This gym has a good selection of equipment. However it gets 3 stars because of the locker room and the showers.

The locker room and the showers need to be cleaned more often. Also the water in the showers takes a really long time to warm up. Once it does warm up the temperature ranges from almost scalding hot to lukewarm depending on your choice of shower.

I floating between this gym and another one…I come here less and less. The staff is friendly, atmosphere is chill. The equipment is often “out of use” for long periods, which for the remaining working equipment they often feel “stiff” and don’t seem to glide normally. The bathroom is filthy. The women changing room smells of urine, and you can see the dirty mop streaks, and it’s very sticky. I think management needs to address those issues as they seem to be recurring in this review section.

I would not recommend this gym. The customer service is terrible—staff are unfriendly and dismissive whenever you ask for help (Armando). On top of that, the cleanliness is unacceptable. The equipment is often dirty, and the locker rooms are rarely maintained. For the price they charge, you’d expect a much better experience. I ended my membership early and would suggest looking elsewhere!!!

The gym itself isn't bad. I enjoy working out here. The cleanliness of restrooms and tanning rooms is the problem here. I typically go to several PF around the area, and this is by far the dirtiest location I've been to. Other locations are sure to go check/wipe down the tanning bed before each use. Not only is that not happening here, you can clearly tell no one is EVER cleaning it at all! There is build up gunk on the beds, hair, dirt, trash, etc everywhere. Same thing goes for the bathrooms and showers. I used to LOVE showering here when they were first doing renovations. Now, its constantly disgusting with all the things mentioned above. There has been a razor cap in one of the showers for days. There has to be some sort of cleanliness standard, not just the bare minimum sweep, because this is just wrong.

One of my favorite locations because of the friendly staff and the crowd I general. TJ (Thomas) is super friendly, he told me about rockbot and he always remember me and many other regulars by name lol. Makes us feel welcomed. The rest of the staff are awesome as well. There is this other young guy with black hair that has helped me multiple times with the gym equipment when I don't know how to use. Greatly appreciate his help.

Now as for the cleanliness from the restrooms, it could improve. Yet I noticed the same thing has been happening in LA fitness. Quite disappointing.

This location has outdated equipment as well as broken equipment. IT’S HOT AS HELL inside the whole building. There is trash everywhere, showers are discussing! Bummed I moved my home location to this one. I asked to use the lay down tanning bed the girl up front said “we don’t have those” as I walked in to the stand up on I noticed THEY HAVE 2 laydown beds. As I walked out of the stand up tanning I watched another person walk in the lay down tanning bed. That’s pretty unprofessional!

I called and asked if I could get a day pass and was told I could for the first time for free. I drive to the location and then the staff tells me only at certain locations. Why are employess not educated which locations do and dont. I drive and waste time and gas to come workout and then I'm told that this location doesn't do that only certain locations do. It’s a great gym! I can get everything that I need done without wrangling equipments together. Ofc, it’s pretty busy during peak hours, but it’s not impossible to get your workout done. It’s definitely worth being a black card member for sure, I love taking my friends here and they’ve all enjoyed visiting and half off drinks is a great perk.

Do I wish there was a sauna? Yes. But I’m sure that’s in the works for the future. Plus, it’s Texas. It’s basically a free outdoor sauna May-October so I’m not jonesing for one anytime soon. Are there such things as a winter sauna?😂

The main areas look good. However, the showers, private dressing rooms, and sinks (2 of 3 didn't even work) in the ladies' locker room needs attention. I was there on a Sunday, and the following Wednesday, the same clumps of hair were in the shower. I believe that the guests should pick/clean up after themselves, which I do.
I know it isn't a fun part of the job, but it needs to be done and seems as if it has been ignored.

I go to this location daily. Overall, it is clean; I cannot complain too much. The staff has always been friendly. I will say they tend to run out of toilet paper frequently, and I notice it is not replaced often. Another issue I have been encountering lately is broken or damaged equipment. It has happened a few times that I have gone in to do my rotation and different machines have had their wiring off track, and I have ended up having to skip the machine for the day. Overall, they seem to fix it quickly, but I figured it was worth mentioning.

How can you be so incompetent to let the filtered water be out for over a month, forcing us to buy bottled water from the counter? This is unbelievably stingy. Fix the damn water filter, especially when it's over 100°F. And tell your front desk staff to do their job and make sure kids wear proper shoes in the gym. Enjoyed it while it lasted until the GM thought it was okay to allow a male janitor in the ladies locker room regardless of them showering or not. Nothing against the male janitor, he was only doing what he was told to do. I applaud Sacora (sorry if I mispelled your name) but she did her best handling mine and my daughters concern when voiced and the RM along with the PF Corporate office however I just do not feel comfortable going to a gym where GMs think its okay to allow a male janitor to tend to the ladies locker room when ladies are present. One of the things I love most about Planet Fitness is the variety of equipment they have. There are cardio machines, strength machines, and free weights for everyone to use. I also appreciate that they have a dedicated area for stretching and yoga.

I recently took a year off from working out due to a personal issue. When I came back to Planet Fitness, I was a little nervous about how I would feel. However, I was immediately welcomed back by the staff and other members. I have been able to get back into my workout routine thanks to the supportive environment at Planet Fitness.

If you're looking for a gym that is affordable, welcoming, and has a variety of equipment, I highly recommend Planet Fitness. I've always felt comfortable and supported at Planet Fitness, and I know you will too.

I took my teenage and a guess to workout yesterday nite, I'm a black card member since 4yrs ago, well the front desk man treated us very rude and disrespectful.. probably because they had no membership, or because we r Latin, he told me to fill out a guess pass instead of a student pass for my son, and then he got mad about it and told me he didn't suppose to fill that one up, then he had an attitude with my invite too, and put his headphones not to hear us... it was a very sad situation even tho they charge me every month, and talk about no judgment...
