The billing services suck, literally comes across as theft. Every time I would try to cancel, the manager was never there miraculously. Every time you try to talk to someone about it, there's nothing they could oorrrr they are never thereee. At this point I really think that you should weigh your options before you go to any of these planet fitnesses. They literally only care about the money. They don't care about you You can be in the hospital for 5 months and guess what they're still drafting their money not even thinking about your account.. Yes it's clean yes it's a nice facility I'll give you that. But the fact that you can't get anywhere as far as billing goes is ridiculous. Everything is talk to the manager and talk to the manager. The manager's not there. News flash You cannot get in touch with a manager at your location because they're not ever there. It's literally coming across as theft. By the way if you canceled it has to process. So you'll be subject to being charged while it processed. oh no you won't get that back by the way while this processing. Also if you think a refund will happen it won't even. They literally will not..they will just let you use the facility. Why would I when you guys took my money and I don't even workout there...Just thought I'd let you know..

I love this gym!! The manager and all the employees really make me feel welcome when I work out!! My parents taught me that I need exercise to live a long life. I thank God for this gym and my parents!! My parents also taught me that doctors and their prescriptions extend our lives! My doctor wants me to work out!! Most of all my parents taught me to believe in the death, burial, and resurrection of God's Son Jesus for all sin!! God's Word the Bible says this in 1 Corinthians 15:1-4, Romans 10:9, 1 John 4:15. Hell is real and so is Heaven. If anyone reading this hasn't accepted Jesus as their Lord and Saviour talk to God right now. Say, " God I believe Jesus is your Son and He died for all my sins." Great health club. The equipment is well maintained
and the facility is clean. My only complaint is they play the facility music so loud you can hardly hear your own music or book you may be listening to on own ear buds while you exercise. When you check around at others you can see 80% or more are listening to their own devices. I don't have a problem with the music. I just wish they would turn the volume down. Otherwise, I would rate the facility 5 stars.

Good price if you can lock it in - but machines are frequently broken, makes it difficult to plan a routine if you don't know what will be available. lately there's also been some pretty crazy roof leaks, so make sure you don't hurt yourself in there

I've been going to Planet Fitness for a while now, and I can honestly say it's one of the best gym experiences I’ve had. The staff are always incredibly helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. I was at the leg press machine, and there was a man close by that was stretching well I sit down at the leg press he comes running over tells me no no no that’s my machine and points up at the top of the machine, he had laid his cell phone there, he was very rude and if that’s his machine he needs to stay there with it.

I normally LOVE planet fitness… the price is the best part and they have a good variety of machines. But I had an experience with Tess where she got on my ass and came at me for being on the hydro even though the other worker told me to wait for 9 because it was previously full. She came in questioning me and gave me attitude saying she did it for herself for her workout. Every other worker is so nice but she seriously needs to be checked…

I go in the morning and the staff is amazing. They actually have a decent conversation with my mom and I when we walk in which is a nice change of pace. I don't have any issues with the gym or equipment other than I wish they had more deep tissue massage chairs because 1 is always down but otherwise, I'll keep going every morning.

I’ve been a Black Card member at this location for more than two years, working out 5–7 days a week. Recently, I’ve noticed some concerning changes—staff turnover, empty towel and soap dispensers, overflowing trash cans, and discarded paper towels left in equipment cup holders. A half-filled water bottle even sat in a recumbent bike’s cup holder for three days. In the early mornings, the front desk is often unattended, while later in the day, multiple staff members, including the manager Teslynn, are frequently gathered, chatting and eating. I hope things get back on track soon…

The staff keep the facility clean, from the tanning beds to the exercise machines to the showers... they never fail to impress me. The Texas City manager is very friendly and knowledgeable and greets me with a warm smile each and every time I come in. Cleanliness is the number one issue with me and I see the manager stressing this to her employees. They all are very friendly and I feel very comfortable referring my friends and family there.

Excellent Gym! Lots of machines and very nice staff. Very clean and sanitized frequently. Something for everyone. The gym caters to the community. This Summer they allowed High School Teenagers free access to the gym and did a Scholarship giveaway. That is just one of several community programs. The Perks Program is good as well. I purchased a reasonably priced pair of Croc shoes. I have a Black Card and the dues are reasonably priced. The staff in addition to being nice and always professional, constantly keeps the gym clean as well as all the machines. There are plenty of machines that address your entire body. You will love it.

Pretty much the main complaint is that they have this Summer Teens Program where for about 3 months in the summer, the teens work out for FREE, while the Regular Members Pay. The club becomes
too crowded with the FREE Teens to where you have to wait to use the weights. Think about that before you join! I'm a paying client and literally have to wait to use the machines, and free weights over the ones that get to use them for FREE. The teens grab multiple free weights and tie them up for long periods at a time. I don't mind if they come free but only at designated hours when the club is slower during the day- say 7pm- 10am daily. We paying adults have things to do and are on a schedule and the last thing we need is to WAIT til the FREE Teens invade our space. We paid for a Club Membership and it should be respected by the Owners/ Corporation.
Normally I would give a 4 or 5 star but it's out of control. Please fix this!!!
