Only leaving the one star because I have to in order to review. I haven't had a vehicle and I called to cancel and they said I had to go in? They stole the tiny amount of money on my account randomly last night for a membership I cannot use as I cannot access. Marissa was extremely rude to me and the tone and language was hostile from her. She was like you have to physically come in. I physically am nowhere close to there. I have no way to get that far. And now I'm having to file on them for theft because I cancelled via phone in May. When I no longer could get over there. I'll escalate this because it's ridiculous policy.

Was very rude from when I walked in. Shown disinterest. In wanting to let me workout. I am not prejudice. But All I saw was Caucasian people there. No Hispanics nor blacks. I had a guest that came with me. My guest. But my guest. I had to provide a name for my guest. Immediately! That blew up with not letting me bring my guest in. when I see other people of race that gets to do this very thing. Never have I ever disrespectex anyone or break the rules. I have been to a lot of them around the United States. But this One here. This guy was rude,Non helpful. And Made my guest feel very uncomfortable like he did something wrong. There is a lot of negativity out side. Drugs and all this. I bring someone in to encourage them from the streets to a better life.

I love this Gym. I used to be so worried about going to a chain gym. The morning staff is so nice and supportive. I constantly see them cleaning and checking equipment for safety as well I've been going here for a month now. I used to be worried about my appearance and how I'd feel. I've never felt more welcome at a gym. Thank you to the two individuals that work week morning. Yall may not k ow it but yall make showing up worth it. Big plus, it's never super busy so I always get to use the machines I want.

I went to Planet Fitness this morning(Sunday) for a day pass while visiting from out of town and it was very clean and not crowded. The machines were all operational and smooth. The staff were welcoming and friendly. I was informed of the membership options after asking. There was no pressure. The Matrix machines are high quality, not top of the line. There are other brands of workout equipment, and multiples of the most popular machines. The locker room was clean and functional but I did not use the showers. I would definitely join this fitness center if I lived in this area.

Not clean at all the dressing rooms are so nasty you can tell they haven't been mopped or wiped down since they probably opened.
The same hair balls and nasty greasy stains are on the chairs in the stalls. The toilets are always bloody and poop stains all on the sides. They really need an outside cleaning team to come clean cause the guys and especially not the girls who work there will clean or sanitize. Send it an inspector to check germs in those toilets and changing rooms would be no bueno

It’s been more than 20+ yrs since I have been in a gym. I went with a friend to try it out to see if I liked it before I signed up. I was treated so nicely by the staff at the gym on Slide in Lubbock, Texas that I started my black card membership that same day! What I like most about that location is that it is SUPER CLEAN and SANITIZED All the time by the staff members and the members! AND every staff member I’ve met so far has been really nice and helpful! Thank you PF!

I have been a member for many years & came in to freeze my account at this new location due to a recent surgery coming up. I have never been to this location. I wasn’t greeted when I came in or even looked at, if anything the girls at the counter looked annoyed. If anything I was sided eyed until i came up the counter and asked had asked to freeze my account. In which I had to repeat my name and phone number 6 times because the girl at the counter had her headphones in & kept getting it wrong time after time. In which she said my account only worked at the 50th location, which I’m confused because I thought it worked at ALL locations. And told to go to the other location to be helped because she stated she couldn’t help me because I’m not a black card member, which I am. This is not how customers should be greeted & acknowledged, especially to take your headphones out & get off of your phones. I only left 2 stars because I do however really enjoy the other location and will only be going to that one from here on out. In which the staff there is always nice, friendly, and welcoming and helped me with my issue.

Been going here since I moved to Carlsbad NM. Great atmosphere, unbeatable staff. Even while there were issues with my account, staff found another way to make sure that I can still sign in using my phone number. I can use black membership anywhere in the nation

Ms. Melissa Bristol seems to make every customer a valued customer and more likely a customer for life. I enjoy this gym for the most part. The staff is often standing around talking. They make you wait to answer your questions or get you a massage chair etc. The gym is new and clean which I appreciate.
My only real complaint is that the staff does not wipe down the massage chairs or tanning beds after each use. Which is digusting. Please fix this.

It's not open 24/7, which was one of the biggest factors why I canceled my membership. It's in a decent location, so I can't complain about the drive. The staff were helpful enough, but none were to be found one night when I wanted to use the tanning booth and massage chair. The air also has a musty aroma and muggy feel to it, even though they keep the fans going during business hours. The tanning booth rooms floors were unpleasant, to say the least. They were visibly free of debris, but I felt my feet stick to the floor when stepping in and out of the booth.

Very clean and great staff. When I have questions the staff is helpful. Only thing I hate is when I'm in the wellness pod or in the massage chair I get bothered by other members asking how long I will be. I have to tell them to go talk to staff. I Wish there was a sign for the door of wellness pod to say occupied or something to let others know it's in use. I know the massage chairs really nothing you can do.

This gym is a fiasco, I will soon cancel my membership, since they do not extend the hours so that current and future members have more time to do their routines. For example, those who live in the same perimeter, and cannot attend in the morning, so that they do not have to spend time and money having to go to the other one that is further away. You started the year off badly, challenge yourselves to do what you have to do to expand your hours, at the request of your clients or what, isn't it because of them? Don't be mediocre

This is the best gym to go especially if you are nervous about getting started. Very diverse and welcoming. The machines are newer and kept very clean. Affordable. This was my first experience with a public gym and not only do friends and family attend with me, I've seen my doctor working out here!
