It was great until last few weeks where there are obnoxious teenagers coming , moving equipment around, not wiping seats,being loud, dropping weights to make big noise just like hot headed teens do! I’m considering canceling the membership

My favorite planet fitness location. Spacious and great equipment. However, I had an issue with my billing last week and I stopped by the front desk to rectify it before moving away, and to avoid any further issues because I know how tedious planet fitness can become. The staff that morning informed me I was good, but then I was hit with multiple late fees and the exact issues I was being proactive to avoid. It was too far to travel to At the time so I called to speak to the manager on duty and left a message, but she never called back. I just would have appreciated more consideration and better customer service, especially since I was proactive about it but still misinformed in the end.

Best Planet Fitness ever! All new equipment, hot showers, and fantastic spa. The staff is encouraging, helpful, and hard-working as they keep everything clean and fresh. I look forward to starting my day with Meosha, Makeeba, and the friendly staff at this location. I really appreciate the value for the price. It's also a big bonus to be able to keep up my fitness and wellness routines at other locations as I travel throughout the country. Thank you, Planet Fitness!

I see a lot of negative reviews about people being frustrated by the club taking more time than expected to open. Personally, I did not have a bad experience. I signed up in February before the club had opened to lock in a good rate. When this location's opening was delayed, I got an email saying that I could access any PF club at no charge. I was not charged until this location opened in June and I started going. Totally worth the wait!

I have to honestly say this location is my favorite location now. Dont get me wrong, all clubs I have be to is very clean with great equipment and although this isn't my home gym (first gym location at start) I really love this location. The staff is really openly welcoming every time. Never any of staff without a warm smile or motivational boost here. It's very spacious, clean and amazing new updated equipment. Love it, LETS GO!!!!

The good - everything is brand new. The bad - staff are terrible and very rude to EVERYONE. The young assistant manager at the desk was extremely rude and throwing around her weight as the assistant manager. I have been to multiple PF locations, and this one took me by surprise. Very unprofessional staff. I cannot recommend due to the staff at this site.

This Planet Fitness be on their thing. Everything is clean , staff is super polite. They have 2 extra dumbbells rack. So it’s no waiting to get in that work. It’s Never crowded 🙌🏾. And for the ladies they also have the Glute Buster lol.., They have great glute machines. I just wish that Planet Fitness has someone that comes in on certain days and helps people get stretched out. Just an idea .

Nice gym to workout. It’s spacious, clean, and the staffers are cordial and very helpful.

One major problem is that I see the staff at the front desk take unergonomic postures due to how low their desk is. This should not be so. I hope the management of the gym sees this and does something as soon as possible, to avoid staffers developing back pains. Other than this, everything else is perfect.

Took a while to open but pleased with the equipment and how diligent the staff is in maintaining/cleaning it.
The best part of this gym is the personal trainer. Shantel. She is awesome. The workouts are included for free in your membership. Shantel makes them fun & appropriate for your level of activity. I really appreciate her advice on getting more physically fit.

Very good location. The only thing I highly dislike is that there are only 2 benches in the whole locker room. Makes it very uncomfortable when changing clothes and getting ready. Often I had to drop items to the floor. You need more benches!

I love this Planet Fitness location! The machines are always in great working condition, the gym is consistently clean, and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. First time here. Grand opening. Beautiful clean facility. The associates and managers were kind and helpful and walked the floor. The bathrooms were ABSOLUTELY clean and smelled clean. To the young lady who replaced my Celsius after it mistaken got thrown away as I was in the locker room. YOU ROCK!

Even though westheimer is close to me.. where I live... they have a dirty facility and bathrooms. Ive brought multiple complaints. To the staff and directly to the manager.... They allow homeless to live out of lockers. And they dont clean the bathrooms. The manager doesnt know how to manage there.

I will glady drive 35 mins to workout in a well kept facility. THANK YOU!!

This location is missing a stretching cage, which is a basic feature at most PF gyms. On top of that, they’ve already swapped out the friendly, helpful opening staff with the usual rude and disinterested crew PF is sadly known for. Honestly, I’d prefer the place ran itself. At least the machines don’t have attitude.

The back lady manger is literally a scammer , stopped by to take care of a overcharge & she said she will be able to take care of over charge if I provide 2 method of payments on file so I give her the info . She replied all set I asked her what about the over charge ?
She said oh it’s already done we can’t change that.

Not to happy with the customer service. The manager is no help & was not interested in helping me with my issue regarding signing up for a membership.

I a number she provided me with & it was an employee line. She was rushing to get to her workout (which is great) but I am still left unassisted.

It also sounds very difficult to get ahold of some in customer service. If you read the reviews everyone is pretty upset about signing up and I guess canceling? But here the thing, aside from canceling, if you do sign up and end up not happy, you will NOT be assisted or be able to cancel.

Good, there is a machine for the muscles that is not in the other Planet Fitness machines. This one is for the muscles, it is fixed and resistant, which makes it very good. The one that is there is loose and does not exercise the muscles. How is it? They should bring the machine, it is very good.

The Gym is now Open! My new gym! The bad reviews so far are just because it was overdue opening. Just joined up and Michelle was super nice and it is brand new and sparkly. Big gym with lots of aerobic equipment and lots of space. All the signup is through the app so you can join online same as gym. So close to my house I can walk.

You guys really want to put a date on your expected opening. Alot of people are trying to cancel with no clear way on how and every response from you guys gives vague and inaccurate information. The site just says "coming soon", and from the reviews you can tell that's been the same for 6 months. I only got the membership for this location as it's perfect for my work commute but now I can't even go here, haven't stepped one foot in your gym and already having a bad experience.
