I went to this GYM today 11 11 2025....something flew down right infront of me while on the treadmill....A BIG PACK of DUST from the ceiling fan above me... I was like 😬 and as I looked up that Ceiling Fan above me is PACK WITH THICK DUST...and I'm sure the next fan (because this location has 2 fans) is just as bad or worst.

By far the WORST planet fitness I’ve ever been to. I’ve been coming to the location for 3 weeks and the equipment that was broken, is still broken. It is FILTH. I spend at minimum 2 hours a day, 6 days a week and have NEVER seen and employee doing any cleaning. The most I’ve seen them do is stand behind the counter too busy talking amongst themselves or staring at their phone to even greet members coming or going. I have seen employees walk around with with the arm straight up in the air emptying cans of some kind of deodorizer or Lysol like it’s a fogger. I’ve finally decided I wouldn’t be returning after I was there in a Sunday when suddenly the link alarm started blaring. After a few minutes of it not turning off (I thought it was broken or we were about to take indirect fire) I walked over and asked if we should be evacuating or seeking shelter the employee looked at me like I was stupid and said they are closed. I returned the look and asked “then why is there an Open 24 Hours sign on the window?” Do better PF. I am very disappointed in this location

I requested to freeze the account for 2 months. Front desk person confirmed that that account is frozen and no charges, but i was still charged. When called the location about the charge, they said no documentation available and they cannot do anything about the charges. You will have your keys stolen from you while you're in the changing rooms. Then the under age staff will argue with you like an adult then want to call their mom once you call the police. This is by far the worst planet fitness location. The worst management, the worst staff, the worst facility and you get stolen from so you have to pay hundreds of dollars just to not only get your car unlocked but another key program to your car. While management doesn't care. The facility is horribly maintained you will see literal roaches ( there are pictures) mold in showers and trash in changing stalls. I see why they hire kids the staff turn over is high you will rarely see the same people over a long period of time. The Manger can't be bother on the weekends to care if you've been robbed or not. Figure it out on your own it's your fault you've gotten stolen from.

1 suggestion I have for basically every PF but specially this one, Get rid of half of your elliptical and cycling machines and put more bench press machines. During peak hours the bench press is fully utilized and you guys dont have enough but a lot of equipment then is basically untouched.

I had an issue with the club charging my bank account after not having been there for a YEAR!. The lady manager was super nice about it even though I still don't understand what happened exactly but it's really not a big deal. The club wasn't trying to charge me for 10 months so it was strange that I started getting activity for charges on a membership. It was my understanding that my account was cancelled but she made sure I wasn't going to be charged (except for cancellation fee which is in the contract) and solved my problem in under 5 minutes. I was expecting to get taken care of but she made it seamless. Thank you miss planet fitness lady manager. You da best

As of today July15th 2025 the AC been out since morning. With the current heatwave on the high 90s this is unacceptable!! Os a freaking sauna inside. I asked the staff on a deadline and no one knew. Clearly they are to cheap to schedule an emergency repair ASAP and post signs about the AC been out at the door and on Facebook. Definitely a management failure.

Fairly clean gym with an updated type of look. Plenty of parking. Not too busy on weekdays between 9am-1pm.

Nice facilities and great machines and equipment. Could definitely use more weights on the squat rack as people always have to borrow or walk around looking for weights - could also be an organization issue.

They don’t have resistance bands so I’ve noticed people bringing their own, they always don’t have newer machines like the hip thrust machine, hack squat, or the chest press.

Overall, plenty of cardio machines, lots of open empty space, definitely my preferred location in las colinas.

Dustin at Irving PF is an awesome manager! I thoroughly enjoyed my membership at PF for a year but had to cancel since I was moving to an area that didn’t have PF nearby. Such a worst experience, gym trainer didn't show up twice and no prior intimation on the same. When we give negative rating they come back to us asking we will give free months please give better ratting trust me thats how the rattings are all here otherwise this gonna end up in 1 star. Never responded on calls and on a particular issue didn't get reply for an email. Cancelled membership and I need to go thrice to do this as first time I want to talk to manager and they were out of office, second time staff asked me to wait wait after 5-10mins waiting I left. During cancellation the lady manager assured you will be refunded for the charges where you had difficult in cancelling as you didn't use the services as well. Finally thats non sense and fake promise now they say they don't refund as management declined. Such a disaster services.

Most of the star rattings here are requested and taken from customers by giving extra months as free. Otherwise this is a disaster.

Responding back to the reply : problem is with the manager at the front desk. The manager's name is Destiny such an irresponsible person in the service industry. The manager can't stand on her words, She talks one thing and later says different. Worst worst experience I ever got

The “new” manager at this gym needs to work on his approach and professionalism. While we completely understand the need for policies and had no issue following them—we even stated we would comply—there was no reason for us to be watched, approached multiple times, or have our character questioned.

As a manager myself, I understand the importance of enforcing rules, but the way he handled the situation made us feel like we were doing something wrong. His tone and choice of words, such as “Let me be clear,” came across as condescending rather than informative.

This was only our second time visiting, and the experience left us feeling unwelcome. The lack of professionalism and poor customer service truly tarnished our visit. This manager could benefit from additional training on communication and customer relations.

Honestly I’m not even joking, this is probably the best Planet Fitness location I’ve ever been too. I was concerned because there are other locations that struggle with getting hot water (just check their reviews, but definitely not this one!) This gym needs their entire front desk reception retrained or removed. In what right mind would you say to someone "oh looks like you haven't been here in 940 days." And tell your coworker "I tell people that so they feel guilty on not coming more often". While not knowing any backstory to why I havent been. I cancelled my account because that really made me mad and embarrassed to say outloud.The gym itself is good. Staff definitely not! This gym has gone down hill. It's very affordable. I like the feature where I can bring a guest with my workouts. With only 1 paid membership, my husband and I can work out together as partners and hold each other accountable. They have many apps that provide step-by-step guidance to work out specific areas of choice. I always enjoy the after-workout hydrotherapy session to relax my muscles. I like this gym enough. It gets the job done. Most of the staff is friendly with the exception of a couple different people at the front desk who look at you like you’re bothering them when you want to use the black card perks. IF they are even at the desk. I wish they would just give you a code to use to check in for that part. They’re always blasting the fan which sucks, even in the winter. Which makes no sense. I have to wear a sweatshirt the whole time. I also wish they would get a hip thrust machine like other PF’s are getting as well as less tanning beds and more features that don’t involve destroying your skin and increasing cancer risk. I also don’t understand why they close at 7pm on weekends. At least stay open until 10 or midnight.

Very clean. I enjoy the tasteful music in the background. They floor is noisy, but not overwhelming. I REALLY like the 30 min room and the massage chairs. I've seen a lot of gyms, and this one has almost everything. I should say that if they don't have it, you don't need it! The staff are friendly and helpful. This location has been here for a year give or take and the sinks are always broken, the toilets are always broken and the men’s bathroom is usually dirty. Such a shame a new location and it’s deteriorating at such a fast pace. Also you’re almost never greeted by the unfriendly young people at the front desk. There is one gentlemen with braids who is the exception and I don’t know his name. they either look away or on their cell phones. I expect better

Love to workout when the gym apps shows when there's more people or not. Like the different rooms they have for variety of workout activities. The price is great too, 10$ a month or 25$ , can’t get any better than this and includes a personal/group trainer, how awesome is that!!
