The absolute worst experience Ive have ever had. From the minute I joined. Too now the last time Ill step foot in that establishment. Meet with sarcasm, and complete incompetence. Issues were brought to management. Either is was addressed, or not effectively addressed. The only reason for a one 🌟 was because the rating couldn't be lower.
Update: While still not happy with the experience 😕. The manager did everything in her power to fix my issues. Very professional, unlike some of her staff.

I’m a truck driver and parking is my first concern, good to park for a workout but I wouldn’t stay at this location. Signs and the employees inside said that as well. Hot shower, cold water fountain, smaller location missing some machines but it got the job done and I appreciate it

Play I’ve been a member of planet fitness in Paris Texas for several months now. Originally I was at Anytime fitness but was not satisfied with the environment or the quality of the machines they used. Planet fitness in Paris has been a much brighter spot and then more enjoyable workout experience. I love the amenities, particularly the Hydro massage chair and the red light Therapy tanning booth. The staff Right and friendly and very accommodating to all this guest. Well, I could give a great feedback on each individual staff member for their own brand of service, all of whom are excellent, I think the real stand out individual in this group is Courtney. Courtney is always smiling and laughing knows every Customer by name and it’s always there to welcome them with a warm greeting . She is truly an exceptional personality and a tribute to your staff. I don’t think many people realize the importance of a great positive environment for customers trying to get a good workout. Anytime fitness although no one was ever rude, the environment did not motivate me to Truly push myself and wanting a great workout. Planet fitness has helped me to lose a considerable amount of weight. On the other side, I have actually put that weight back on in muscle mass and at 62 years old I feel I am now starting to regain some measure of the physique I attained in my younger days when I was running 50 miles a week. UPDATE *The guy Robert said that they have a problem accepting prepaid accounts for checking... I'm sorry...do what? That doesn't make any sense does it? Make it make sense why he was willing to be so rude to a member that has been paying dutifully for a membership since they opened the doors. ALSO They made a woman their manager because of this review most likely. This dude was trash and this place is trash.* They barely hire women here and they never stay. There's rarely a female behind the counter. They're usually not even available for tanning now just an empty counter.

The male assistant manager Robert came into the ladies locker room to mop @ 9:40 p.m.while I was showering. I cancelled my membership the next day. Robert, the employee that came into the female locker room put my cancelation reason as unhappy with billing. I called the manager Ashley to tell her what had happened. She said knew and had done nothing about it. The only thing Ashley was upset over is that I said the club is ghetto. Ghetto in the dictionary is an adjective meaning in poor condition. I used the word correctly when speaking of the cleanliness of the club and ladies room. Ashley did say she would speak with Robert. Corporate however was outraged that this happened and assured me it is not allowed. All club members should feel safe at no point in time is it okay for a male employee to be in the female locker room while members are present.

Love the gym itself however it's come to my attention that for a couple years now I have been being deducted out of my bank account for two memberships one out of state both in my name it's obviously a data breach but they didn't try to investigate wouldn't give me a corporate number please people check your accounts hate for this to happen to anyone else and planet fitness I'm not giving up you owe me

I have been a member with Planet Fitness for over 10 years. Recently moved to Texas and transferring membership was smooth. Your membership follows you anywhere. Very clean and the amenities available with the Black Card are well worth the price. My favorite is the Black Chair massage. Must try.

This Gym is spotlessly clean which is Very important to me. What’s just as important is customer service. I signed up at this gym for two reasons. How clean it is and the friendly and highly positive Courtney. The young lady is amazing and should be the manager. Her customer service skills are nothing less than stellar. The second I walk in the door she shouts out my name with a big smile. Ask her a question about the gym and she smiles and answers eagerly while maintaining eye contact. This gym is a discount Gym, but you’d never know it by the equipment, cleanliness and amazing customer service. Way to go Courtney! You rock!

I love this gym and when you come in your are greeted by the friendliest staff. Courtney and Christy are a blast in the mornings. I've started to come late afternoon and their manager Ashley is one of the nicest most professional managers I've come across at this gym and I've been coming here a while. Ashley and her assistant manager Robert are always friendly and helpful and always making sure everything is clean and moving smoothly. I've never seen a more hard working team in my many months of coming here. Very proud to call this my home gym. Bathrooms and the gym itself are always clean and tidy and you always see someone cleaning when you are here. Love this gym and love it's people.

I recently went inside just to check out the facility and get the pricing for a membership. Madison was my tour guide and she was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and so friendly. The atmosphere was very relaxed and the facility was so nice and clean. I went back in to sign up and the two young men at the front desk again were so friendly. Robert helped us get all signed up and made sure we knew what we were getting with our membership. Great staff and facility!!

Lots of open equipment at 4:00 on a weekday, I had no problem storing my stuff in a locker and then hitting the Thirty Minute Circuit. Super easy and folks were respecting that it's not for general working out.

When I was done with that, over to the shower where there was a small changing room and then plenty of hot water to clean up. Easy enough.

This was a very good workout and a very good shower. Happy to be a Black Card member!

Great gym in Paris!! Conveniently located adjacent to the Walmart
with lots of parking. The gym is clean and has a very positive vibe- staff is always friendly and helpful. We really enjoy the extra benefits of the black card— especially the massage options. Highly recommended

I would not recommend this gym. This is the worst customer service I have experienced in all of Paris which has a low bar as it is. Hire more humble people for the love of God. I can't go into this gym without a headache. Very disrespectful staff
