Fantastic manager at the Cleburne location takes the time to really care about patrons requests and needs. HG tv was never on the tv it was supposed to be they only had Fox News and sports. He made sure HG TV was always on once I requested it.

I love this gym I am not going to lie I used to go in the mornings but I didn't like going by myself my anxiety was getting bad. Now I go in the evenings now I have friends to go with me it's safer for me and better for me I have full support from my neighbors they go with me so I am happy now my anxiety has gotten better now. And I love the new equipment to it's a lot I was scared to go in the evening at first now I am better.

There are quite a few gyms in Victoria, all of which are great gyms to workout at, but I chose Planet Fitness because of how welcoming and kind the staff are. My favorite gym in Victoria Tx. The gym, equipment, locker rooms/ bathrooms, and black card lounge are always clean. The staff are always a great help, super friendly and attentive to their gym and gym goers. I always recommend planet fitness to my friends family and followers.
My favorite planet worker as to go out to Jess. He's been here since i started my fitness journey here, and makes me look forward to coming in to the gym almost every day.
I love the new addition of equipment that's been brought in recently. It really opens up more avenues on working out and meeting different/ new fitness goals.

The atmosphere is actually pretty nice ... Most people that go to that gym stay to themselves and usually bring partners. Have seen some amateur personal trainers in there helping people out as well as usually very friendly and smiling staff willing to help as needed. Equipment is usually on point and works correctly and a very wide variety... Would have given 5 stars but as a black card member I cannot get over how with 2 rooms of 2 massagers there's an average of 1 each that is usually broken down .. gotta do better planet fitness. We pay extra for that stuff

wanted to join but nobody picked up phone I called for hours to speak to staff about gym .then when I went sign up they need you bank information bank holder info, like why I have a major credit card with thousands on it .I've done recurring payments before but never have I ever been asked which I go to then my holder INFO just to lift weights .to much info needed to just go into a gym. I would not recommend this place at all.and all those staff not one can answer a phone about questions about gym.

If you don't want swimming pool, classes, hot tub, basketball court - you just want to workout. This is the place. Lots of value for the price. I upgraded yesterday and Jazz (Jazzlyn?) showed me everything in the black card spa area and made me feel super at home. Her and the rest of the staff are super nice. The place is clean. Looking forward to still being able to go to the gym when I go to Houston this weekend. And that water massage chair was legit.
