AC must be broken in this place if you wanna get more in and not have heat stroke go to the one in Longview TX also never have paper towels to clean equipment with without having to walk the gym to find a full dispenser. So hot gym that isn't clean is even worse of a breeding ground for germs.

I had been to a few PF in the states and I thought I would try this location… GUETTO STAFF (not all but one rotten apple 🤷🏻‍♀️) GM was horrible in my experience. My issue happened a while ago and I did report higher up. Not worth it! don’t join here… Now with Crunch and I always get TOP NOTCH treatment from staff all over TX.

What gym closes at 8pm on the weekend and 10pm on the weeky day?
They have more cardio machines than anything else. So don’t expect to build a body in there. This gym was designed for people 55 and up. Not that there’s anything wrong with it, but if you’re into really building muscle and your physique this is not the place to go.

The floor is kept clean. The equipment is kept up with, and if something breaks anything they usually get it fixed within the week. Thier employees have been friendly and kind. I have a special thanks i wanna give to Kat she is always busting her tail to keep the machines clean and the floor vacuumed. My first day, Kat showed me all the equipment and how to use it if i was confused. My only complaint is Ive seen other planet fitness gyms and they have newer equipment the equipment at the Marshall gym equipment is kept in good condition but I would appreciate the top of the line equipment personally!

This is literally the worse PF that I have been to, and I have been all over the United States. The staff here is so rude. We were talking at work and a few people mentioned that they are canceling their membership because of the staff, especially the manager. If you ask to use any of the massage chairs or tanning beds, it's like you are donating an organ. They ask you all of these questions and make you sign documentation that no other club does. If I scan my Black Card upon entering then you have all of the information that you need to know about me. I come on my lunch break most days, so every second counts. I do not have 5 minutes to waste answering questions and filling out forms. Do better Marshall. This one is definitely below standard. I feel bad for the locals, who think that this is how PF is supposed to be. I work here in Marshall, but I live in Shreveport. This is NOT how PF operates by far.

Please fix the showers in this place. Water pressure is practically a trickle and especially every time someone flushes it pretty much disappears. Curtains don’t fit the openings all the way so huge gaps on either side. Towel hooks are falling off. No where to put your shampoo/conditioner etc in the shower. One of my least fav Planet Fitness locker room experiences.

I was disrespected by staff member D, he shoved me out the way from the smith machine just for not having my shoes on and was yelling at me and cussing me out because of it. Manager on shift, Kerry, did not nothing to discipline the staff member and allowed him to just disrespect me by yelling at me and cussing me out and calling me names. Yelling and being aggressive is not a way to correct gym policy.

You look to have plenty of staff, but they are all gathered around the front so whoever the owner or franchise group, you need to know the bathrooms are atrocious. Please do better than this.

No trainer, not 24 hours, plumbing is broken as much as it is working. Cleaning materials for the equipment is often either in short supply or not there. Staff member thinks no one understands Spanish if they don't look Hispanic and has no problems insulting patrons when she thinks you don't speak Spanish. All the earmarks of a business cutting corners wherever and whenever they can.

Unfortunately, I canceled my membership today. When doing deadlifts, you tend to make some noise since their bars are in racks. Had some new employee that I’ve never seen before tell me that the weights were making too much noise. The gym maybe had 5 people in there. Of course the rack will make some noise is a very quiet gym. It’s impossible to do silent deadlifts when it’s not free weights. I didn’t know Planet Fitness was a quiet zone. I had my headphones on, and I couldn’t even hear the weights. A year and a half going in 4 times a week. I’ve never had an issue until today.

I told them to cancel my membership. They were unapologetic. Didn’t even act like they valued my business. So, I’ll go down the road to Anytime Fitness. At least they have more free weights and are legit 24 hours.

I’ve no complaints about cleanliness or the machines, but I chose this gym because it was open and staffed for 24 hour use. The spin was promoting convenience and safety by being open and staffed. Upon reading reviews from 15 months ago, the response said you’d resume 24 hours “as soon as possible”… Staff has no answers about hours being resumed…
These shortened hours are obviously no longer about covid.

I don't know if these are franchises but I would say the owner is not very involved or maybe cares.

So when I come in, no one to greet you at the desk, the only person I see that looks like they might work there has been sitting at this table from the time I came in and left.

Water pressure sucks in the shower, I could hardly rinse conditioner out of my hair, no shelving in shower so everything had to be on the floor, at least they had rubber mats.
