When I went in to cancel my membership, I explained that I was willing to make payments, but the employee kept saying he couldn’t do anything and just kept shrugging his shoulders. He was very rude and unhelpful. I then called the collections number he gave me, but they told me they couldn’t help either and that only my home Planet Fitness location could cancel the membership.

What made the situation even worse was that my toddler needed to use the restroom urgently — he was about to have an accident — and the employee Nico still refused to let us use it. The main manager yvanna was standing there the entire time watching everything happen and didn’t step in to help.

This experience was extremely upsetting and unprofessional. WARNING YOU DONT GO HERE !!!!

This is planet fitness is a pretty great location. It is right off the highway. And it is surrounded by multiple different things. If you are looking to get a lot of things done and especially if you have an accident, there is a med clinic nearby as well. Only thing is, I'm not sure about how it is at night.

Would be nice if there were more bench press stations. This gym only has 3 and every single one of them in use by females doings their leg work. One female not even using the bench press at all. just sitting there with dumbbells tying up the station. Gym is clean and not very crowded. Plenty of stations to workout.

I was thrown out! I have been a member for 40 years. I took a guest who had canceled her membership. Unfortunately staff said she was past due. My niece said she had canceled. Anyway, they let us in.. and 20 minutes into our leg workout they ask us to leave. This could have been handled so much nicer than throwing your guests out! You could have said, DUE to miscommunication on canceling, you can finish your workout but will have to clear this up after, or before you work out tomorrow. Instead they throw us out!!! Rude behavior by their manager! I canceled my membership. There are too many inexpensive gyms now to treat your clients like that. Very disappointed after I'd been a member for years. Other than the way we were treated, it's a nice gym with mostly cool staff and clean equipment.

I'm usually pretty happy here. Very clean. Respectful clientele. The only thing is that there's a trainer lady that sets up in the 30 minute room and puts her things on all the machines to save them for her clients(sometimes she only has 1 or 2, today there was about 8). I was able to do two machines in there before I had to wait. She had her water bottle on the lat pulldown while I stood there and waited for over 10 minutes and no one was even on it. I could've used it and left in that time. Very rude. Sometimes if she sees me on a machine, she'll go to the next one over and put her things down to save it for one of her people. Other than that, I really love coming to the gym. The staff are mostly very helpful and friendly.

Just started working out. Place is very decent, ac is working great there. Staff is very friendly and i always see them making their rounds to refill cleaning supplies for equipment use or cleaning up the bathrooms. I am very pleased with this location.I am only on my 5th day. Last time I ever went to a gym was in 1980 before I left for Naval service! I got a long way to go.

Great prices. Nice equipment. Good clean bathrooms. Unfortunately some of the guys can’t control their hormones. Went for the first time, day pass to check it out. Several guys either couldn’t or wouldn’t stop staring my wife up and down. We left early because she was uncomfortable. She was on a separate machine away from me, guys kept on staring her up and down and trying to get her attention. She moved beside me. No change. The guys didn’t care we were beside each other and made it obvious. So my opinion is if you’re a woman and don’t want to be treated like a piece of meat, be careful of this place. But if you’re looking for a good work out and a reasonable price and the best availability, this is it.

77 my beautiful dripping Celsius getting really good to the gym inside other than that there are individuals that you cannot understand why they do you there are some women in and out of the gym and people making me stupid stupid. I was a security guard on more cameras outside the parking lot at the same time this gym inside and the people employees are great. Other than that there are some lowlife people that don’t know how to be. I would suggest going to Stone Oaks Fredericksburg, some of the gyms that have mature people that know how to act as a human being and a responsible girl

Great staff and nice location! System went out after being there about 20 minutes and did not come back on so no TV's, couldn't purchase a drink or use aqua massage. Not staff's fault and things happen with technology. Was a little too dark inside but staff was super friendly and all equipment was in good condition and clean. Will visit again.

It's not bad. It doesn't have as many of the popular machines like others but still ok. There is only 1 seated fly as an example so you're probably gonna need to plan alternative exercises during this time of year .if I'm being honest , it is not as clean as i've seen others as well. Se location sucks poor management the General Manager has horrible communication skills corporate need to get involved asap. I will be reaching out myself due to Yvonne Salina’s having a rude attitude, she will talk over you by yelling as if I’m not the costumer paying. As a GENERAL MANGER she should know how to approach any situation in the right way hear the customer out about the problem and offer any solutions to fix the problem. Not argue back and forth with the costumer unprofessional is real here at this location this isn’t the first time either , my husband also had an incident with the manger Niko his attitude wasn’t it. Why would people want to be in this type of environment working out , this lady is teaching her employees wrong 👎 & it generally just looks bad for the company why would you’ll have this lady wearing the company’s name and colors should I expect this from all planet fitness? Should I switch gyms to a completely new one if I’m going to be treated with such rude manner while trying to address a problem I’m having ?

Place is comfortable and clean. The showers have a water temperature problem. When someone flushed the toilet the water in the shower gets cold cold, needs to be regulated in the women's locker room. Been with PF for over 15 years now at this location left for another location for few months and been back past 2 months and has been downhill since. Poor management has come in. Today I Spoke to the rude manager about a payment problem which never had before and instead of addressing it appropriately after her staff had given me attitude she also was just as rude if not worse then him. And a week prior spoke to someone who gave me wrong info on what I was getting over charges for but they were not rude. This new manager she seems to have no management skills. I'm a manager myself and she is not good with her customer service abilities. She's rude and didn't help at all with my problem. Her staff gave wrong information to me weeks ago and is ok with the inaccurate statements. As a manager she did nothing whatsoever to help with my complaint. I guess shes there just for a check. She said she manages PF all over and they always have been ran her way . The previous staff was amazing and had no problems with ever! As of rn I would not recommend this location or others that she manages.

The owners of this location are making horrible decisions. I only ever considered this location because of a worker by the name of Xavier. He was always professional, courteous, and always keeping busy making sure the gym was a good experience for everyone and anyone that walked in. He never had anything but a smile on his face and a can-do attitude like no other. I go as a plus one due to my friend having a black card. I was thinking of starting a membership just because of Xavier, he explain to me the process of signing up, and the benefits. I came back today after not going for a bit to finally sign up, only to find out he was fired. I decided not to sign up and will not be back even for free with my friend. If he is not there, neither will I. Thanks for getting rid of one of the best employees.

It's a nice gym but unfortunately not kept very clean. Tanning beds are filthy and there are no garbage cans in the tanning rooms. The 30-minute Express workout is not monitored and has people camping on the equipment so we cannot be used in the manner it is meant for. If you go late in the evening good luck trying to find somebody at the front desk.

They tell you about the monthly charges which is 10 dollars but they do not mention the 53 dollars annual fee on ur 2ND MONTH. it would have been fine if they had atleast mentioned it. It also would have been fine if they had plenty of equipment. they mostly have a bunch of cardio and not a lot of real machines. they also do not let you cancel over the phone. i tried to cancel at the end of first month due to lack of equipment and before i could get here they charged me an annual fee. NOT WORTH IT AT ALL!!
