This Planet Fitness used to be my go-to gym for a solid workout, but over the years it has really changed. The equipment feels outdated and not as well-maintained as it should be. On top of that, the evenings often turn into more of a hangout spot, with a lot of horseplay from groups of teenagers that makes it hard to stay focused. I hope management can address these issues, because this location has the potential to be just as great as it once was.

I've been a Black card member 5+ years. The staff at this gym are AMAZING and so friendly, unfortunately they do not get support from corporate to maintain this gym. The machines are breaking down and are not being repaired for weeks at a time. The only water fountain has been broken for 2 weeks. The massage chairs are old and have a mildew smell. It's so convenient for me to go to this gym. If corporate doesn't act fast they will loose a lot of members. Crunch is almost finished building a fitness center close by and it would be very sad situation because this Planet Fitness is neglected.

Planet Fitness it's okay, they have enough exercising machines. They are onpen 24 7 ,wish is a plus. It's affordable. But in the summer it's realy hot in the gym and the fans are not working. I asked the front desk to turn on the fans or turn the ac colder and they told me that they couldn't because its being control by corporate. So its realy stuffy in there and their are always like that.

Showers always cold massage chairs are old and ghetto. I went here a couple of times and I charged my scooter while I was working out today they said I couldn’t bring it in and I had to take an Uber home the employees never heard about this bs policy before so I guess I’m the first person they enforced it on. Love the vibe! Always positive energy from their staff and they keep the gym clean and everything stocked. Antonio always leads by example. I'm pretty sure he's a Team/Shift Lead or he should be. I used to like the gym, but then they decided to overcharge me , incorrectly charge me , and repeatedly do so for months. I've yet to get my FIRST refund. Even my friends have $80+ charges to their account OUT OF NOWHERE. They have yet to get a refund. When I asked for an update to my pending refund I got "I don't know". Had to call alot just to get a manager to even speak to me and yes I have made in person visits. I am going to make another today. because ANOTHER CHARGE is on my account when my account is FROZEN.

They have horrible customer service and managers who are not out to help the customers who come in there and pay their hard money that they work for. They don't let you know that you have to actually come in person to cancel the account. if you can't use it anymore. What about the people that can't make it in? What if something happens where you can't make it in. This just don't make no sense that you all will do this.I have not been using it for a while due to life crisis. I had just overcometh a miscarriage. I spoke to a manager by the name of last name rodriguez who was not able to help me or even try to help me. I let him know that I came up there because I noticed my account was Overdraft by them. The lady I spoke to before this manager should be a manager. She was more compassion & concerned More helpful and told me that I would be able to get a refund for the late fees. And when I asked the manager he refused to help me. It's sad that they do this to customers. I just pray that God has mercy on this company and the management.

Lots of good things about this location, but definitely some maintenance issues. The men’s locker room only had 3 showers and the handicap one has a broken shower head. My wife never got hot water in her shower. The workout machinery was top notch and the tanning seamed pretty good.

Great environment Wonderful people. I’ve had no bad experiences here and I’ve been at this gym since it was built. Any body who taking pictures of there bad experiences need to find another gym. I had to change my review because I'm tired of coming in here, giving the benefit of the doubt. Employees are always on their phones, but I figured hey at least it's clean. Today however, there was poop on one of the toilet seats, 1 of the stalls was out of toilet paper (I didn't check the rest), there's only about 15 people in here and FOUR EMPLOYEES all standing around talking and on their phones! Let's get some people in here who will actually care! One day last week there was a man in here w a kid that was about 6-8 years old who was getting on all the machines and nobody said a word to the dad, again 2 employees both on their phones! Cheap prices or not, this is UNACCEPTABLE! DO BETTER!

***also can we get the blinking TV replaced and stop letting little kids under 13 in the gym, and truly question the situation if the parent says they have a membership! Kids under 13 DO NOT belong in a gym. They belong on a playground! If you can't get a babysitter, then stay home or go to the park w your kids not bring them to a place they don't belong! I questioned the onsite staff and the guy said he had no idea if the age limit had changed 🤦‍♀️wrong answer buddy! Do your job or go find another one!

Edit: there are “rules” in place keeping this gym from putting a piece of paper on broken equipment apparently, and if people steal their “official” broken signs, planet fitness would rather they not have anything on the equipment at all. Apparently a piece of paper is worse than an unsafe gym for paying members. If anyone wants to hear the recording of the manager stating this - feel free to reach out.

Ended up cancelling my membership here after multiple issues of broken equipment slamming down while I’m using it and after telling the girl at the front desk about it, she couldn’t even be bothered to put a sign on the machine- just stayed on her phone for the rest of the hour I was there. I reminded her again on my way out. Went back the next week - slammed down on me again -still broken, still no sign.
A blatant disregard for safety that this staff has blows my mind.
Then when canceling the man who was helping my fiancé and I, told us several times we had already paid our last month and we wouldn’t be charged again - the day after the last day we had access to the gym - charged.
Called just to have the front desk staff try to gaslight me. Asked to talk to a manager - of course not available. Asked for corporates number- was given the number to a third party who has no authorization to do anything.

So please, sigh up, go to this location and don’t be surprised when you end up having a serious injury because they take zero responsibility for the actions of their employees.
