE. the manager later came to apologize but not after him and the employee who made that remark were practically gossiping like teenagers behind the counter looking at me. not to mention the lack of professionalism when it comes to the massage chairs, some days they allow my mom to bring guests and other times stop her and say she can’t bring anyone. we’re seriously reconsidering switching gyms because this place is nothing but a joke.

Only one quad extension machine, many trendmills in bad condition, never enough paper towels to clean up machines. Also, if you have questions regarding your membership or your contract, staff won't help you, they will just answer whatever BS to get it over with. At this point I really regret having chosen Planet Fitness.

This is already a mediocre gym out of the plan of uses around the area now the lighting is absolutely horrible. It's like hospital lighting. It is not easy at all so when you come in, it just makes it absolutely miserable.. I do not recommend will be searching for a new gym at this point.

Not really what i need gym is way too cold on the morning they dont adjust the temperature in early mornings the other is the lack machines that i used to use this not a gym for me just waiting for other gym to open up on the eastside sometimes i ask the personal from from desk they always said oh i dont know is the way it is but it just comment sense is not the same temperature at 6pm and 6am it drops alot and the a/c and fans full.blast i only have an hour to work out only sleep 5 hours a day to have a good workout and because old injuries also because temperatures on gyms and im tired of asking and have the same answer and i wear 4 tops and a hoodie and Bennie and 2 bottoms i think on the long run i spending more money on this gym everyday is getting worse early morning with a/c on not acceptable and i already complain to the front desk on several location and received the same answer i dont know they have like that so blame it on others if i have to rate this again will be -2 STARTS

I've been going to this location (10780 Pebble Hills Blvd, El Paso, TX 79935) going on 3 years now and have seen management change frequently which is not necessarily a bad thing, to me anyway. Although, I have asked a very simple request to previous managers and that was to please change the analog Planet Fitness clock to the correct time after daylight savings, and apparently this was a difficult task because it was never taken care of. UNTIL I asked this very courteous and professional manager "Joselyn" and "WAA-LA" my request was addressed the next time I came in.

This may seem like a simple request to some, but for me it made all the difference in the world and so I am posting this praise and commendation to Joselyn and her hard working team and in hopes that Joselyn receives a commendation from the owner for being a great manager and listener to member requests. I have spoken to Joselyn on several occasions, and she is always very pleasant and courteous to talk with and the gym seems to be running in great order since she has taken the manager position and I hope she stays for a long time to come. Great job Joselyn, keep up the awesome work!!! 🙂

I arrived at this pf around 540/545pm, and there was little to no crowd. This pf was my first encounter with treadmills missing cup holders. I was a bit surprised but simply moved to a different machine. About 20 minutes into my workout, I went to the bathroom and was really surprised that one of the toilets didn't work and another stall didn't lock. Unfortunately, there were two people occupying the other two stalls. When I finally finished in the bathroom, I went to a different machine only to discover that three different machines didn't work. Not only did they not work, but they were also missing cup holders. The atmosphere was good, but the broken machines, incomplete machines, and bathroom situation were some inconveniences. Despite all that, I'd return to this location. There are some locations I wouldn't go back to.

It’s a good gym the week staff are pretty nice but don’t go in the weekends.They take “slamming” weights to heart Im not sure how to make any noise while lifting I wasn’t even grunting or making noise myself just the weight coming down was enough.Awful experience wouldn’t recommend pretty much any other commercial gym this wouldn’t have happen to.
Edit: I forgot to mention I literally asked for a silencer and they didn’t have the right fit which is ridiculous considering your the one who made a issue out of this, awful awful weekend staff.

The staff would rather watch a customer drive around town to different gyms to stop membership for the sake of hoping they will give up and pay an extra 10$ then tell them they can just transfer, and then stop membership.
Background:
I went to cancel my membership at my home gym, but found it was closed down and moved. I attempted to find it, and found the one here in pebble hills. I assumed I could go in and have it stopped, but I was told I had to go to my home gym.I explained I'd already attempted it, and was hoping they could do it for me. The told me no, and that I would have to drive across down 20 minutes away. I asked what would happen if I wasn't around town and they told me I would have to send a letter (which is more of a corporate policy to deter people from canceling memberships). After all its 2022, you can't argue that isn't on purpose. I went to the parking lot, and found out I could cancel by transferring my home gym to the one I was at, and then going inside to have them stop the payments. So that's what I did.

So basically , instead of telling me about that option, or offering to do it, they wanted me to drive across town, which is a clear effort to deter people from stopping memberships, in the name of getting another $10. A combination of corporate sleaziness, and a complete lack of customer care. I will never set foot in one again, and I would advise anyone else not to either.

Facilities are great. Just disappointed on how I'm not able to cancel unless it's in person. I'm relocating and don't have means of transportation to get there and can't do it over the phone. I’ve always had a great experience at the varied locations I’ve worked out both in El Paso and around Texas when I travel. The facilities are always well sanitized and clean and there is enough equipment for me to work out in any of the varied areas. The staff have been great and welcoming. This Gym needs an upgrade. Several machines don’t work so when it close to capacity you try machines that are free, just to find ou they are free because they are not working.👎🏼👎🏼 Also they only have 2 massage chairs and one doesn’t work correctly. There hydro beds need to be updated as well, when I started my membership I was going to a different location. But then moved to this one since it’s closer to me, just to find out it really sucks . I hadn't been to the gym in a couple of months because Covid positive cases were back on the rise. I finally went back on 9/11/21(a Saturday morning) and it was perfect. There weren't many people there, so there was enough space to social distance and I felt comfortable being there. I don't know about the weekdays, but weekend mornings are good.

He was dealing with a very argumentative client when I got there. Adrian remained calm and professional. Great experience!
