Honestly I am impressed! Staff has been very helpful and welcoming. There is plenty of equipment to use and their app gives hundreds of videos to get started on working out. The tanning beds are nice, not super hot like your traditional tanning salon but will get you tan ( stand up & regular beds plus a hybrid) They have a red light therapy that is amazing and the hydro massage beds are very nice. They also have several other things to use . This facility is very clean and is definitely worth the monthly price of 27 dollars ( that's tax included ), they also have a cheaper choice as well.

Very disappointed that this location is always out of paper towels. Which means we are are unable to wipe the machines before/after working out. My friend and I completely stopped our workout today due to another guest coughing all over the machine they were on. Yes, I still sprayed my machines but this location is becoming very unsanitary.

This is the cleanest planet fitness I've ever been to. The man that works nights is always on top of it. Everything is where it's suppose to be, there's always paper towels, the sanitizers are always filled, the restrooms are ALWAYS clean and he's so friendly.

Everything was just fine , but a small issue gets me out of mood, after I finished my practice, I went to the massage chair and hydro bed , the lights were too high and can’t control it , even the employee can’t, because they locked in a box and they don’t have the key , the issue is , I visit the most branches in Dallas, and every one has a different policy , even in the massage chair types or the comfort environment anyway .
It’s a great gym in anyway way , but a small details might be not important to the management , but it’s important for the members

The gym has decent equipment, however the reason I put 2 stars is because is very small. The only gym around this area and barely anyone can get on a machine after work hours. Is packed and small. If anyone who is reading this can build a big gym close to this area please do, cause you can’t get a workout in with so many people and such a small space and little equipment.

Great gym with amazing staff overall!
I’ve had a wonderful experience with most of the team here—everyone is friendly, professional, and committed to creating a welcoming environment for members. The gym itself is clean, well-equipped, and perfect for anyone looking to pursue their fitness goals.

That being said, I recently had a negative experience with an employee who answered the phone in an unprofessional manner, giving off the impression that they might not have been “fully present” or prepared. This detracts from the otherwise fantastic reputation of the gym. I think it could be helpful to provide some phone etiquette and customer service training to ensure the high standards of the rest of the team are upheld in every interaction.

Despite this, I genuinely appreciate the effort most of the staff put into maintaining a great atmosphere, and I would still recommend the gym to others based on its many positive qualities.

I've visited a few times in the morning and at night. The morning crew is great. They're friendly and attentive. The evening crew not so much. They're hanging out in a corner talking to each other. We had to tell them paper towels were out or the restrooms dirty.

I have been a member for almost a year and always enjoy my workout time here. The crowd meter is great as I prefer the slow time of day. The gym is always neat and clean, the staff polite and professional. The members are always friendly and respectful of the weights and equipment which was lacking in the past several gyms I belonged to, they were not Planet Fitness locations. Very disappointed about the staff, I used to have the membership with a $10 Monthly fee, so few months ago I went with my teenage and the told me in order to have a guess I need to have the black membership, so I converted to that card. But they never told me when I sign for that I will be in a contract for 12 months and now the I want to cancel for personal reason, I need to pay a fee for $58 + tax. They should be told me that since the begging, They could be transparent and honest and gave me the full information since the beginning. Now I want a cancellation but they told me I need to pay the fee.

This is a very nice gym. It’s a smaller setting. It’s not crowded all of the time. I really like that they keep the bathrooms and showers clean at all times because I have another membership to another gym and it’s a much larger name brand and the showers stay disgusting and it’s more of them. This gym only has 2 showers. I applaud this gym. I keep my other membership because they have classes like strength training and I had back surgery so I need to exercise in the pool to not have as much stress on my joints as opposed to always walking the treadmill but if they had a pool I wouldn’t have 2 gym memberships. This is less than 3 minutes from my house too. What’s not to love

I've been coming to this gym for about 2 months now and overall the gym itself is a bomb 10/10. The staff also has been really nice as well. They greet me when I come in and when I leave. Now my complaint and the reason im giving 2 stars is with MANAGEMENT , their has been several complaints about the man below and it seems like nothing is being done. Its so uncomfortable having a man literally walk around you the entire time your working out. Not to mention he has his phone in his hand at times. Something needs to be said or some actions need to take place. I should be able to come in workout and not feel like I'm being watched or recorded.

I have been coming to this gym since opening day. I have no real complaints about the actual gym but I do have a complaint about the man that walks around the gym in circles several times. This behavior is odd and uncomfortable for a lot of the women for a man to continually walk behind us looking while we are exercising. I have a feeling he is recording women and the behavior is very predatory. Several women have complained to management and nothing has been done. When that man is there walking circles around me….it makes me feel like a fish in a shark tank!

Restrooms had been broken for about 3-4 weeks 😱 employees and guests need to go Walmart or the restaurants close by to use restrooms , why is taking so long to fix them ?

Came to location to check out gym. Abigail was at the front ... I showed her on the planet fitness website the option for a free day pass.. she then proceeds to say it would be $21 for a day pass. Basically stood there acting like it was a problem to give the pass as the website states, she asked one of the guys but he just shrugged and she just basically stuttered around it so I left. I only came since it had better reviews than the location closest to me.

I ended up going by the mesquite location by my house and was allowed to use with no problem.

I'll never be back or recommend this location.

Really enjoy coming here. Staff is extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. Always clean, not very crowded. Tevyn has been very helpful. I have noticed that he always greets every member that come in the door. He also has taken time to get to a lot of members names. Very hospitable.

The only complaint I have is seeing the manager park right at the front door and then when she left, she had a staff member black that spot off. As service professional and spending 20 years in the service industry and in retail, I thing that was very unprofessional. Staff and members should always be parked in the back of lot. Leave the front row spots for customers and members.

Great location with friendly staff. They keep it very clean and it has better equipment than I've seen in most gyms. However, there are three reasons why I won't give the place a 5 star rating. The 1st is that they don't have a deadlift station, the 2nd is that they have a very small dumbell area, and 3rd, they desperately need to trade in most of their ellipticals for treadmills because they have maybe more than 20 of them and I recall only ever seeing no more than three being used at any given time, while people frequently wait in line to grab a treadmill.

I’ve been coming to this location for about two years now and the restrooms are always filthy disgusting and they always stink even when there is a small crowd. The napkins are always empty in the evening and weekend! Employees that are in early in the morning are usually pretty nice but once the afternoon hits, most of those employees are rude. I have witnessed them talk about people while working out! The heavier set girl with the blue hair is very obnoxious. This is the closest location to me is the only reason why I still come here.

Seagoville PF is always very clean. I enjoy working out in the atmosphere there. The staff there is friendly, visible, and always kind. We are getting a brand new PF in our neighborhood in 2024 but I plan to continue with the Seagoville location.
