Never a bad experience in any planet Fitness that I have been to. Never a broken machine that I can see, and it is spaced out properly. Staff is very professional and polite. Always staying busy to make this Planet Fitness operational. I am so glad that they got new equipment and re arranged the area to better flow of movement between machines. There are more staff members constantly cleaning and making sure that every client is obeying the rules of the gym. The atmosphere is energized and flowing not a lot of people standing around. The staff and management are trying to make it a better gym.

Do not sign up with them. I canceled my membership in July 2024. Just had to call today to cancel again. I have been charged for 16 months because they did not turn the paperwork in properly. Cant be trusted!
They told me they cant issue refunds even though they clearly see i have not been to the club since July when I went in to cancel.
I will be hiring an attorney if they do not refund the money they stole. They owe me $226.32

This gym has my heart since i started two years ago, the staff are kindly hearted and they are very friendly, altough I love the machines and all but they should really bring the free weights like a barbell rack that can be into a barbell bench press and a free squat rack, that would be really nice if they added free weights swap out some smith machines and add those i would really love that

Corbin, manager, gave personal attention and was patient with me in my situation. I’ve not been to many gyms, but I liked the sectioned areas. Like the stretching area. I like the app that helped with workouts. It helped me with my form as well.
I liked the spa area. The hydro massage chairs even have digital books you can read while relaxing.
My favorite song that played overhead was Golden from K-Pop Demon hunters. I think some additional paper towel holders in certain areas would be helpful for cleaning purposes. And more hand cleansers to help maintain cleanliness. But I was pleasantly impressed with my experience. Give them a try if you are interested in starting your fitness journey, or are already on that path.

I am retired and I got bored so I decided to get back into visiting gyms worldwide for fun. I have visited several planet fitnesses, I never had problems at the other gyms but at this specific planet fitness gym I had some females run so hard in front of me like they want to be seen so bad 😢 no need to wonder why, but then again,at this specific location they call you white washed for being properly educated lol they want to be seen so hard by the one you all try to destroy, the irony.

I dont know at what time people are going to this gym that they review the place as clean. After 9pm the restroom always smells horrible, my husband goes in the morning time and he tells me the mens restroom smells bad as well. It kills your workout vibe. Now there is a trainer that keeps harassing my husband for not "putting equipment away" when he is still using them. We have been here for years, but its time to move on.

I have black card so I can go to any location. I work all over Pasadena, deer park Houston area and this location is my favorite one . It’s clean. Organized and doesn’t have a smell like the others do .

I envy the locals on this one! Traveling Black Card, and this has been the best find so far. Hack squat? Check. Supine press? Check. Glute bridge? Check. 24 hours? Check.

Well staffed, and actively making cleaning rounds. Well cooled (glute room is warmer than the rest, but not unbearable). Machines are in good repair.

Overall, just an absolute pleasure. I'll miss it as I head down the road.

I’m a black card member so I have the option to go to any gym but this gym is my favorite by far! Good variety of equipment. Some planet fitness do not have all the equipment on hand but this one does. Gianna at the front desk always greats you with a beautiful smile and great customer service. She makes my experience that much better. I commend this gym it truly stands out from the rest.

I had a 5 star review here but they started acting. Like their crap don't stink. Use to get greeted but now i never do. Especially when leaving they act like they dont see me. I went here almost everyday 2 times a day. Got tired of it and started going to the Pearland location. Which has way better personal and is 2 stories.

The gym is always clean & equipment operable. Staff is friendly & my trainer Kevin communicates with me as well asking if I have questions or concerns about anything, & he answers them. He is patient with me & ensures I'm hydrated along with breaks between different exercises. I've had a great experience here with my 1 on 1 training as a 60+ year old, you will too!

Customer service is superb! I usually go in the morning and there is always enough paper towels and sanitizer for the equipment. I believe Reese, the associate is always there when I go and she is always welcoming. I am a GM, in hospitality and I am aware on how the perception on how people see the facility is important.

Front desk staff are always very friendly and welcoming, they are constantly cleaning exercise equipment.
Our new trainer "Kevin" is doing an awesome job, his positive and encouraging attitude keeps me motivated throughout my workouts, always attentive to proper form to prevent injuries and introduces new workouts to better help us meet our goals. He is also very patient with members that need that extra push.

The training classes are great Matthew is an awesome trainer. But letting all these kids come in for the summer has been a disaster, they don't put the equipment back or clean anything. They are just on their cell phones and visiting with their friends and not working out. That idea of letting them come in for the summer was not a good idea. If this is done again, I will definitely cancel my membership.

I have been a member on and off for 8 years. It’s always clean, pleasant, plenty of equipment and weights. I how the members clean the equipment after use. The employees keep the disinfectant bottles filled and paper dispensers ready. If there is a request of something needing attention the employees will complete the it with no hesitation. I used to go to the PF on Fondren and Belfort, it is can busy to very busy. While there I’ve had experienced having to wait for certain machines that’s okay no problem besides I could workout on a different machine a/o muscle group. Their showers are clean and accommodating. I have moved to Pasadena I go to PF on Fairmont with updated machines and free weights The black card member area has been updated as well it has a very large parking lot it a plus.Oh, and the members are friendly Check it out.

I have overlooked Planet Fitness because of the cost in the past, but now I am here!! I love it! It is open 24hours and I love it. I just re-joined Planet Fitness for their end-of-the-Year special in December. I was a member 3 years ago, but quit because I wasn't using the service. But now I'm a member again, because I remember how great it is that they're open 24/7, allowing you to go whenever suits you best. They're also well equipped with all the workout machines and weights that you could want. The facilities are always clean, and the app check-in makes it a breeze to go, with no need for someone to usher you in. All in all I expect to be a member for at least a year or so.

Left planet fitness for fitness connection bc they have saunas and pools but fitness connection is a rly run down gym and will most likely be returning to planet after 90 days. I'm gonna give them a chance to update their outdated gym. And if not I'm gone. But planet also needs to change their cookie cutter gyms up bc it's boring there. I will not come to this location anymore because I got stopped by a staff member in the middle of my workout who told me I can’t have my backpack with my gym stuff , butt bands , knee pads , wipes , sweat band , just literally woman stuff , she said I need to get a locker for my backpack and come back and forth for my “gym stuff “ when I needed to which makes no sense I would want to enjoy my workout not by going back and forth for my “gym stuff” , I would totally understand if it was on people’s way but it clearly wasn’t , I was very disappointing by this sooo if your a woman with your gym bag coming to this location good luck !
