I have loved this studio for the past couple years living in Frisco. They had the only prenatal yoga class around, which was a god-send during my pregnancy (they truly should’ve done mommy-and-me classes as well cause there isn’t one of those around either and I’m sure those moms would’ve attended). The studio is always clean and I never had a class from any of the various instructors that I didn’t like. I will be so sad to see this studio close soon 😢

I like the classes but every time I come in the receptionist jumps up, rushes to the check-in device and quizzes me like I don’t belong or didn’t pay to be here. It’s happened every single visit. It’s rude and while I’ve been polite, if it happens again, I’ll address it because if people like me aren’t welcome that should be clearly stated.

I attended POSE Power with Leticia and had a amazing experience!

With only three other people in the class, the space felt open and comfortable, not overcrowded like many others in the area. Leticia was an excellent instructor, providing clear instructions and helpful modifications when needed.

The studio itself is beautifully designed with great lighting and a welcoming atmosphere. They provide blocks if needed, as well as lockers for convenience. The bathroom is clean and spacious, complete with a shower. There is also a blowout bar, which I look forward to using in the future.

Hands down, this was one of the best yoga classes I've ever attended. The power session was challenging yet rewarding, and I managed to get a good sweat in. Leticia is an amazing instructor who ensured my form was correct and emphasized practicing safely, especially since I'm new to yoga. I highly recommend this class to anyone. I will definitely be back again

This yoga studio is so beautiful and clean! Every detail has been carefully planned from the cubbies for your belongings IN the yoga room, a place for shoes and anything you want to leave OUTSIDE the room, the showers that smell good, the lavender saturated cold wet cloth for your forehead during shavasana, super clean floor, lots of natural light in the studio, beautiful interior design and radiant heat. April the owner is so sweet, positive and personable and an amazing yoga instructor. I like having various instructors because you learn something different from each one. Letty is so patient and good at helping you step by step work into the difficult poses such as crow. And Becca at the reception desk is super kind and helpful. This is such a positive environment where everyone is welcomed and can feel comfortable. If I were to attempt to create the perfect yoga studio, it would be exactly like Pose!

I’ve been to quite a few different yoga studios via class pass. This one is hands down one if my favorites!! It’s spacious, clean, and there’s even a blow dry bar as part of the yoga studio! First time I’ve ever seen that and I love the concept. I was fortunate to go on a day where the weather was bad and it ended up being just me, and the instructor Letty. I basically got a private session which was suchhh a good deal. Letty is very patient, took the time to ask me questions about my day, and my level of practice. When I told her I was basically still a beginner, she went at such a perfect pace and helped me adjust my posture a few times. I was so grateful to get this class time with her. I genuinely cannnnot wait to go back!!

I have loved attending classes at Pose Studios! The studio is beautiful and very peaceful. There is lots of room to store your belongings and secure them if you want. The studio is a warm studio - which lends a nice level of heat to get warmed up. I have had the chance to take classes with four instructors now - and have loved each of their approaches to practice. I already feel myself getting stronger! Everyone is very welcoming and I would highly recommend giving them a visit!

I’m so happy I joined Pose! I have been doing yoga at home on YouTube for years, and I finally decided to treat myself to in-person yoga at a fancy schmancy studio. This has been the best decision I have made in 2023! Everything about this studio is wonderful! It’s beautiful, clean, and the staff and instructors are so kind and patient and really know how to make a new yogi like me feel comfortable and challenged! I was able to sign up for a founders rate for unlimited yoga per month so it ends up being cheaper than other yoga studios I looked up in Frisco. No joke I do yoga before going to work, and I feel so happy the whole day while at work. Starting my day here puts me in a good mood. I dunno if it’s placebo effect or what but I’m gonna keep this up.

Wendy was the best instructor I’ve been too super instructive and supportive. Helped me with my form for it was my first yoga class and a great experience. I will definitely be back and recommend her class to everyone.

The heated yoga studio is spacious & beautiful; there's even a shower! There's a variety of classes available - vinyasa flow, deep stretch, advanced, etc. It's located at the Shops in Starwood - lots of shops and restaurants right outside of the studio.
