Too many kids playing on machines up here now. Some machines are just never available because groups of kids playing on it rotating with each other for 30 minutes to an hour. Very inconsiderate. The staff is great though, but they don't do anything about it. Waited over 30 minutes for a machine today. Never got it. Gave up. Any time a gym is handing out free memberships to kids, it goes downhill. The atmosphere becomes an amusement park.... at least until the summer is over

THIS PLANET FITNESS IS BAD TO THE BOOOONE. It has EVERYTHING, they even have an area to sprint wall to wall. I'm THOROUGHLY impressed. Its my belief that they may havel the same equipment the "other" gyms have. And YES they have a free-weight station. It's HUGE in here. I won't be able to look at my home gym the same again.

I need to share this because it can happen to anyone ….I usually workout during the same times and I began noticing a homosexual man always staring at me for weeks I ignored it and didn’t pay no mind to it but it began making me extremely uncomfortable and even feeling harassed to the point where I could not enjoy my workouts . To avoid an altercation I brought it to the staffs attention , most of the staff took this matter very seriously and they suggested I talk to the manager “Lily “ so she can further assist me . When I spoke to lily she made it clear that she cannot do anything about it and she didn’t really seem to care what was going on I think is because I am a man . My respect goes to the other staff but lily does not seem to care about matters like these so I cancelled my membership .if you do attend this gym please beware of weird man and other members and be cautious from others . You are alone in this gym the staff does not care . When I started this gym Everyone in the staff carried themselves professionally and I have nothing against anyone in the staff but lily is not a good manager .

Honestly I have 0 complaints ! This planet fitness offers tons of cool machines , the enviroment is awesome and the restrooms are always clean , not to mention how awesome the staff is ! Khalil does a great job if you stop by definitely sign up for a membership !!

I’m not sure if communication doesn’t exist between managers. But I had two different managers walk up to me.

When I first came into PF(I’m a buddy, not a member but I’ve been interested in this facility) I went to the treadmills, and shoved my bag in between treadmills. MY FAULT. I was corrected, and I fixed it and this manager walked away. She had told me “you can leave it on the floor or in a locker but not between treadmills” cool. I put it right behind me on the floor. About 20 minutes later ANOTHER manager walks up to me( I’ve already stopped my workout 2 times already and almost tripped on the treadmill) and says I CANNOT HAVE IT ON THE FLOOR PERIOD. That it needs to be in a locker no matter. So I’m genuinely confused, I’ve been a buddy to multiple PF as I like to drive to good facilities. And have never once been told it’s HAS/NEEDS to be put in a locker. Which manager is right ? I was genuinely confused bc I listened to the first manager and left it on the floor. Either the first manager did not communicate that she has spoken to me about my bag, or didn’t fully tell her what she said to me. Or they just go by whatever they feel that day. I know for a fact my bag does NOT to be in a locker . It’s not a rule I have to part with my bag. Because if I cannot have my bag on the floor due to safety, I need to see every single planet fitness employee go around and TELL everyone else they have to put their bag up. Which manager is right? The one that allowed me to keep my bag on the floor or the one that told me it has to be put up no matter what. I’ve attached a photo of one the managers that spoke to me second, mind she didn’t even walk up to me. She walked up to my mother who genuinely was confused. The First Lady that spoke to me was a tall blonde lady. I’m really trying to find an answer to where I can keep my bag.

Went in twice to sign up again had to cancel my membership because of COVID and it was to hard to drive so far when I went in twice but the person worked said I had to talk to the manager I don't know why but she never called me back so screw it I'm not going to keep going to sign up and not get to I'll join 24 fitness next week so I won't refur them to any one especially my friends and family

First I want to say the reviews that are currently on the PF review section are not accurate other than the car burglary’s lol. The gym is consistently good and this is my honest review.

I've really enjoyed working out at Planet Fitness. The place is always clean and well-maintained, which makes a big difference. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and attentive—they’re always around if you need anything or have questions.

There’s a nice variety of equipment, so whether you’re into cardio or strength training, there’s something for you. Everything is in good condition and easy to use.

Overall, it’s a welcoming and comfortable gym for all fitness levels. Definitely a great value for the price!

I didn’t even mention the post workout equipment they have for recovery such as Hydro massage, Thermal massage(not sure what it’s called), but there’s 3 different massage char options and 2 tanning rooms as well as a red light room which is pretty cool and always clean.

I’m new to a gym as well as going to Planet Fitness. Thankful there’s one by my house, and I wanted to share my experience with the personal trainer at this gym. I had orientation and a couple classes with Breana, and she was Amazing! I can tell she’s well informed, and she’s passionate about helping others out on their fitness journey! Thank you Breana!

**Be Careful with your Vehicles** I’ve only been coming to this gym for two weeks and they already broke into my truck and tried to steal it. Thankfully I have a kill switch and they weren’t able to but they tore up my dash and wiring. I notified the gym and none of the cameras are facing where it happened, security was nowhere to be found and unable to reach. Incident happened 7/13 @ 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm.

If I could give this place a zero I would. This gym is new and machines already broke. If you don’t go to the gym earlier in the day you will be waiting forever to use certain machines.There is definitely a lack of all machines. People work out with their whole family and be on the same machine for 30 minutes. Kids be playing on the machines. It’s like when people see you’re waiting on the machine they take their precious time. I just wanna work out for a hour and leave not two hours. I will be finding me another gym to go to.

If you wanna visit a day care come here, this place is full of kids/teenager! They think they own the machines and tell you that they are using the machines when they apparently aren't, there are gym bags all over the gym and they dont tell them anything because they are young kids, this was the first and last time I go to this gym! It's ridiculous that they allow teenagers free during the summer days and have to be fighting with them just to use a machine when I pay a membership and they get in for free. This is why I preferred fitness connection, because they dont allow annoying teenagers under a certain age in and especially for free!.

Terrible experience first time going never again . Trainer would not let me workout she kept bugging me about my gym bag .The problem is other people had there’s also and did not tell them anything. She made it look like she did not see anyone else just eyes on me . Had to cancel my membership same day . This location has no trained personnel it’s nothing but unprofessional teenagers. I understand why everyone prefers Fitness Connection they actually let you workout .

The space Is great it doesnt feel like other Planet Fitness that can feel a bit tight. All the equipment is brand new and super clean. I think this is the only PF gym ive seen with both Free Squat Racks and Indoor Turf. I would say tho the parking is not small but it feels like it is. We went and it looked like it was packed but the gym is so big that it really wasnt i took pictures and you can see how busy it really was. Overall its great.
