Really like it being 24 hours and it's not super crowded like planet fitness. The only reason it's not a 5 star is because it cost me 130 dollars for the first month and 50 buck every month after. I don't make a lot but this gym is worth it.

This is a hidden jam in Granbury! The new owner Kyle is awesome and cares about the place deeply. Equipment is always clean and kept up very well. Staff is very friendly and very helpful. I canceled my membership in August. I noticed my account was still being charged so they had me fill out paperwork again. They are still trying to charge me so I have to start the dispute process with my bank. They are under new management, and apparently not taking calls.

Iv been working with Erik Johnson for about 4 weeks now and I cannot say enough good things about him as a trainer and the gym facility itself. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and respectful of my beginner skill level. He’s always looking out for potential injury points or ability plateaus and is constantly making sure that I’m comfortable in the movement but also making sure I’m staying to complacent in a load range. I’ll definitely hire him again in the future and recommend him to anyone that asks me. The gym itself is incredibly clean and well organized. The owners obviously prioritized quality equipment and making sure it’s going to last. I believe iv met the owner and if it’s the guy I thinking of, he seems like a really nice gent. The atmosphere is really laid back here and everyone really just wants to mind their own business and get some work in. I hope this place sticks around for a really long time. I know I’m a customer for the foreseeable future.

Powerhouse Gym is the real deal. From the atmosphere with black and white layout and dimmed lights, to the vast amount of amazing equipment, this gym was everything I could want and more. I usually workout in Dallas but recently my condo burned down and I’m staying out in Granbury at a friends for a while until I figure out my next moves. Fitness is big for me, it’s honestly my therapy so I went to Google, searched gyms and Powerhouse caught my attention right away. I came in, talked to Sawyer at the front desk, told him my situation and not only did he sympathize with me but he threw me a bone and let me get in a workout, even though I’m not a Powerhouse member. Super kind. Also had the opportunity to speak to one of the managing partners who was very kind and also super knowledgeable in the fitness world. Said y’all would be opening up in Dallas at some point within the next year or so and I’m holding you to that! Overall 5 out 5 gym, highly recommend.

I normally don’t do reviews but I just had to submit a review on this amazing workout facility. I am here in Granbury, Texas visiting my parents as I live in another state. I initially visited this gym 2 days ago and every employee that I spoke with was so friendly and hospitable. I had asked if I could obtain a temporary workout pass and they were happy to provide that for me. When I walked into the gym, I just couldn’t believe how clean and perfectly laid out everything was. They have every free weight and workout machine that anyone would ever need to provide a first class workout. I totally wish that I had a gym just like this one available back in my home state. I would highly recommend anyone living even remotely close to Granbury, TX to consider this your home gym!!!

My wife joined this gym and attended for a little over a year and decided it wasn’t the Gym for her. People told her it was impossible to leave that they would continue to bill you for months after you quit and they were right. They actually let a finance company out of AZ handle the billing. They haven’t a clue about when people stopped their membership. They harassed and continue to harass Over billing for months after my wife resigned her membership. Terrible business management and owners. Only want your money and are willing to turn bad information over to a finance company and wash their hands of screwing over their own community

Great gym for all levels! My husband and I generally go to the gym at the same time. With the wide variety of equipment, we are both accommodated equally for our individual needs. All equipment is in pristine condition, gym is extremely clean at all times, and has an encouraging attentive staff. 24hr (app only) entry with security cameras gives you a convenient safe environment to workout whenever your schedule allows. Just joined a week ago and I already love it. Met with Shane who took me around and explained all the equipment and answered every question I had about the facility. Love that you can scan the code for each machine to see how to use them correctly if needed. Having not been to a gym in a while a lot of the equipment is new to me so this is helpful. Also, the staff and fellow gym people are always helpful if you have any questions or need a spot. Super clean location and having an app to access it is great. I am glad I joined and look forward to getting back into a routine. My only regret is that I didn't join sooner !
