Definitely one of the better ones. The foam rollers and resistance bands set this location apart from others. I wonder if any of the others have a trap bar? Very clean, literally spotless. I visited about 2 times already.

The best gym I have been a part of in terms of cleanliness, friendly staff, and equipment. There are other gyms with more equipment and saunas (which I truly miss) but I always feel good here. It's never too busy except sometimes in the summer when it's full of teens but I'd rather them be here than out getting in trouble. I've been able to get in good shape with the equipment available and anything that's broken is quickly fixed. I tried EOS down the street for about 2 minutes one day and was treated like another cow in the cattle chute so I'll keep coming back here where I am greeted by name and not treated like just another contract to sell.

I was told it’s impossible to get in touch with the manager by leaving a message or by phone. Five minutes into my shower and it went from hot to ice cold instantly and stay that way. Not a pleasant way in the day terrible experience. Shortly after I got dressed, I noticed a male staff member walking around, never said one word that he was coming in walked around me like it was nothing as I was getting ready. I saw a sign out when I left. I may have been in the shower when he came in. Is this standard? surely not

I joined when the gym opened and have never had a bad experience. They actually maintain their equipment too and replace anything worn down. 6/5/24 edit - new cardio equipment added to the gym. Went to Planet Fitness expecting a gym, but it felt more like a sci-fi movie set! The treadmills glowed neon, and the smoothie bar had a "mystery flavor" that tasted like ambition. Staff was super friendly, maybe too friendly, like they knew my secrets. Not sure if I got a workout or joined a cult. Might go back... or not

I went in the middle of the night and there was plenty of parking available...Once inside, I came across a young staff member who appeared to be the only one working and he was very friendly and professional...He was handling customers, mopping, racking weights and vacuuming...

The place was well kept and clean...The only knock I would give this location was their water fountains as they needed a serious cleaning...They were gross...It was a bit above average from all of the locations I've been to across the U.S...

I usually like going to this gym because it's never crowded, but I've come in this Wednesday night, just wanted to use the tanning bed. I've literally been waiting for someone to come to the front desk now for 20 minutes. I've walked around, asked multiple people if anybody is working, I've gotten a description of the worker but see no one matching that. Guess I'm heading to euless PF cause this is just, ridiculous.

Despite my Black membership level, inviting a guest requires a cumbersome and lengthy enrollment process (approximately 15-20 minutes). This process creates an unnecessary sense of embarrassment and inconvenience for both the member and the guest, diminishing the value of the guest privilege associated with my membership.

Signed up for a membership. Decided a home gym might be easier with smaller children. Went in person with my spouse to cancel both memberships. We move out of the area shortly after, and I notice I'm still being charged. Even though we both signed to cancel, it seems they only canceled my spouse's membership and not mine. Called multiple times and getting different requirements each time. Told I have to come in person again, that I can email the supervisor, that it has to be a certified letter or transfer to location near my new house and cancel there. Feels they just want money, so they make it hard to cancel!

I started making a move from Bedford to Carrolton the last two weeks and I wanted to cancel my membership as I have a gym in my new residence. I mailed a letter via UPS on June 12th after speaking with member services prior to my billing date. I wasn't charged the right fee so I came and spoke with the assistant manager Chiko Nweke and was disrespected. Chiko continued cutting me off multiple times as I spoke after asking her multiple times politely to please let me finish without being interrupted and also stated that my issues with my billing was not there problem and that I was given the wrong info by member services, which is a core part of the customer service team at Planet fitness. I asked that this issue be escalated to a Sr. manager or corporate and was informed that no one could assist me. I asked when the Senior manager Liza Deleon would be available and was not given a response.I also asked for her name in which she gave me Liza's card and not hers so I came back she refused the first time and the second time then gave me the correct card with her name on it. I have never met a more disrespectful and unhelpful assistant manager like Chiko. When a customer comes in with a concern it should be handle with care and respect and I was not given that.

I've been going to this planet fitness Hurst location since it opened a couple of years ago. Location is convenient, close to my house and has plenty of parking available. Its kept clean and organized. Staff is very pleasant and friendly.
I'd especially like to mention and commend Dom and Keishla who usually work in the afternoons. They always are very friendly and always make me and my guests feel welcome. They always have a positive attitude and a great smile. I highly recommend this location.

so i’ve been coming to this location for a little over a year now since i moved from washington down to hurst.At first the gym was nice and clean but ive noticed after the old staff left and the new workers came in the atmosphere changed.Specifically the African american worker who is i’ve heard people refer to as “dom” and the female worker named keishla i believe.If you check the cameras from the hours of 4-7 during the day of peak gym hours,you will see they spend their time having non related work conversation with members.this has led to a decline in cleanliness in the gym as it’s been more dirty.on top of this it’s not for a couple minutes.They will have conversations for 30 minutes to a hour while members are waiting for them to attend them for the massage/tanning beds.On top of this if you check the cameras you will see the workers enjoy going around the corner into the massage/tanning area to be on their phones and sit down since their is no cameras to watch them.If this problem is not fixed i will be canceling my membership and so will my other 5 friends who attend this gym.i hope you consider this review before applying to this gym because their is bad customer service and they also have negative attitudes.thank you for your time

Yea...so they got new equipment,but not the right ones, funny because they would send us surveys to what we wanted and both me and my girlfriend that were paying for 27$ monthly (not 25$ as advertised) plus 100 yearly.

pretty much got ignored request to get more step-hand pedal machines and moved them away from where we used to. They break and a lot of the times and someone's using it when we get there,they got a lot more treadmills though.... Cancelled our membership they close early during the weekends which was not convenient for work

the workers are are their phone most of the time or hiding in the locker rooms not doing anything.Have caught one of the employees who had long hair vaping in the locker room multiple times.Also another worker called keishla only spends her time flirting with customers instead of working.I see her every time i come in to workout and she’s always to busy having non work related conversation with the members instead of putting the time in for me to use the tanning beds/massage chairs.Bathrooms are also dirty and trash bags are left around the gym for hours with no one picking them up.The footprints in the photo have been their for weeks and also the rocker rooms are always used to leave peoples stuff for days at a time so it’s always hard to fine a empty one.Along with this they let homeless people sleep in the parking lot and come in the use the bathroom.save your money if you want a clean gym that attends you and find somewhere else

Planet Fitness is wonderful.
I have had a membership for five months and only intermittently went in to do the water massage. Every location I have been to was great in giving me the massages.
I am healthy taking no meds at 60 years old. Now, having to do a health talk in a little over 40 days. So, I want to do a 40 day challenge and see how it goes. Patrick was amazing showing me the club.Ary was a great support with input. Pedro was amazing in explaining everything to me a patiently waiting for me to sign up.

From the moment I walked in, I could tell this place is very clean. That was very important to me. The people at the front desk were all smiling. Jalen is the one who helped me sign up. He was patient and very friendly, seemed really nice. My past experiences with gyms were mixed and I said I wouldn't ever join another one, so it was good to see friendly people immediately. I like the equipment, I just finished PT for torn rotator cuffs so I had specific things I needed to focus on. Every piece of equipment I needed, you had. The most important one was a hand bike and I was thankful there were two of them. It's New Year's Eve and I'm even going in today, would have never thought I'd look forward to it.

Excellent staff. Clean and safe equipment. Everything works and is open. I enjoy the 30 minute express exercise for busy days. Wasn't a fan of this location. It's smaller than most. They don't have all of the attachments for the cables. This is great for a push/upper body day but not outside of that. The treadmills are oddly structured and are difficult to run on if you put it on a incline bc that front part is sticking out too far and you will def hit it. The stretch area is supperrr small and the exercise balls are deflated. Location is clean. Parking is shared with other businesses so it can be a little rough.

I enjoy working out here as it is super clean and the price is right for my budget. I think a lot of people get turned off of Planet Fitness because they have rules in the weight room that they don't have at other gyms. I personally don't enjoy gyms where people are grunting like circus animals and recording themselves for attention. This place gets rid of all that nonsense.
