I've been here for 5 yrs... Great staff!

Recently been having issues with people taking over 2 to 3 machines. They also take over benches, which are very limited and leave to do other exercises for up to 30 minutes. It’s frustrating this is a common thing now at this location. I come to workout and be able to leave at a good time. Not add 30 minutes up to an hour because other gym members think they have a right to take over as many machines as possible to do their circuit woekout.

I’ve had plant fitness on and off for years, only because of the convenience of location. I’ve had billing issues in the past and still decided to continue. I recently requested cancelation of my membership, but decided to change my mind and keep my membership. I called to see what was needed to remove cancellation and I was told I can do it online. (I couldn’t do it online) I then called and they said to go in person. I did. At 5am when I usually work out. No manager on site to make any changes. If you’re gonna be open for business, please have someone working who can actually help with the accounts if need be. I called today AGAIN to make sure I got the correct information and I was told to go in. I stopped on my way home from work and guess what? NO MANAGER that could change my status of my membership. Yall make it impossible to do anything. And the nice boy at the desk suggested I just let my membership cancel and start a new one. 🫠 I’ve always seen planet staff as incompetent and I don’t think that’s ever going to change. But it’s the closest to my house so I suppose I’ll just let my membership cancel and like… start a new one I guess instead of chasing down someone who can actually do something for me. Do better, please.

Staff is super friendly. The regulars are super friendly. This really is a no judgment zone and I love it. Especially since I'm pretty shy and considering the calisthenics techniques I have been practicing, I never feel judged and strangers will even give a thumbs up or encourage me to try again. I’m a truck driver so parking is the first concern and I parked in the back without issue, I could see some issues depending on the time of day. Showers were hot, water fountain cold, equipment was good and some of the different machines were here that you don’t see at other locations. Seemed like a nice new clean location. Hopefully I will be back

Been a member for about a year. While I don’t appreciate losing our parking lot to another stupid car wash, once inside the gym - everything is zen. I use the weight machines and the abdomen room only due to injuries from Iraq. The machines are always clean and ready for use. The staff is kind, friendly, and willing to help (if asked). Sometimes a machine will be offline for maintenance, but never for very long. The restroom/showers are very spacious and well maintained by the staff. If I hit the gym early in the morning, I can be done inside an hour. If l’m lazy and get there when everyone in town is there too, it can take up to 2 hours to complete my routine. Your experience will depend on what you put into it. The gym’s hours are excellent, so don’t use that as an excuse not to workout.

I typically enjoy all of the equipment and black card amenities. But recently, I feel like the hydro massage/massage lounges never work. I've been going to this gym since I started working out and its one of the best in the area for the price. I switched around between gyms for a while and eventually came back to this location, since the gym is very clean and the machines they have are very high quality. Additionally the employees are all very friendly and i've never had any issues with them.
My only complaint would be the parking situation since they just built a new carwash right across the gym which is quite frustrating.

I've been a member for literally 2 days and I'm getting charged 15 for the whole month. I get it, I have to pay that every month, fine but I was just asking about it and the guy was so incredibly rude saying, "well maybe you should've waited 2 more days so you wouldn't have to pay". And then I felt he belittle me because I only paid the $1 down. I said to him, "that's your slogan $1 down and $15 a month" it's just crazy how rude people can be.

Another thing I've noticed is the crowed meter is way off. It shows it's not busy, but when you go inside it's packed. They need to fix that.

First time at this club, I asked for help at the front desk and the dude with the General Manager badge didn’t want to help me and just directed me to the app. While I was doing what he asked he kept asking me to move out of the way for other guests (there’s no available seating and plenty of space for people to walk into the gym). I couldn’t get help through the app and asked for help again and he seemed bothered and said he would just do it on the computer and told me to go. He could have helped me like that originally. Rude and condescending behavior from General Manager at a gym that claims not to be that type of gym.

Not for weightlifting. Missing a ton of essential equipment for weightlifting namely barbells, benches, and squat racks. I'm not the most jacked dude, mainly just trying to stay healthy and strong but the lack of equipment here seems like it's meant to discourage people from working out. Even machines don't have a lot of variety for chest and arm workouts. Not really much better than an apartment gym, just bigger. And it gets pretty crowded 5-8pm.

I like Planet Fitness brand because it has beginners’ gym equipment, as its slogan says “no judgement”, overall is a safe and nice place to work out. The whole place, both work out areas and restrooms, need to be cleaner, and the rules have to be stronger, since people do not clean the machines after using them.

On the other hand, I like this place in particular because it is large and spacious, and has many machines, although the weight area may need some space, particularly for women.

Tried switching my home gym on 2/26 at 12:30 pm and was answered by a no name gentlemen who led me on a while goose chase to switch my home gym. When his rudely explained method did not work, he answers the phone to sit in on the desk so my calls wouldn’t go through after. I called for an hour straight after to no response. I go as a black card guest and used to have my own membership. Definitely gonna be re-signing up soon. However, I do find it a bit offputting an odd when me and my friend come in, and the same male employee consistently comes to wipe down the machines we are on while we're on them. It's happened four times now where this employee comes up wipes or dust down or cardio equipment while we're on it and then goes back behind the desk. I don't know if it's policy to do so however, I never see a happen with anyone else and it's made us quite uncomfortable maybe you guys can talk to your employees about waiting until clients are off of the machines to start cleaning especially when we come at different times so there's no way it's just a closing duty . otherwise, Gym is quite clean and you really don't need to be paying more than 40 bucks a month for a good gym. They have all the basic equipment you need unless your power lifter or really into bodybuilding, planet fitness is the only gym you need.

I canceled my membership on 11/01/2022, but on 11/01/2023, I was charged the annual fee again. They didn't cancel my membership properly, resulting in a full-year charge. My last check-in was in 2021, and despite their error to cancel my membership the first time, they were unwilling to refund the money.

The facility is nicely kept so it’s not all bad. The reason I left was because TruFit opened. My honest opinion is the customer service is pretty weak.. failed to cancel my membership right then unable to refund my money. Keep an eye for this so it doesn’t happen to you, because apparently if they don’t cancel your membership correctly it’s your fault..

Honest review I’ll give it 2 stars because the facility is nice

I love planet fitness but tell me how they are allowed to stay open when their water is turned off. They had to lock all of their stalls and no water in a gym. That makes no sense. Been coming here thanks to the Summer program, but it’s not my first time here. A lot of other reviews talk about the crowd meter on the app being inaccurate, which it sort of is. I workout before they close, and the meter says it’s low, but it’s always medium to packed. Another complaint is the men’s showers. Perfectly fine when the soap is restocked, but when it runs out it takes them several days to almost a full week just to refill them. I don’t get how a place that’s open from 4-11 most days can’t refill the soap in anything less than a couple days. The rest of the stuff is fine. Equipment works, lockers and bathrooms are usually clean, and you don’t have to deal with people taking videos or hogging equipment, but the showers have been getting on my nerves for a while, now

Literally one of the most packed Planet Fitness locations I’ve been too. I am never able to use any free weights or get a workout in the weight room because it is so packed. There’s not enough space for everyone to workout. I have been a member for a year, and this happens way too often. I have tried going different times of the day to workout, and it is always way to packed. My husband and I went ahead and canceled our membership today. We wanted to be able to walk in and get a full workout in without having to wait 20 minutes to use any equipment. They need to make another weight room or make the room bigger with more equipment. Never getting a planet fitness membership again and currently looking for a local gym instead.

This place is a great Planet Fitness Experience. The staff do a great job of keeping the place clean and orderly. I rarely see equipment out of order. However, I’ve found scheduling things through the app to not work very well, as the schedule on the app doesn’t always reflect when staff are available for the scheduled classes. Also, it seems there’s only one trainer, so no backup if they’re out, or if they get tasked with something outside of their branch.

I’ve been in at least 30 or 40 different Planet Fitness locations around the country and this is the nicest one I’ve ever been in. It is large, spacious, clean, almost every machine was working, the water pressure and temperature was awesome in the showers.

Now a separate paragraph for Christina. The young lady, working at the front desk was so friendly, kind, and professional in her actions with everybody that walked past the desk. It was interesting to watch, she really went out of her way to be nice to people. She’s an asset to this, and all Planet Fitness locations.
