Trey is the best, hands down. I’ve been training with him for several years, including after my first c-section, during my second pregnancy and after my second c-section. He’s helped me rehab my abdominals, lose the baby weight, get strong, do a pull up for the first time in my life, increase my max strength, perfect my form, have fun, and he does this with an amazing positivity and outlook that’s simply infectious. I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone I know. If you’re interested in improving anything fitness related, give Trey a call. You won’t regret it!

Highly recommended! Close knit group of expert trainers who really give their dedication to every individuals need! They will work with you, until you can’t work anymore. One of the very few trainers, much less gyms who care about you as an individual. You can feel the compassion as soon as you walk through the door. I would not recommend anywhere else. Whether you are trying to get in shape, stay in shape, or just get back your rusty habits! Trey is phenomenal at what he does! 100% all the way!

Trey is an amazing coach that will work you and emphasizes proper form for best results. He takes his time with you to focus on your goals and always will guide you in the right direction. I have been training with him for a few months after knee surgery and he has been very good of adapting my workouts to what my body can give and will text me on days when I don’t train with him to ask for my food intake and just check on me. Trey is a good human with a big heart and the love for his craft is shown in every session.
