When I go in the mornings, there are areas that stay clean like woman’s restroom and there are certain people who clean well all the time. Like the cleaning lady and the girl in the morning. However, the second girl that comes in like at 7 that I’ve seen or later shouldn’t have a job if she is not wanting to actually work or doing anything. Very bad attitude, and doesn’t go do the spray bottle checks at all. I always see the girl who’s been there for years only do the checks.
Just today I seen the manager playing games with that employee. Like children. I don’t understand how they don’t see how these “managers” act on the cameras. I remember years ago before I left and came back, employees were acting appropriately at work, with the guy manager that actually knew how to manage and make sure everybody did their jobs. They were very organized with their cleaning. Stop acting like children it’s embarrassing. Everybody can see. Yall are adults. Manager needs to have everyone cleaning and working just the same. I was close to the people who worked there years ago. And I can tell you that they were organized then. Upper management probably changed and aren’t as strict with yall. But if me as a member can see you all playing like kids im sure so many other people can see as well.. stop hiring immature kids that don’t want to work. Organize y’all’s cleaning schedule for the day. And make EVERYBODY do their part. Email me for me details if you need. Because what I saw today was so crazy. Every time my husband and I visit this Planet Fitness, we’re greeted by such a friendly and welcoming staff. The manager, Dominique, is awesome—always professional, kind, and hands-on. He checks in with members, makes sure everything’s running smoothly, and even helps with cleaning himself! The assistant manager and front desk team are always polite and helpful too. A big shout-out to Patricia, who keeps the women’s restroom and other areas super clean. She’s always friendly and does a great job. This gym is clean, well-run, and has an amazing team that truly cares about their members! 💜

I was at another gym for about 2 years. My son was not comfortable with that gym. I joined this gym with my son so we could work out together. It is different but better for my son than the other gym. Some of the staff are friendly and encouraging. My son needs the encouragement. It was clean and well maintained.

The men staff are very uncomfortable to be around especially the manager that sits and talks to the women that work out there all day ever day and no one is ever at the table at nights so if ur a black card member good luck tanning and getting to use anything behind the counter! Very unprofessional and they keep trying to charge my card after I was told they would wave my Termination fee !!

Let’s start by saying staff is not friendly at all. They act like it’s a privilege for you coming to the gym they work at.( not like it’s Life Time fitness) This gym is always hot as hell and always filthy dirty. Nothing is ever stocked and they have anywhere from 3-5 at the front at one given point. They allow people to hog machines because they know them.

I like a lot of things about this gym, it’s clean, staff is friendly. My one complaint, it’s extremely hot. I’ve been to other PF in this area and the temperature is comfortable, this gym is always hot. I can usually feel when the air kicks on, it did not kick on one time today. I was so
Miserable from the heat, I just had to stop working out after about 45 minutes. I’m not sure if there is something wrong with the air or if this is where they keep the air. It is always hot. I thought it might be me, but then another lady told me she had to keep going to the ladies locker room to cool off because she was getting sick.

Showers haven't been working properly for as long as I've been going here you have to turn on all of the showers to get hot water and one of the shower heads is missing and just today no hot water at all how most all of your black card member chairs use hot water and they have it posted that they are waiting on someone to come fix it and it's been over a month it doesn't take that long to call someone and come and fix it

Am a daily visitor of this PF.
And the facility is going down hill.
The restrooms aren't cleaned like they're supposed to be, 4 days in a row one of the showers had the same bandaid left on the floor of the shower.
The women's locker room - biggest changing area bench is falling out of the wall, so when you sit on it I'm not sure how much longer it'll last. Out of the 4 showers, the handicap and one other one are the only working ones. The other hasn't had a shower head on it for going on two months, and the middle one door is falling off so it doesn't open or close anymore.
I know it's a great deal, so I'm not looking for 5 star amenities but at least working amenities would be nice.

Hate planet fitness, a gym you supposed to sweat they like to keep air cold, and another thing it a gym jumping rope is part of exercise. Boxing , and any other sport even doing Zumba. Plannet fitness need to update there store , need studios a rooms so we can focus little people that now what there doing. There should be nobody working at front of a counter unless they have studies trainer personal or similar to the field.

First i would like to say the gym is clean and upkept very well and staff is friendly and helpful.... BUT I came in last month to cancel my account because I couldn't afford it any longer, I paid my bill at the facility to shut down my account and received a receipt and everything then I got charged twice this month for a membership that I thought was cancel. When I called in I was told by the manager Derek that he will "try" to put in my refund request but is not sure if it would be granted. Sounds like robbery to me. Take money from my account that was not authorized. But there's nothing anyone can do about it I see.

We use the black membership as we travel in our camper to shower. The showers were a bit lacking. Both my husband and I had no hot water really to speak of no matter which one you used or how long you let it run. Also, the showerheads had a lot to be desired as far as pressure and functionality.

Recently joined planet fitness and go to the Trail lake location. I have been to 2 classes 30 minute circuit with Jennifer and they were great. I have been in to work out 3 other times as well. The equipment and gym is always clean. The staff is friendly and I feel comfortable when I am there. As a beginner to going to the gym this was definitely the right place to join.

Update: I have been to this location 3-4 times a week for the last few months. I am still impressed with all the staff, everyone is friendly says hello and even take time to talk when they have a moment. They are helpful anytime I ask anything. Machines are maintained and if out of order are repaired quickly. The locker room is clean. I have done two classes with the new trainer Peyton and just did a design your own work out session as well. Peyton is wonderful and encouraging, but also pushes you too keep going in a motivating way. I will continue to sign up for classes when I can. I recommend Planet Fitness to anyone looking for a gym especially if you are like I was. I was not sure the gym was for me or I would be comfortable there but this location with its staff has made me feel welcome and I have grown to really enjoy each visit.

One of my favorite gyms by far! The facility is always clean & the staff always makes sure to greet you upon entry & say goodbye to you as well. There’s plenty of equipment for all of your fitness needs/goals; even if it’s crowded, you never have to wait long at all! I would highly suggest downloading the PF app for easy check-in, fitness tracker, nutrition, workouts etc. You name it! It really has it all. Additionally, I love being a Black Card member because I’m still able to get in a great workout, at any PF location, when I’m out of town. Be sure to check this place out! I would love to state that I was brought here as a guess, and unfortunately I would not be coming back. Your early morning staff member was very disrespectful and disgusting towards me. The first incident was while I was doing my pushups, your employee began dusting the ac unit above me and told me to move after he started and not before. He also continued cleaning most equipment/machines near me at all times. One time I moved across the room just for him to move all the way as well and dust a small portion of the base of the bench I was using at the time. I am sorry, but today was definitely my first and last time coming here. For a company like Planet Fitness to not do a full check on employees is disappointing. Especially in a judgment-free zone where one is meant to feel safe and welcome. I’m sorry if this feels like a Karen complaint, but as a beginner in this, it’s soul shattering. It’s unsettling and very creepy.

There is no constant hot water in the shower. It's take long time for me to wait for any warm water to come and then in a couple minutes when I was all soaped up the ice cold water start running again. It was very unpleasant to remove all soap with the cold water. I don't know if this is made on purpose to save some money on water and heating but it's unacceptable !!! Very disappointed!!!
