Never in my life have I been interrupted without someone asking if equipment in use was done being used. Especially when so many open areas were available.
I had a horrible experience with an elderly lady and trainer today. I get it age is a huge factor but so is patience if you’re wanting that area. I will be letting others know about not only the experience, but the rudeness of trainer.

Easy in and out parking for tractor trailers. Clean. The only problem i have with Planet Fitness is no towels. Liked the variety of machines in the 30 min circuit. They were different from those in other states i have been to. Most of the employees at any PF are young and not very outgoing or welcoming. They will answer questions.. but it is rare for any to say "welcome" or "can i help you". Customer service goes a long way. Aqua bed 1 is broken.

I wanted to share some feedback about an interaction I had recently at your location. While I understand and respect the policy about proper footwear, I felt the way it was addressed during my workout could’ve been handled more professionally.

An employee climbed onto the stair machine right next to mine, waved directly in front of my face to get my attention, and told me about the policy while I was actively working out with headphones in. It felt abrupt and a bit embarrassing, especially with people around.

In the future, I think a quick, private conversation after a workout would go a long way in maintaining a positive, respectful environment. Just wanted to share this in hopes it helps improve communication for others too.

Equipment is always broken and takes months to get fixed. The early morning employee in the arm sling is worthless. When he goes to smoke, random people sneak in for showers. He doesn't do anything but stink up the back half of the gym with cigarette smoke.

They do a good job. Place stays pretty clean and employees are constantly restacking weights and cleaning. Bottles always have disinfectant spray. I just moved here and will be making this my home gym soon.

Jacoby at the front desk is very friendly and professional - an excellent choice to represent this business. Easy to talk with, very knowledgeable about customer care and experience, and he consistently walks the gym and checks in with ALL gym goers. This gym is a very well kept area. All of the sanitation stations are stocked, the bathroom/locker room is clean, and the equipment is good to go. I have two other gym memberships in Wichita Falls, and this one is another solid option in the line up. At 4:30 am this place is perfect. Open 24/7 (WEEKENDS!) is THE selling point. Could use more free weight options - still enough equipment that you can get in a good workout - the dumbbells only go up to 75lbs, and along with the curl bars, they honestly look outdated. As far as everything else (treadmills, stationary bikes, machines, etc.) the equipment is well maintained and functions as they should. Very impressed. Wish I would’ve gave Planet Fitness a try sooner!

I read reviews the night before I showed up and there were so many comments that it was a very clean facility. I only used an elliptical but I noticed the men’s restroom and the area around the elliptical was spotless. I wish my PF back home, was that clean. I was very impressed.

I like this gym and think it's a good place to workout. Equipment is great and hardly ever broken. But not all the staff is friendly. I've noticed that you can greet them and a few of them are rude and will intentionally ignore you especially the guy with the mustache.

I’m a truck driver so parking is always #1 concern to start, there’s room here and they don’t seem up tight. Honestly this might be my favorite location I’ve been to all across the USA. Shower took a minute to get hot but it did, equipment was good, and this has got to be the cleanest location I’ve come across!! Thanks a lot for letting us drivers park, get some exercise, and a shower, we really appreciate it!!!

Thank you Jace and Marissa for your INCREDIBLE customer service! This gym is truly one of the better planet fitness gyms I’ve been to (I travel often and see gyms all across the US) and the customer service here makes it better.

The gym is super clean, the machines are well kept and maintained and everything feels brand new. It’s never overly packed and there’s multiples of most machines so I never have to wait for any of them to be available. Also tons of cardio machines and a great stretching area.

This is my experience Within the years I have been going To Planet Fitness They keep it cold All year round I believe a gym should be warm, not cold or hot and the performance on the staff is horrible
People slamming that equipment and their staff don’t say nothing due to that equipment start working and The music that that gym Play It’s not a motivation music and on top of that, the prices went up I strongly do not recommend this gym at home I will be stopping my membership wants is up!

I've used Planet Fitness gyms from Toronto Canada to Brownsville Texas. I do a lot of traveling and I can always count on a good experience with a good clean gym and the amenities along with great customer service.

7pm on a Friday and the place is pretty empty. Each time I’ve been here it’s been this way, which I don’t mind.

However there are the same people monopolizing the same weight machines around this time of day. I plan on trying an early morning this next week. Fingers crossed.

Staff is friendly, they keep up with cleaning. I feel safe here and the equipment is alright. That’s why I deducted a star. It would be nice if the equipment connected to the smart watches like other PF locations. But I am happy the stair masters have fans on them.

I will come again, even when I have the option of gym access in my hotel.

Came to workout here at Planet Fitness Wichita Falls from out of town & it was a pretty nice gym despite the remodeling that was going on and the broken hydro-massage bed. The remodel guy was nice but the front desk staff could be a little friendlier. I guess i'm just used to being greeted upon arrival. Overall, it was a nice workout experience. Lastly, you can't beat the membership prices, it's such a good deal. 3 stars.

New 2024 update: Excellent gym with some nice unique equipment. It's excellent that it's never really overcrowded like most other gyms. I Love working out here when i'm in town and the front desk attendants were very nice and respectful. Everything was now in working order. Thanks Planet Fitness in Wichita Falls! 5 stars

Gonna have to go with 5 star on this one. First off, the staff let me do my phototherapy for my plaque psoriasis so I wipe down the tanning machine for them because there doing me a favor. Secondly, everytime I walk in there I notice the staff have a smile and are in a good mood so I blame the staff like Hank and Marisa for creating a pleasant atmosphere to do your workout or tanning! Thirdly, it's allways clean in there. Not only do I see PF members wiping down the equipment but so do the staff and the cleaning lady. So in conclusion this is the gym for me. With professional people, clean atmosphere, all the equipment you need and more than enough room to do your thang, I would suggest a membership at Planet Fitness because I dont regret it!

Do not trust planet fitness especially this one here in Wichita Falls Texas. I have been trying to close my account and they keeps billing. Me. And all of the staff there don’t know what they’re doing. They have to keep transferring you from one person to the next and are completely useless. As far as helping you they’re super nice as long as you want to sign up but horrible when you’re trying to close the account if I can give them less stars, I would extremely unhappy And will never go back to that again

I have had a membership since Sept. 2022 and would come and just do random things because I never really knew what to do. I finally decided at the end of Feb. 2023 to take a few classes with a trainer and see what it was all about. Since then I've been working with Sarah Allsup and she is awesome! Sarah is super friendly, listens to what your goals are, and tailors the workouts to fit your needs even when multiple people are taking the same class, she makes sure everyone is taken care of. She has also helped me learn how to effectively use the Beauty Angel Red Light Bed, the massage chairs, & hydrobed, to maximize my results. Soon I'll be starting to use the tanning bed as well! I never used any of these before because I was so intimidated, but she has made me feel more comfortable at the gym. Definitely recommend to anyone to come to the Wichita Falls location, even to workout on their own!
