Honest and sincere review. The gym is always clean the staff is friendly!Nevertheless a majority of individuals at this gym are either haters or lonely. Very standoffish vibes.
I’m a confident man who looks great and am in amazing shape. I’ve seen women in here numerous times shaming ( men and women ) in the gym. Laughing at someone behind their back? Cowards bro.

The ones acting like this are women that are out of shape trying to feel good about themselves. Probably single. ✌️

I'm tired of selfish members hogging machines while talking and not working out. I'm tired of members saying they are still using the machine that I am on. I'm tired of male members with egos acting up. Most of all I'm tired that when it's reported that 9 out of 10 times nothing is done. You have to enforce the rules or they mean nothing! This place has left me not wanting to go here anymore and I've been going for 10 years. Talking to the manager is useless. Why can't we talk to corporate?

I have gone to this Planet Fitness for the past 3 years. The last couple days they have renovated/removed a lot of the machines. The best ab workout machine is gone. The inner thigh/butt has been made into ONE machine. Everyone is lining up to use it. Overall a horrible remodel. Yes, you added free bars but also got rid of everything else. Will be switching to Golds or LA fitness, as they provide still better free weight systems while still having equal machine access

Husband and I go in the early morning and just wanted to say that Travis is one heck of an employee. He's always on the go cleaning and making sure it clean in the gym. He greets us every time we're there. Great job Travis!!!

So on today’s visit I checked as normal to have a great workout when a new employee by the name of Aaralyn had an issue with me checking in when another mgr walked up and told the new worker his membership allows him to workout here , she seemed a bit bothered about this , the mgr I spoke with was very friendly. I had a gym bag with me and Aarayln approached me with a I hate you look I assume because she was embarrassed of the other mgr correcting her a few mins prior. I then advised Aaralyn I have been bringing my gym bag many times in front of the regular mgr staff and other employees and never been advised that a I could not do this. Aaralyn with a angry look in Her face says well those mgrs can get in trouble as well. I asked Aaralyn where was this notice posted and she says w an attitude I don’t know, I then asked her again well earlier when you checked me in what did my acct say ?,Aaralyn again with a angry tone and look replied it says access denied in bold letters with a smirk in her face. I said to her if you are going to approach a member to enforce a rule it should be posted. She looked at me and grabbed her name plate and said well I’m new here so,, I asked for a number to cooperate office to address my concerns she said well you can call my mgr again with a smirk look on her face and gave me mgr phone # to Wendy to address my concern. Well I then called Wendy and she replied I don’t know why (new employee) Aaralyn gave you my number but I’ll call you Monday to look at your account, I advised Wendy that I had to address a few problems with her about Aaralyn and said said she’ll call me , I advised wendy that I had a few issues with Aaralyn and that I would be posting a review of my issues about Aaralyn and Wendy responded ok. Not soon after this happened I witnessed a young female member walking to the free weight area and guess what she had? Yep a back pack, I then went back to Aaralyn and confronted her why she didn’t approach that member enforcing a bag rule , smh 🤦‍♂️ ! To cooperate this childish behavior from a young new employee is unacceptable and gives This planet fitness a horrible image. I am very let down with this situation another member that witnessed this said she gave him a hard time as well when he checked in while I was checking in.

wow.this place could have so much potential if they just had a different manager.i usually go to the gym with my dad.i even have a membership.well tonight and im gonna be honest its a good gym during the day with workers me and my dad know cause we’re regulars.well anyways tonight me and my dad went and we never go late you know cause school? So we go there and my dad ask if I can use the total body enchament they say yes cause they thought it was my dad but it was me going so they stopped us and mind u I always go when I’m there so we never have a problem but the guy said he doesn’t know if I can use it cause I’m under 18 but that doesn’t really matter cause to the policy it only says u have to be 18+ to use tanning nothing about the total body.so the guy brings ups Issac (good job btw ur one of the best employees) so the other guy is calling the “manager” who doesn’t even know how to mange
.she said I can’t use it cause I’m under 18 which is stupid cause it doesn’t say ANYWHERE on polices that there’s a age limit and this manager is yapping about how I can’t use it or even use hydromassagw cause it’s past 11 which is stupid cause I always used that with my dad.and we even tried telling her that Adrian (good job to u btw) signed us up and Let’s me use it.mind u Adrian has been there the longest even before the so called manager.if u have this problem please please please go to the one on pat booker.thank you and one more thing. Wendy at Naco location seems to always want me to update my second payment option when I come in every morning- she literally repeated herself for a week straight - I find it very unprofessional for her to talk about my account while she is on the phone - screaming out please update your account is embarrassing and I honestly feel harassed by this employee. Please address the customer confidentiality as she was on the phone while speaking my name & information on my account with the caller and myself. You can check the camera as well. Another thing, it shouldn’t be a problem for my daughter to get a card pass as we have in the past. A nice young girl was helping us at first then here comes Wendy and tells her not to give us the card. She said they only had one left, we have been apart of this gym 4 plus years and have not ever had this problem with any other employee. She said they only have one card left? Please order more cards because we pay enough for you to have enough items in stock for your customer convenience. I should feel comfortable coming into my neighborhood gym , this just makes me so uncomfortable

I wish they had a trainer. I recently moved here. I was working with a trainer at an ATX location after post-brain surgery. Sadly, this location doesn't have a trainer. And the dudes there have the audacity to approach women and ask them out. It made me uncomfortable to work out there after a guy kept eyeing me and approaching me.

I feel like every time I come to this location. It’s always something. People talking on their phones while working out (so loud my headphones couldn’t drown her out). People using the machines and not cleaning them. A bunch of the machines are making noises like they need to be serviced. Staff is just about useless. I do not care for this location but have to come here once a week to do work outs that my home gym doesn’t have.

Hydro bed room needs to be seriously cleaned and checked out. Smells awful in there like someone dropped milk that has gone bad. Air freshener, fan, cleaning, also bed 2 the jets randomly go out. Please fix and more stars to follow.

Gym is always clean and staff is super duper nice. Every morning it’s always nice to see Ria and Dani in the morning. They know the regulars members and have us checked in before we come in the door. I've only gone here during night time when there is less people. The place has changed since. Equipment has been upgraded and the place is cleaner than before when I used to come around. It's better to go here during non-peak hours.

This facility is updated and very clean. Beautiful new, open layout. New Equipment. Friendly staff. The team members are always smiling or cleaning. They have a nice variety of machines for the exercises that I like to focus on. Keep up the good work, it doesn't go un-noticed. Very busy between 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.

I recently cancled my membership due to billing issues with planet fitness , after speaking with my bank and there billing service i couldnt get to bottom of why the billing is co stantly wrong every month. I went to speak to alexa the mgr. Who has no customer service experience, she cant communicate without being rude . I went to the facility 3 times to try and resolve this even her and i tried to redue the info on my app which was unsuccessfull , made a last attempt today to speak with her and caught her in a lie. This facility needs new management and tech support

I’m a black card member and have been to several Planet Fitnesses in the Houston, Dallas, San Antonio and Tampa areas. This location is one of the best! It’s clean, spacious, has one of the largest selections of new equipment, has plenty of well-stocked cleaning stations and has an excellent lay out. The staff is always professional, attentive and friendly. They have a brand new total body enhancement machine and four hydro massage machines including two flat-bed ones (which I prefer). This location is not the closest one to me but if I have the time I gladly drive the extra 7 minutes each way. It is totally worth it!
