They have a ton of treadmills and elliptical machines. They also have many different weight machines, including 4 Smith press machines, which is often not enough during busy times; wish they could fit a few more in there. Their hip adductor (not abductor) machine is broken as of 9/14/2025, and still down as of 9/18/2025. Also, they close at 9pm on Saturdays and Sundays... would be nice if they were open till at least midnight or so those nights (doesn't have to be 24/7 like the weekdays).

if your payment is not processing and a balance is displayed, they will address you in an unprofessional manner, as if you are engaging in illicit activities. They fail to communicate effectively, stating that you cannot continue to use their services with an outstanding balance, despite the error being on their end. We have been attempting to resolve this issue for a day, yet were not instructed to discontinue use until the problem is resolved. Furthermore, the membership remained active, it scanned, they tried to take the payment but it didn’t go through, and then Tiffany processed it successfully, even twice, making it seem like the issue was with the initial representative who assisted us while exercising. They need to improve their processes. This is not an acceptable way to treat customers.

It's always clean and the staff is friendly. Just aheads up it's usually packed at 830am to about 930am and after 5 on the weekdays. Weekends are the best time to go.

I used to go to this gym for about a year and I can say it defiantly deserves a five star. The only reason I switched gyms is because the newest gym in the area has a day care. Other than that I would defiantly switch back because the staff at this location is way more out going, easier to speak with, and their environment is just ecstatic. If planet fitness ever builds a daycare I will defiantly be coming back. I’m not fond of the new gym at all so far. It just doesn’t feel the same 🥺

Overpopulated, they insist that we use the meter, but when it shows 2 out of 10 bars, the gym is already crowded. I requested the memebership to be cancelled, email was ignored and after a second email they cancelled but still charged me for the additional month and yearly fee. I enjoy working out here for the most part, bathrooms are clean, gym is clean.

I’ve been a member since 2021. But what I do dislike is that it never returned to 24 hours after the pandemic, and also the fact that the 30 minute circuit workout area is never monitored correctly by staff. This is so frustrating!!

People literally sit on one machine for 20 minutes while the light changes from green to red sometimes and never do the circuit correctly from start to finish. This always ruins my 30 minute workout that I’d like to just get done in 30 minutes!! I have voiced these concerns often and I always get told the staff will monitor better but never do or never say anything at all. I feel like maybe the 30 minute workout circuit needs to be explained better in detail at a new membership sign up or something.

This gym has just gone downhill since the pandemic. The hours are still limited. People are always waiting outside in morning for them to open. It’s ridiculous. Whoever “owns” this location really needs to step up!
