A 4-star rating is laughable. I must emphasize that this matter requires immediate attention, and if necessary, we will pursue legal action. My friend and I relocated to Houston four months ago, and initially, we had a positive experience for the first couple of weeks, then we noticed that there have been serious issues with the workers who compromise confidentiality, which is against the law to my knowledge and had one of the workers come into my job and threaten me on the premises but the motto for Planet Fitness is a safe environment and a judgment-free zone while you’re not living up to your motto and also my friend gets ignored while she is up at the front desk by multiple employees when will you hold your manager and employees accountable we will be canceling our membership and going to a non-Planet Fitness.

El gym como tal está súper tiene área de lashes , sauna de todo para hacer ejercicios. Te atienden bien en la app te ayuda bastante te si eres principiante . Our primary concern is the leaking roof in the gym and the non-functional bathroom utilities. The floor staff who actively work here—dusting equipment, wiping down surfaces, and stocking communal cleaning supplies—deserve respect. However, whoever is responsible for the roof leaks and the unacceptable condition of the bathrooms should understand that the state of this gym reflects directly on their upper management. There are no functioning urinals, and a large tub of mucky rainwater sits in front of the dumbbells, yet the unnecessarily loud music no one asked for continues to play and all 33 televisions remain fully operational.

I got stranded in Houston for over 3 weeks. Planet fitness has incredible energy that aids in getting over diversity. Tons of machines. Staff that care. A corporate organization that is customer friendly. Five stars isn’t enough. The judgement free zone pushed me to break my own records for deadlift. Handstand. Monkey bars. Box jumps. Yoga. And don’t forget those incredible massage machines and ultra red vibrations.

Pay very close attention to your bank statements. I was overcharged and was told that I would receive a refund of the overcharged amount in 5-7 business days. It’s been over a month and I still haven't received the refund. Staff was very rude when dealing with the issue and initially told me that I cannot get a refund, even though the error was on their part. This is by far the worst establishment I’ve ever dealt with across all industries.

This has got to be the worst Gym ever. They are so rude and disrespectful, all they do is just stand around with attifude and never want to help you when you ask for assistance. And the Men just walk straight in the womens restroom with no announcement and just stand there. But for me this draws the line they attempted to take out a yearly member fee and for some odd reason it was declined and 2 days right after they charged me a 15$ late me. The funds were in the bank it was not my fault that your machine was messing up. So for 1 they just charge your card without any notice. So since my card kept declining i offered to pay my yearly and monthly bill with Cash. Biggest mistake (Cynthia) works the front desk and pocketed the money and did not update my membership. The manager believed her and told me i can't come back to the Gym until my fees are paid in full. This is the worst Gym ever and they changed operational hours but still charge for 24/7 when they are only 24/4. The management allows these workers to be disrespectful to customers and does not hold them accountable.

I always thought planet fitness was a low end gym but after signing up and going multiple times, I am impressed by the availability of equipment for the cost. Unfortunately, lacking actual lifting racks vs only Smith machines leaves something to be desired. Being 24 hours is nice, there's people there even at 2am. I utilize the black card for ~$25/month and can bring a guest every time, so it's like two memberships for cheaper than one at most places. I'm happy this gym is close to my house, very pleased customer for what many consider a "low end gym".

I just had to walk out of Planet Fitness because the way that I was treated today by Clarence DANIEL THE (manager) was so unethical and very unprofessional and plainly very disgusting. i've NEVER had no issues at any other locations. I am a black card member I go to multiple locations and the way that I was talked to and I was treated like I was not a human being and the way that the manager blatantly disrespected me and did not allow me to speak to the manager. He threatened that he was going to cancel my membership. I told him he cannot do that that I was not arguing with him or being combative. He wanted me to leave when I had on some crocs. I was not working out on any machines. I was just doing crunches, and I was getting ready to go to the stairs when he stopped me and asked me to leave. I'm HIGLY upset that in the middle of my workout he GOT NASTY ATTITUDE and I told him if I can just please finish doing what I was doing and then I was gonna leave and he said no, and he was gonna cancel my membership. I really need this"manager" C. DANIEL FIRED IMMEDIATELY or removed from this location because the way that I was threatened time after TIME! I was not being combative. I was not yelling. He was yelling at me. I have videos and I am super upset. He refused to give me corporate information. He refused to give me his manager's information. He said he's not giving it to me and he doesn't have to, and also threaten me AGAIN to call the cops. He even called another Planet Fitness in front of me just to talk about me and they sat there and went back AND fourth like he was trying to get my membership cancelled!!!!!! and he said that he could not cancel my membership because I'm not a member (which I already knew that). It was totally disrespectful and again I don't know who employed this guy to work here. Obviously he doesn't have a background and much customer service or professionalism because the way that I was blatantly disrespected time after time about some shoes that I had on that were closed and I was not on any machines and I also was working out 30-35 min prior o that It's very disappointing. This is the first HORRIBLE INTERACTION and I should not have been asked to leave because of this!!!

Now I went in here today. It was a black girl with long brown weave looking me with an attitude and her arms folded. I even asked why she was looking at me crazy? She stated, I just wanted to know what business you had in here.” Is she serious? Mind you this is a gym. She didn’t say hello welcome to planet fitness or anything. So tonight 08/23-24/2024 the guy watching the front has been nonexistent. He isn't very professional nor is he friendly. I've had to wait several times to use black card spa. I've found him the first time sitting in the back room hiding on his phone. Now he has completely vanished.
