I just want to give a big shoutout to Bella at the front desk! She’s always so welcoming and polite—every single morning she greets everyone with a smile. I still remember my first day at the gym; I felt so intimidated walking in, but Bella was the first person to break the ice and instantly made me feel comfortable.

Now, six months later and still going strong with my 5 a.m. workouts, I genuinely look forward to chatting with her when I arrive and again on my way out. Her positive energy sets the tone for the day and makes the gym feel like such a friendly, motivating place. Bella is truly an asset to the team!

Always come in with sandals and do the elliptical or do yoga stretches and light free weights upstairs - this morning a worker rudely told me I and the others with me had to leave - I said the others with me would still be working out as they have closed shoes on. She said ok, you can leave or wait in the little waiting room. I said I'd be using the massage chair. Have never been kicked out before. There's maybe two other people as it's early. We will be going to Crux only (people even go barefoot there). She wasn't even at the desk when we scanned in, came out when we were about to go in. She said, "Yes my name is Shannon," when I didn't even ask, as if she was proud about everything.

I went there long time ago once when my friend bring me to there. But somehow I registered 8 months ago and they were auto charging my bank account. I never provided them any bank information also I never signup anything. How they found my card and charging? I complained and disputed all those transactions. but still receiving penalty from them. AGAIN I never go there myself I never signup myself to charge from me.

If possible remove me from your GYM. I am not planning go to PLANET Fitness.

I've been going to this gym now for over 2 years or so. It would get very busy in the evenings, especially over the summer, but you just had to wait a bit for a machine or two.

Last week they decided they were going to do some "improvements". They got rid or quite a few machines, so now there's even fewer. Also they swapped out the recumbent bikes (and other cardio equipment). There's no chance the people that designed the new recumbent bikes, or the people that bought them spent more than 5 minutes exercising on them. Otherwise they would have realized the seat is bolt upright and hard as hell. It digs into your spine and is the most uncomfortable recumbent bike I've ever tried to ride. Not sure why they decided to purposely make things worse. It's unfortunate. I used to like going to this gym.

I’ve been going here for about 5 years now, use to love it but now it’s gotten popular and my favorite machine is the stair masters and they only have 4 and at least one or two are always broken… they have so many ehlipticals and bicycles that hardly anyone uses. Should look into switching them out for more stair masters. My heart is here but I can’t effectively do my work outs because of this :(

I decided to give this location another try. Still very disappointed. There 2 guys at the front that were clearly there to chill and visit with the girl at the desk. I never once saw her leave to do anything in the club. I gave it two separate visits and my opinion remains the same. Won't choose to return.

I'm a Black card from Dallas and visited this location while visiting family. Homeless woman was camped out sleeping in the locker room and running a personal space heater. Shower and curtain was filthy. Trying another location tomorrow.

Black cards are a joke. Team does not know how to use equipment and expect customers to figure it out and there are no instructions in the room. I was given a card with a number and I had to ask what room as the girl did not know much. You put your customers in broken tanning beds and laugh about it? Great customer service! I was told that it does it sometimes and they don’t know until a customer tells them ha ha so basically you want a customer to get undressed put their tanning lotion on try to get in the tanning bed and then have to get dressed with lotion on to move to a tanning bed that works? Can’t get anyone on the phone phone ringing so long it goes to the customer call center Because the gentleman working It’s too busy, smiling, and laughing in the girls face to even worry about customer service. I come around noon and always see the manager (I think his name is Josh) always vaccuming but the machines are so dusty and the men's bathroom is always so dirty. Also the black card room sometimes stink and is not routinely cleaned. The worst part is that the water fountain tatse funky on both levels and its so hot in the gym due to fans not being functional (literally saw someone pass out due to heat exhaustion one day!!). Staff is always welcoming and make the experience better. They did add new equipmemt recently and ultimately the place has potential but it lacks direction and morale. It has progressively got worse over the years. I would reccomend other gyms in the area

The temperature is in mid-90s and about to go higher and the air conditioner is not functional! Even one of the fans has not been working for almost a week now.

We’re charged every month for membership but the facilities provided are not even the basic!

I’ve been a member for over 2 years now. I have never had such a problem before. I hope the management considers this and helps out with a solution. Apart from this, everything else has been great!

Was verbally assaulted by another member. Informed manager and called police. The crazy woman pushed and employee. The manager was no help. I believe the young man’s name was John. I asked for a district managers phone number as directed by the police. The manger John refused. I had to call the police again before the manager offered the district managers phone number. Just before the police arrived the manager gave me the email to someone not the district manager. He said because I asked nicely. Terrible customer service. I cancelled my membership that I have had for over a year due to the managers disrespect. Do not work out here!

The folks were friendly and the stations were clean. However the same problem here as with other PF, I only have a set time to be able to work out. I like doing the 30 minute WO, but when I go in there people are playing on their phones or just using individual machines instead of using the same machines that are out on the floor. I would like to see this regulated better through out all the stores.

The staff are extremely nice and friendly & The exercise floor and lounge are immaculately, clean and comfortable,

Only problem is the Shower and restroom area, Is often times out of toilet paper & There are Various plumbing and hot water, pressure problems in the showers.

The ceiling on the main exercise floor has a leak in it.

For what it is planet fitness isn't a bad gym. I'm a competitive bodybuilder and it has everything you need. Do I wish they had barbells yes, but you can still get in great shape. The trade off is it's clean and 24 hrs

I’ve been going to this same Planet Fitness for about a year now. The staff is super friendly and helpful anytime my friend and I have interacted with them. Their hours of being open work really well with my work schedule. Most people tend to be respectful of personal space. Planet Fitness is a scam. They do not let you cancel online. It must be in person or by "certified" mail. I live out of state now and they gave me the run around. STAY AWAY. GOOD GYMS DO NOT DO THIS. Oh and if you try to remove your payment you can't. I will be reporting them Better Business Bureau.

UPDATE: Of course they respond with their copy and paste answer. This company is a Dark Pattern company. If you dont know what this is, look it up. The Federal Trade Commission is fighting companies like this. They make very easy to signup, but extremely hard to cancel. you have to go in person, ( mind you when you do they make you feel bad for trying to leave) If not, your only other option is to mail a letter! I have attended Pflugerville for 2yrs. With compliments to the staff which are ALWAYS accommodating.
However today Sunday at Pflugerville planet fitness I was EXTREMELY disappointed. The massage chair was VACANT yet the staff did not want me to use it!🤔Because a person who was using the massage lounge bed wanted to use it.They were STILL using the bed and she wanted me to WAIT until they finished the bed and then go on the chair! And then it would be my turn.
There is only 1chair working further more it is "first come first served" If that is the case then I need to reserve it for next Friday today!! 😕 They need to fix both massage chairs please.

Planet fitness was really fantastic. This is the first time I've gone to a gym in years and I didn't feel awkward or out of place. Everything is super clean, all the machines are super easy to use/have instructions on them. Friendly staff. There are cleaning supplies everywhere for people to wipe down their own stations. Literally cannot be happier with my experience.
