I really love this Planet Fitness! The gym is always clean, the staff is friendly, and the people who work out there are respectful and keep to themselves. You’ll see all types of people here — fit, out of shape, beginners, athletes — and that’s what makes it great. You never feel uncomfortable or out of place. Everyone’s just focused on bettering themselves.

The machines are well-maintained and easy to access, and there’s plenty of space overall. You rarely have to wait long to use anything. There’s even a small area for box jumps or high-intensity workouts, which is a nice touch.

The only thing missing is a sauna — I really wish they had one! Every gym should have a place to relax and sweat it out before or after a workout. But other than that, everything else here is perfect. I definitely recommend this Planet Fitness to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to work out. 💪🏽

They should allow a 30 day trial membership. I suppose they don't or they would go out of business. This particular location seems clean and well kept. We tried it for a day and seemed fine. Signed up, locked in, and then realized we didn't like their house music. Didn't completely understand Their " personal training program" which is not really a personal training program. It's a person who you schedule with and they take you around show you some equipment, and print out a list of things you should do based on what your health goals are. But if you are really into fitness and going to a gym on a regular basis, this one is OK. But I found out I didn't, and I was stuck without buying out my already not inexpensive plan.
During their summer kids can come in free, I found that annoying as it sometimes just turned into a "hang out" place for teens. Good for them I suppose, but annoying for older paying customers.

love the employees, they are always smiling and will greet you when you walk in and say bye when you leave. So far, l've experienced great workouts, no judgment, no awkward feelings, and the whole staff basically pushes you to start a workout or finish one. This PF seems newer or they do an amazing job of maintaining the facility and keeping it clean, and in great shape for your workouts.

I have visited many PF locations around the repair country and it’s rare to find one with no equipment issues (no torn pads, no issues with seat adjustment pins, all cardio and cable gyms working and well lubricated for smooth performance).

The new Matrix equipment is great, way nicer than the older Life Fitness product at many clubs.

Also all the paper towel and cleaner stuff was filled and locker room was immaculate, really clean and nothing out of order.

Parking lot was well lit and in good repair.
Some PF’s have parking lots that need major repairs and pot hole fixes…this location hits all the boxes for well done and well maintained.

My only negative would be that their lay down tanning beds need the molded neck pillows that you can wipe down.

Really like this location, not only is it very clean & locker room/shower area is nicely updated (showers have doors not narrow little curtains) but staff are friendly and helpful. There are lots of machines available, However, I am not very knowledgeable about the machines so my workouts have, typically, been rather short, but this franchise has free training. So I made an appointment to go in tomorrow to meet with the trainer. I think we are going to come up with a better plan for my workouts. At 68 yrs I am looking to just get stronger/increase endurance to be able to take care of myself WELL, I want to be able to hike more than a mile or two and enjoy my chosen (mostly) nomadic life. I think Planet fitness with it's "No Judment" policy is the place to make this happen for this "old lady"!. Seniors, I encourage you to try it-

Started coming to planet fitness I would come in feeling like working out was a chore. I was mostly working on my own and because I had no clear direction I felt like my workouts were drab and mundane. I started to observe a group of women working out being highly motivated and enjoying their time in the gym. this peaked my interest so I scheduled a one on one with the trainer and she provided me with a really good workout plan and Provided information about Scheduled classes but I will still coming in on my own and it was still filling chore-ish. I eventually started signing up for classes and I have not looked back. Victoria the trainer affectionately known as Coach V has been awesome! She’s always available and willing to help out others. When we’re in class she takes her time and she shows everyone how to do things the right way, In reference to form in inconsistency. She does not treat what she does like a job. Her passion for what she does at this place exudes from the inside out. She has been a guiding light and a tremendous help toward me meeting my fitness goals! Why is it such a secret as to when this club will open again? It's been months with no updates as to why it's been closed and people are still having to pay for the membership. No one wants to go to the North Killeen location because it's scary and it's far.

This is by far one of the best gym in the Killeen Area. I usually come at 3 am and I see Ian cleaning and attentive to the public and on my days off, I come around 8am and is not packed and always clean.

I see the puertorrican young lady (Michelle) cleaning, vacuuming and doing rounds and also answering questions from costumers. Friendly staff all around. Well maintained equipment.

I personally like this Planet Fitness more than the other one that’s on Veterans Memorial, because of the type of ellipticals they have. Other than that it’s a clean gym that’s open 24 hours at a decent price. Never too crowded (at least at the time that I go) and you can bring a guest for free.

The facility itself is nice, however, staff is never at the front past 10:30-11pm making the black card pretty much useless as you can’t use your benefits if nobody is there to service you. I've been using the exercise machines, and I must say, they're always in great condition. The only thing that makes me a bit nervous is the occasional appearance of wolf spiders during my workout. It's possible that they're getting in through the rear exit door, but I'm not sure. Other than that, everything is fine.

I am NEVER doing business with Planet Fitness, I signed for the $10 a month because it said you did not have a contract, when I came to cancel they wanted to charge me a fee. Before that, I had the black card and when I tried to use it in New York they wanted to charge me $5 per day because it wasn’t my club. Planet fitness is trash! If I could give it 0 stars I WOULD.

This is such a great place to work out. Facility is very clean, has a wide variety of well kept top notch equipment and the staff is great. A huge shout out to Jaylen who always greets you with a huge smile, a friendly welcome and a willingness to answer all questions politely and professionally. I thought about renewing my membership, however learning that planet fitness did absolutely NOTHING to remove a man out of the women's locker room, but instead escorted the actual lady who brought this to their attention is insane and absolutely disgusting. Best customer service ever from Victoria! I’m moving and had to cancel my membership since there isn’t a planet fitness where I’m moving. We came in and no one was at the desk. Victoria was in the back teaching a class and saw myself and my husband up front waiting she RAN upfront apologized for the wait and promptly got our cancellations sorted. She was extremely sweet and very professional through the whole thing. She made sure we didn’t feel bad about canceling (I’ve had that happen at other gyms before) she wished us the best on our move and again was just so welcoming and sweet! I retired from the Army in 2005 and I've used the free gyms on post off and on for many years. I recently decided to pay for a Planet Fitness membership, and I couldn't be more pleased. The 24/7 convenience is what sold me, and the gym is less than 2 miles from home. It is also very comforting that many of the members are like me - out of shape and trying to do something about it. The staff has been very welcoming each time I visit. This is money well spent! I should have done it sooner. Oh, and the extra Black Card benefits themselves are totally worth the membership cost!
