It's a great place to work out I've been going there for about 6 years don't want to go anywhere else. It's clean and the employees treat you great 👍I love how clean it is! 👌 they keep everything on point! The front dest always has a cheerful welcome and the staff is always polite. I travel for work so I see a lot of different Planet Fitness around the country, so I can safely say this is by far the worst one I’ve seen. Everything is extremely outdated and in bad condition. I hurt my shoulder on the chest press machine because of how rough it was. I had to strain and ended up pulling something. Not only that but they’re lacking a lot of machines that other planet fitnesses do have. I’m really not sure why this location is so under maintenanced. I say avoid this place and try the other planet fitness is in the area.

En general esta bien, pero como observación comparado con otros planet fitness las sillas de masaje son más sencillas y no me gustaron estas son más torpes al dar masaje y las cortinas del baño apenas tapan dejando a las orillas qué te vean, poca privacidad.

Had a very pleasant experience this afternoon at this gym. I wanted to speak with someone regarding my account and their manager, Alberto, really went above and beyond to ensure all my questions and concerns were answered. He was very respectful, professional, and willing to help me get everything sorted out. His energy and friendliness, along with the rest of the staff is one of the main reasons I continue to return to this gym.

Zero common sense management. The bathroom is closed to women to use or shower, because there is a man working in there on tile in a stall or something.There is no sign indicating that the women’s facilities are completely closed; there should have been a sign at the door before coming into the gym giving women a heads up. Alberto, the manager, wouldn’t even entertain the idea of us using the men’s bathroom.

First of all I travel all around the Country because I am a truck driver to different locations this is the most unprofessional and callous I’ve ever experienced at the gym immediately when u walked in I was looked at like I wasn’t suppose to be there I gave the staff member my ID and was scanned in 5 minutes later, I was approached by another member while in the locker room in a intimidating way saying that it was something wrong with my membership so I get that taking care of. 20 minutes later I notice the water machine is hot and the back room PF360 has no air in it, I almost passed out I asked the staff member for water she said I would still have to pay for it I was watched the whole time by her it was very weird. MEN IN WOMEN’S LOCKER ROOM/RESTROOMS. As a Christian and firm believer in God, I, nor any member of my immediate family, will never give business to a Planet Fitness as long as we live. I have been coming to this location with my family for years. My family does consist of minors and females, who were assigned their gender at birth. When we originally signed up, I do not recall there being a non discrimination policy online. With that said, they ALLOW men who “identify” as a woman, in the woman’s locker room, restroom and showers. Not only am I strongly against this, I will not let my voice go unheard. My daughters have voiced that they are not comfortable being in a situation where a man is in the same space where they suppose to be able to be comfortable. I will not allow my daughters to be caught off guard by a man walking in on them because Planet Fitness ALLOWS it. If a member’s drivers license says their gender is MALE, then Planet Fitness needs to have them use male facilities. To each their own, and I am not judging anyone because of their preference, but what type of Christian would I be if I did not speak on something that God says is wrong.

Young girls ran out of the locker room today terrified because there was a full grown man that was “allowed” to be in there. I'm a long time member with planet fitness. They used to do pizza and beagles back when they first opened up. That's how long my membership goes. I started really taking my health seriously at the beginning of the year this year. I do fitness training at least 3 times a week and I'm enjoying myself!

I went in for a walk this morning. I wasn’t aware of not being able to wear blue jeans for starters. As soon as I walked in the employee at the front was asleep after waking him up from his sleep he approached me very rudely and told me I couldn’t go into the gym with blue jeans, I asked why he said it was a policy so I cancel my subscription. Apparently he thought he was so beautiful that I wanted a picture of him after he thought I took a picture of him. He started calling the cops. I have been coming here for two years. Did all this show customers or nothing . His name was Alex. I’m sorry I woke you up from your sleep Alex but maybe you should go to sleep earlier.

My big things about planet fitness. If they have the bottle refill water fountain that works. If they have the long lockers. This place has both and is convenient to an HEB and bus routes. Staff is always nice. Locker room is usually clean except for that one guy that has to use talcum powder and never clean up.

The employees were kind of rude. They didn’t allow my wife to use the bathroom.

My wife and I were visiting from Florida. We have our own gym membership with LA Fitness. I went in as a guest to workout with my brother under his guest privileges. My wife waited in the lobby while we worked out, but wasn’t even allowed to use the restroom. I walked her next door to Office Depot.

I just think this was very poor customer service and the way they acted was unnecessary.

Besides that, they didn’t have many free weights, besides dumbbells. But I t was good enough to get a workout in.

I tried it for a week. it had the neccessary things to work out, but I'm used to my home rec center that has machines and free weights a pool and sauna a hot tub and track as well as free weights. PF just has machines. so if you need a quick fix, it works but if you looking for more, you may want to check other gyms. otherwise they are clean and price is fair.

So there was an incident with staff and management with a member there who’s been going to that location for years where he comes in with his cousin that has a black card membership staff and manager all together started to yell at the guest at the desk when he was going to go grab his cousin so he can check him in and most time the old men are checked in but now they hold the old man there at the desk acting like they don’t see them everyday working out there at 5:30 pm when they usually get there to 6:00pm this new management and staff are ridiculous not once has there ever been a problem with planet fitness before but 15 other members including myself will be leaving planet fitness at the end of our term

Please do not sign up for a membership. You will have to hassle with scam and cancellation problems. Where even billing will not give any refunds for months nor solutions. I went in person to cancel my subscription and called for when a manager would be available. But no avail. Please, please do not sign up!!!! They have a super shady way of re-enrolling someone because of routing numbers and checking accounts still held in the system. Please do not sign up! At any location.
If you have Spotify, Netflix, Disney + and even other subscriptions you can always cancel online or with a person on the phone and not have to argue for cancellation. I am greatly disappointed in Planet Fitness.

Went in for the first time to Planet Fitness and Mercedes showed me around the gym and all the perks I have with my membership. She was amazing, she greeted me as soon as I walked in and she talked very professional! Ive been to other locations before but always had an unpleasant visit. Save yourself a headache and go to another gym. The manager is stupid. Can't really use the blk card and invite a guest. About every month I have a problem with billing. Instead of saying you can work out and come back and fix it with the manager, they instead will say you can't workout come back when a manager is here. This has gone from a gym to a playground, I believe for those paying customers shouldn’t have to sit for kids to be come in to play and the homeless to use as a Truck stop shower. The trash can is always empty which is a good thing but if u think about it. Nobody cleans after themselves. Free weights are scattered laying around one must find them where they were last used, but all paying customers should be treated like a customer n not just a way of income which can not even use the gym what it’s meant for. If u come and join a Big Welcome from the Boys and Girls amusement park.
