Restrooms are clean, but sometimes people don't clean after using the equipment, hair on the floor, Cockroach 🪳 , it's dusty, they don't vacuum. I've gone when there's a lot of dirt on the floor.

I haven’t been to a gym in almost a decade and I’m so glad I decided to bite the bullet and come here for my first time after a long hiatus. I came for the first time around 10pm, and it wasn’t that busy at all. A decent size crowd, but not enough for you to have to wait your turn for equipment.
This literally is a no judgement zone they pride themselves on and everyone minds their own business, yet the front desk staff are still present and friendly if needed. The gym itself is very spacious with equipment sectioned on functionality. The equipment is very up to date and clean, with various trash bins, paper towels and sanitizing bottles scattered around so you can be a courteous gym member and wipe down your equipment after use. The building is well ventilated with the air conditioning blasting hard, where if you stay still, it is actually chilly, perfect for when you’re powering through your sets.
The bathrooms were spacious and clean as well, with numerous lockers (bring your own lock), and a few showers to refresh yourself after a hard workout.
I have yet to try the tanning beds and hydro massage, but I am excited to do so as the lobby beside the rooms are clean and comfy looking. Definitely will remain
a loyal customer.

Clean and spacious...however when i called about pricing for my friend potentially joining with a new membership...who ever answered the phone had no people skills what so ever. The guy sounded unintelligent and just rudely hung up after i said ok thank you...plus... would it hurt for a smile when i walk in...rude. whatever happened to service with a smile. AI will soon replace them and now i can see why.

I've hated gyms my whole life because I'm a bigger gal, but I think I have found my gym. (I've signed up for many other gyms: curves, axiom, 24hr fitness, some mom & pop one) I Signed up last week and have done more than I have at all the othe4 gyms combined. I love their judgment free signage everywhere. Their dressing rooms are comfortable with some private showers & dressing rooms. There's a ton of equipment and a variety of spaces. People mind their own business, and you don't feel like someone is watching your every move. There are individuals of all shapes, sizes & and ages. I enjoy the upbeat music, and there's lots of sanitation stations. I think I'm actually going to get in shape this time!!!...2yrs later, update: still going! I had to cancel my husband's because he passed, and I thought it would be a pain, but they were kind and professional, and the process was easy. I was also changing accounts and banks and multiple times a payment wasn't going through, but they were kind and patient, and never made me feel bad about the situation. Everything is normal now, and I've lost weight, still working out, and feeling good about this gym.

Great choice? Yaaas!!! I've been to this location in the morning, afternoon, and night. The morning and afternoon staff seem a little too tense for my taste. The night staff however, are very informative when it comes to any questions having to do with this facility. We are always greated in a friendly and respectable manner. The night staff is ALWAYS cleaning, I'm sure that's why this locations cleanliness is impeccable! I don't have to wait more than 2min to be attended, even if I did, I don't mind waiting a few extra minutes. (If meaning I get great customer service) night staff makes you feel like VIP. The vibes are right!!! This would have been 5⭐ but the music often SUCKS 😔 the key to a great workout is the music.(At least for me) The sappy sad shit is just not it. 😒 Change the music🤬 that's my only complaint.....

To many people especially kids in big groups around the machines, one of the young girls kept going in and out the changing rooms when I left my stuff in there like everyone else to go shower my clothes were STOLEN! Definitely do NOT recommend this place

Planet fitness is a great gym for casual gym goers. They have a variety of equipment and weights. Only issue it gets packed sometimes with ppl who will sit there and chit chat with their friends instead of working out and moving on.

One of the best PF I've been to and I have been to several through the States and Canada.
Large facility, plenty of parking, people here actually put the weights back.
The place is clean and staff was friendly. Machine well maintained.
Back in Miami it's a mess. Half the place is filled with personal trainers, every smith machines taken up by trainers and clients training @ss.
Machines broken and don't get fixed for months. The bathroom is a mess and sink is always broke one way or another.
Dumbbells all over people throwing weights. Yoga pants all over including the dudes.

A workout and a massage that makes my day!
It's open 24 hours during weekdays.
Clean and every one cleans the machines after each use.
Some staff are friendly some not so much.
I love to bring friends with me because we each can exercise at our own pace and still share time together.
I use the app to track traffic so I'm not in an overcrowded slot.
Overall I'm pleased with this options.
