I definitely do not recommend this place, I had cancelled my membership here a year ago, and they are still charging me and apparently have not even notified me that they were taking a monthly balance out of my bank. Another thing is that you can't even enjoy working out because of some show off dudes flexing the mirror right in front of you. Me and my friend were working out one day when some college age girl decided to keep staring at my butt when I was trying to workout, it made me feel super uncomfortable to the point where I just got up and left. It's disgraceful enough when there is these men and women dressing very inappropriate, it is not cute it is disgusting and there is absolutely no need for all of that. I hope that Planet Fitness will change because it is not a good place to consider exercising at.

This gym and the manager on duty do not know what customer service is at all. Setting up our daughter’s membership they argued about demanding a debt card and yet we have the same card on our memberships as well. And now trying to close her membership as she just graduated and will be leaving town and the same manager refused to close the membership and was very short with myself and my wife telling us we do not have the authority to close her account. This was very poor customer service and a bad demeanor and unprofessionalism of a manager to not show better customer service

Great friendly staff. Equipment is maintained well for the ,most part. Clean environment. Friendly people working out around you. One thing I would complain about is that the black card special equipment is rather dated. The massage chairs are old and fairly uncomfortable. Would love to see them updated.

One of the worst PF locations I've been to in my travels across the country. Nothing but broccoli headed bros standing around the equipment ten deep, and barely legal girls barely clothed. Staff was too busy hanging out with their homies to clean it refill paper towels, so there's no way to clean equipment after use.

I was working out and got a phone call and a staff member told me I needed to take the phone call up front. Other people were waiting to use the machine. I look around 2 guys are sitting on other machines in different area playing on there phones. There was 3 girls sitting on machine having conversations nothing was said to them.I'm the one that get harassed because I answer a phone call. I quit working out and immediately canceled my membership.

This gym is the worst. Not only is the equipment broken all the time, but the members lack all knowledge of gym etiquette. The smith machines are constantly over used by a group of members for over an hour. Not allowing other members to get a chance to use them. I’ve complained and left a review directly with planet fitness to only get lack luster response. The gym is filthy and the locker rooms are even worse. I visit other locations that have been fantastic. This location and owner do not care about keeping up with new machines or cleanliness. Employees are constantly on their phones and carrying on conversations instead of doing their jobs. Would not recommend to single person ever. If I could do less than a one star rating I would.

This gym is very clean and doesn’t have the typical gym smell of sweaty bodies. Someone is always moving equipment to clean under it, wiping a piece down or cleaning the restroom. Post COVID this is very important to me. The equipment is in good working order and the staff are very efficient and have smiles on their faces. Because of the positive atmosphere, I enjoy going several times a week.

Like to work out here and on the phone app. The circuit was absolutely my favorite when I started, haven’t used the tanning beds-but hear setting 2 is a good start for my light skin. Showers are Not very private, but changing has plenty of room. Surprised by hair dryer, nice touch. Have been using phone app since I ran across a group of bullies there. Thanks for the low price and chance to workout without the crazies!

I went to Cici's right next door and then the movies with my friend. We got out pretty late, and I noticed that there were a few guys who seemed drunk by my car. I walked into Planet Fitness with my friend, and we asked the staff if we could get escorted back to my car. They ended up asking one of the biggest guys there to help, him and a staff member walked us back. I offered to CashApp them for the trouble, and they said not to worry about it. I really appreciate you guys. <3 <3 The workers deserve a raise and the customer deserves a free month on his membership.

I would rate 5 stars, everything is pretty well done, but one thing bugs me, the pull up bar handles are rubbery so they slip and slide rarely allowing you to get more than 4-5 pull ups in before you slide off.

I don’t know if it’s just the spring season, but the gym is PACKED everyday I go.. which is 4-5 days a week, there isn’t enough equipment for the amount of people coming in. There should really be a max capacity or something..
But other than that I’ve been coming here over a year, and haven’t had any issues except a broken tanning bed, and until recently with the overly filled gym. Staff is nice, and gym is clean, good atmosphere for everyone no matter their goals or current fitness level. Worth the money for the membership.

Planet Fitness is exceptionally clean and customer service are not only helpful but very friendly. Clean and air conditioned place to workout. other than that the staff is standoffish. The gym is not open 24 hours which makes other gyms more appealing. Especially since you have to view mirror worship and weight grunting anyway. There is nothing special about this location, especially compared to other PF locations I've been too. I'm canceling my membership and moving to another Gym mostly to pay for 24 hours access but also because the special advertisements for this business is false. NOT a judgment free zone and NOT free from obnoxious grunting and mirror obsession.

Great and clean gym! But the customer service I have received here was awful on multiple occasions. There was a charge on my account for two memberships and when I went to discuss the issue with the front desk they stated that someone came into the gym and requested for their membership to be charged to my account. When I requested a refund, they told me it was not possible even though I did not agree for this charge to be put onto my account. I tried reaching out to customer service and they told me that they were unable to help as well due to the manager being the only person who could process the request.

Not good at all I paid 444 hour service access to the gym and they have it frozen in the hours that I work and they close down early at 9 I like to work out early in the morning and late at night stop playing for something I can't even use the reason I joined Planet Fitness was for the 24-hour service and to be able to use Jim anywhere it's not worth it I'm so unsatisfied is pathetic

Any complaints is the hours are horrible. And they keep closing due to weather. If it gets to be 32•F or under they shut down the gym for some reason. And is very frustrating because I pay for a membership and and not getting my full access to gym when they shut down because it is “cold outside”. Other gyms in town are still open idk why PF can’t be. And all you can do is give me a robotic automated response instead of fixing the problem. And closing the doors because it’s cold out side is not a safety problem. Every other gym in town is open with no problems. If they can do it so can plant fitness
