I would say that this facility would need better management, they seem to always have issues with the internet and not being able to accept payment for drinks needed for when your working out. Instead of coming up with a way for members to access drinks,machines are locked. I feel as if they are sending money out the door. I would say come up with a solution to these problems ASAP.

Montana was very rude at the door. I had a one time pass that let me through and stopped to get a gatorade that I wasn't able to get. Front desk personnel Makenzie was very inappropriate. Making disrespectful jokes towards patron entering the building leading me canceling my membership. I also had planet fitness worker Josh ( front desk agent) end my membership with the note of policy violation which I was never in policy violation. He lied. Another reason for ending the membership. They have unprofessional children running the front leading to the first interaction being extremely bad.

Staff is unwilling to actually work. I pay for the black card and the message bed didn't work and I had to be the one to let the staff know, then I tried to use the hybrid tanning bed and again it wouldn't ever come on, my first and last time at this gym. I will be sending this information to the corporate office as well. Black card may let you go to any gym, but not all gyms are the same. I would stay away from this one.

My family has three membership there in Humble, Texas and are happy with the company, but the manager has to go. I am a senior in my 70s. I stopped by to give my son something. I was not there 20 seconds and this woman came up to me and said. Can I help you? I said no I just need to talk to my son. And she said you cannot be here unless you have a membership. I said well, I do not need membership just to say something to my son. She said if you do not have a membership you need to leave.
I got very upset but I left. The way I would have handled it is I would say, sir. you sit down here, because there were chairs there for visitors to watch, and I will get your son for you. That would have been great customer service. But to insult me and talk to me like I was her dog offended me personally and I know that corporate would like that.

This Planet Fitness was outstanding! Very clean and organized, plus the staff was tremendous! Mary was my point of contact and the front desk and helped me with my guest visit while still checking in on other members arriving and departing. She was a multi-tasking wizard and definitely a highlight of my visit. I was on a long layover in Houston amidst a cross-country flight trip and a gym trip was the perfect break between flights. Highly recommend to anyone in the area or if wanting to pop in if your layover is more than a couple of hours. I had time for a full gym visit, showering, and still getting back to the airport in plenty of time for my connecting flight.

I love this location! I've been going since Jan 2025. There's a mix of hard-core fitness people & beginners, old people, and middle-aged people like me. I've gone at all hours of the day & evening, and it's rarely crowded. The staff are friendly and keep the bathrooms, showers, locker area, and equipment clean. It's a good, comfortable environment.

The place is great. Friendly staff, chill ppl, it only really lost a star cause no automatic door and some cracks in the parking lot.

I use a wheelchair when I go, so there's times when the handicap parking is full and I'm able to see some cracks in the parking lot. Not everywhere, but there was 1 or 2 spots where my wheel got stuck for a sec.

The door isn't that bad, there's enough foot traffic that I can normally catch someone on their way in, and it's pretty easy to swing the door open when the gym is empty, but I'm thinking for others as well in similar situations.

Edit: handicap parking is still low. Also, crack in the sidewalk was able to fully stop my wheelchair. Lost a star b/c thats a safety hazard lol ***staff/employees are great! It's the path leading up to P.F. that keeps losing the stars

Cancelled my membership today. I had been visiting this location since the beginning of the year, several times a week. In February I was notified of a delinquent account in my name from 2017, an account I had cancelled but they had no records of cancellation. With no access to the email address used for that account, I decided to not fight it and agreed to pay the past due balance on a payment plan of once a month payments, due on or before the 28th of the month. I paid my first installment early, on March 6th, and by March 29th my access to the facility was revoked due to "non payment". It took the front desk several minutes to even find the agreement between me and the manager, and explained that even though I made a payment earlier in the month another payment was do, which is against the agreement I consented to.

PT does not offer no sample of Black Card and when you try to downgrade from Black Card VIP PF will force you into locked 6 month contract , but on TV they claim month to month. Came to this planet fitness without a single idea what I was doing never been to the gym before so you can imagine I really had no idea what I was doing, I don’t think I would’ve dedicated had it not been for Bailey. He was a big help in getting me started first he gave me a tour of the whole gym and a rundown on each gym workout machine and how they worked and helped me figure out my workout plan he even wrote down what machines to hit for each muscle and the most efficient way to maximize my gains what days to hit when to take rest days etc, not only that he treated me like a friend and made me feel welcomed at planet fitness. Now I’m well on my way to starting my fitness journey thanks to Bailey, big shout out to you bro! He’s the reason I upgraded to the black card, can’t thank you enough homie! Make him the manager or give him a raise at least cuz he takes passion in his job you can tell he enjoys working at planet fitness you can tell it’s more than just a job to him which makes it more of an enjoyable experience for everybody, thanks again bro! This is my first time ever going out of my way to give an individual employee a good review, corporate if you see this message please give my boy a raise! He puts in the work always a joy to talk to and always ready to help out, if you’re wanting to get into working out I highly recommend you come in around 9:00-10:00pm ish talk to Bailey he’ll gladly set you up and get you started just like he did for me. This is for the Humble location. I give it 3 stars for the affordability and accessibility. The time of day I typically go is around 11am so there is usually no problem getting on some equipment. The staff is pretty nice too.

My complaint is that the rules are too relaxed. I appreciate the lunk alarm but too many people get away with too much gym rudeness. There always seems to be someone monopolizing specific machines where they put their keys, towels and water bottle on one machine while rotating between a few. I could literally hop on and be fi wished before they return. I try to be flexible and go find other machines but sometimes that machine they are blocking is the one I need. I also hate hoe no one enforces people cleaning the equipment after use. Then don't get me started on the Black Card room. If I had a nickel for every time someone was blaring music and not using headphones or talking on conference calls or personal calls while on speaker with personal calls when I'm there trying to relax after my workout, it's ridiculous. I think we have been conditioned to be tolerant of so much inconsiderate behavior and if we complain, we are being "Karen's". It's enough to really have me evaluate if I should just spend twice as much to join a gym with more strictly rules.

I visited this location from another facility n excited to go to another planet fitness gym but I was very disappointed. The place looked so dirty the first thing I noticed was toilet paper all on the floor in the restroom that's ridiculous when u have lots of employees wking that shift at645pm 1-30-25. Then paper in the gym floor n no one picking it up. So yesterday looked dirty. I'm so glad my other planet fitness gym is on top of there game.

I really like this gym. Moving from South Carolina this one is much larger with more machines so you're not having to wait in line for your turn. The only drawback is they don't have the body foam rollers. The foam rollers would make it 5 stars as I prefer those at the end of my workout ( in combo with the stretching machines) for my gleuts and patellar tendinitis. The spaces and locker rooms are extremely clean and I like the separate areas for the massage chairs and black card perks. Staff are very friendly. Even during peak times does not feel overcrowded.

I enjoyed going there. At least until they started screwing me with their fees and when I wanted to cancel my membership, they got super creative and came up with all sorts of bureaucratic gimmicks to make it as difficult as possible for me to cancel. After a year of having cancelled, they still kept charging my bank account, even after telling the bank to deny them access they still found ways to steal from me. I switched banks and figured that'll be the end of it. But it wasn't. I have no idea how they did it, but they gained access to my new bank account and charged me again. If I was in a better financial position, I'd sue them straight through chapter 11 and file criminal charges against them. I urge everyone to avoid Planet Fitness like the plague. Once you grant them access to your bank account, they will steal from you eventually. You've been warned!!!

I have been attending this gym for 3 months but I have been a member for years. Bathrooms are clean. I go usually at 4am or 11pm and there are always staff cleaning the entire gym. I love that ! One complaint I do have is there are so many clients who do not wipe down equipment before or after use.
I like to go at times that I know not many people are there because it does become crowded and the gym equipment is limited at that time especially for weight training. There are so many different cardio options available regardless of the time of day which I enjoy.
Staff is pretty great so far. I am always welcomed in and they even tell you thank you for coming. Basic customer service goes a long way for me. Although i am a black card member I have not used any of the relaxation services they offer at this location but I have noticed there is almost never a line for those amenities.
One thing I also love about this gym is everyone gets in their zone doing their thing so it really does feel like a judgement free zone.

I like everything about my planet fitness experience. The low monthly rate initially drew me in, but once I started attending regularly, it became an undeniable part of my life. I like that the gym is open 24 hours. I like that the equipment is usually sanitized and ready for use. I like that there are enough machines to get a good workout in, even when there is a lot of people there. Their customer service is horrible I do mean horrible when it comes to conflicts resolution. I haven’t even been a member for 60 days and they hit me with a $53 dollar fee, upon calling and inquiring about it all I got was attitude.
