Mikaela is awesome! She is very professional, punctual and you can tell very passionate about what she does. I have been working with her as my posing coach for a few months now and I have seen so much improvement. She really has an eye for detail and takes the time both in sessions and outside of sessions to really break things down thoroughly. Miracle Worker! I hate exercise and I knew NOTHING about gyms. However, I wanted to future proof myself by increasing my strength so I could keep doing all things I like to do. Mikaela has immense patience for people new to fitness and exercise and I found myself looking forward to our sessions and pleased to see my progress. I still have official sessions with Mikaela, but I now go several days on my own, which is mind-boggling to anyone who KNOWS me. Mikaela is by far one of the most educational, down to earth and understanding, transparent training coaches I've ever worked with. She changes the diet up if you get bored. She makes the diet more grab and go friendly if you stay super busy. The workouts are insanely effective and the results are almost instant. She does face to face & virtual workout and meal plans. She stays on you if you start to fall off the wagon and picks you back up when you want to throw in the towel. And she's reasonably priced. I'd give her more than 5 stars if the option were available. Hands down the best trainer in Texas!

Mikaela was my first contest prep coach and I’m here to tell you I only have good things to say about this girl. She knows her stuff and she will be there for you when you need her. She is going to push you past your limits and show you that you are capable of way more than you give yourself credit for. She showed me my love for fitness and bodybuilding and she answered every question I had, which was a lot. Kaela is an awesome trainer! I retired from the Army in 2017 and decided to compete in the men's physique class of the #NPC. Not only did she whip my butt, but after a 13 week prep, I won both the open and masters class at the Adela Garcia! When I decided to start becoming physically fit again I met with and worked with several trainers. My first trainer was Mikaela who was a definite lock-in for personal training. She was a positive, firmly focused trainer that took into account my physical limits and built upon them as I improved in health.
